【発明の実施の形態】吸水性を持つ上方シート、下方シ

は、図３，４に示すように開口部２ａの周縁が臀部ｈの
肛門のまわりを覆うよう位置するように、おむつカバー
１１によって臀部ｈに固定する。開口部２ａの周縁に
は、収縮させる糸ゴム２ｂを取り付けているので、上方
シート２はおむつカバー１１の内側に沿って湾曲する下
方シート３に対して湾曲せずに引き合って張った状態に
なろうとする。よって、臀部ｈに上方シート２は密着す
ることになる。また、これにより袋空間４は大きくな
る。この状態で人が排泄すると、便及び尿は、開口部２
