本発明は、サンプル等の付帯小型容器を吊り下げるための吊り下げ用ホルダーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、化粧水・乳液等の化粧品、シャンプー・リンス等のトイレタリー製品等のサンプルとして小型のボトルやチューブ等の容器を商品本体に付帯保持させる場合、商品本体とサンプル等をシュリンクフィルムにて一体に被覆して、シュリンクフィルムの収縮により被包する方法が知られている。
また、商品本体のキャップ部に挿通する孔を設けた吊り下げ用台紙にサンプル等を取り付けて、商品本体の首部に吊り下げる方法も知られている。吊り下げ用台紙への取り付けは、シュリンクフィルムが利用されたり、樹脂袋に収納されてステープラーにて止着されたりしている。
更には、サンプル等が樹脂袋に入れられ、商品本体に貼着される方法も知られている。

商品本体とサンプル等をシュリンクフィルムにて一体に被覆して、シュリンクフィルムの収縮により被包する方法は、シュリンクを施す設備が必要なことと、商品本体から自由に着脱できないという欠点があった。
シュリンクフィルムを利用して、商品本体のキャップ部に挿通する孔を設けた吊り下げ用台紙にサンプル等を取り付けて商品本体の首部に吊り下げる方法は、シュリンクを施す設備が必要なことと、コスト高となる欠点があった。
サンプル等を樹脂袋に収納してステープラーにて吊り下げ用台紙に止着して、商品本体の首部に吊り下げる方法は、サンプル等が重いと樹脂袋が破れたり、台紙から外れたりする場合があり、外観的にもスマートさに欠け、化粧品のような商品には不向きであった。
また、樹脂袋に入れ商品本体に貼着する方法も、サンプル等が重い物である場合には不向きであり、通常商品本体からの着脱を自在とするには不向きであるという欠点があった。

こういった欠点を解消するものとして、図１０に示すように、特定のボトル保持片（５１）にて、サンプルの首部を嵌挿し得るボトル保持孔（５２）を形成したことを特徴とする小型ボトル容器の吊り下げ用台紙（例えば、特開平８−４１２号公報参照）も知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この方法も、ボトル保持片（５１）にてサンプルを首部のみしか保持していないため、サンプルを安定して保持できず、サンプルが重い物である場合には不向きであるという欠点を有するものであった。

本発明は、上記の課題に鑑みなされたものであって、サンプル等の付帯小型容器を、商品本体に安定して保持させるとともに、付帯品が多少の重い物である場合でも利用可能とし、更には付帯品を商品本体に対して着脱自在とした吊り下げ用ホルダーを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明に係る吊り下げ用ホルダーにおいては、付帯小型容器の首部及び胴部を保持するとともに、付帯小型容器の前面と後面とを包み込むホルダーとしたので、付帯小型容器を商品本体に安定して保持させると共に、サンプル等の付帯小型容器が多少の重い物である場合でも利用可能とし、更には、付帯小型容器を商品本体に対して着脱自在にできることを見い出し本発明を完成した。

すなわち本発明は、ホルダーの両端部に商品本体用孔（１）、（１２）を設け、また、該ホルダーの略中央部に付帯小型容器胴底部保持孔（７）を設けるとともに、一方の商品本体用孔（１）と付帯小型容器胴底部保持孔（７）との間に、付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）を設けて、且つ、ホルダーが折曲されて付帯小型容器の前面と後面とが包み込まれ吊り下げ保持されるようにしたことを特徴とする付帯小型容器吊り下げ用ホルダーである。
付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）は、一方の商品本体用孔（１）と、若しくは商品本体用孔（１）とは独立して設けられた付帯小型容器首部挿入孔（１５）と連通溝（２）にて通ずるように設けられたものである。
また、商品本体用孔（１）、（１２）の何れか一方、若しくは両方が、フック形状であっても構わないものである。

本発明のホルダーの材質は、付帯品が吊り下げられる強度を有するものであれば何れのものでも利用できるが、好ましい材質としては、加工性、コスト等の点から、厚紙、樹脂シート板、樹脂コート厚紙が挙げられる。

【作用】
本発明の付帯小型容器吊り下げ用ホルダーにあっては、付帯小型容器の首部を付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）で、付帯小型容器の胴部または底部を付帯小型容器胴底部保持孔（７）で保持するとともに、付帯小型容器の前面と後面とを、台紙で包み込む構造とし、両端の商品本体用孔（１）、（１２）にて、商品本体の首部に吊り下げて利用される。
而して、付帯小型容器は商品本体に安定して保持されるとともに、付帯品が多少の重い物である場合でも利用可能となっている。更には、付帯小型容器は商品本体に対して着脱自在であり、吊り下げ用ホルダーの利用性を向上させている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面とともに説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
図１は本発明の付帯小型容器吊り下げ用ホルダーの一実施例の展開図である。なお、本発明は折曲げて使用するものあって、使用している状態は図６に示すものである。本発明の吊り下げ用ホルダーは、例えば、厚紙で形成される。

図１において、ホルダーの両端部に商品本体のキャップ部を嵌挿し得る商品本体用孔（１）、（１２）が設けられている。一方の商品本体用孔（１）には連通して連通溝（２）が穿設され、更に、該連通溝（２）の端部には付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）が設けられている。

商品本体用孔（１）、（１２）は円形に限るものではなく、商品本体のキャップの形状や大きさに相応して変化させてよいものであり、商品本体のキャップに掛かれば、多角形等何れの意匠を用いても構わない。
付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）は、付帯小型容器のキャップが抜け落ちないように首部が嵌合する大きさとするのがよく、付帯小型容器のキャップよりも小さく設けられる。なお、付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）は半円形に限るものではなく、付帯小型容器のキャップ形状に相応して変化させてよいものであり、付帯小型容器のキャップの抜け落ちが無ければ多角形等何れの意匠を用いても構わない。
更には、付帯小型容器の首部に、より嵌合するように、例えば、図１のような半円ではなく、図２に示すような半円よりやや大きい５／８円や３／４円とし、付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）に近接する位置の連通溝（２）に略三角形の突起（２５）を設けてもかまわない。この場合、付帯小型容器の首部は、連通溝（２）に設けられた略三角形の突起を乗り越えて付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）に嵌合する。

図１の実施例の付帯小型容器吊り下げ用ホルダーは、４本の折曲線により５つの面を有する構造となっており、商品本体用孔（１）及び付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）のある第１吊り掛け片（４）は、第１折曲線（５）を介して台紙前面部（６）が連設されている。
更に、第２折曲線（８）を介して台紙底部（９）が連設され、台紙底部（９）の中央には付帯小型容器胴底部保持孔（７）が設けられている。
付帯小型容器胴底部保持孔（７）は、図面においては円形のものを上下から押しつぶした俵のような形となっているが、付帯小型容器の胴部または底部の形状に相応して形成すればよく、付帯小型容器が把持できるものであれば多角形等何れの意匠を用いても構わない。図示はしていないが、例えば、付帯品がチューブ容器の場合は、底部のシール部分の形状と大きさに合わせ細長い孔にすれば良い。

台紙底部（９）に続いて第３折曲線（１０）を介して台紙後面部（１１）が、更に、第４折曲線（１３）を介して第２吊り掛け片（１４）が連設されており、第２吊り掛け片（１４）には商品本体用孔（１２）が設けられている。
商品本体用孔（１２）は商品本体用孔（１）と重ねて使用されるものであるが、その形は同じ（対称）であっても異なっていてもよく、商品本体のキャップに掛かれば、多角形等何れの意匠を用いても構わない。

次に、図３〜６に従って、本発明の付帯小型容器吊り下げ用ホルダーの使用手順を説明する。
まず、図３に示すように、付帯小型容器を台紙底部（９）の付帯小型容器胴底部保持孔（７）に挿入し、第１折曲線（５）、第２折曲線（８）及び第３折曲線（１０）を谷折にし、第４折曲線（１３）を山折にする。
次に、図４に示すように、第１吊り掛け片（４）の商品本体用孔（１）に付帯小型容器のキャップを挿入し、付帯小型容器の首部を連通溝（２）に沿って移動させ、付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）に嵌合させる。

そして、図５に示すように、第１吊り掛け片（４）及び第２吊り掛け片（１４）のそれぞれの商品本体用孔（１）、（１２）を合わせ、最後に、図６に示すように、付帯小型容器を保持した付帯小型容器吊り下げ用ホルダーを、第１吊り掛け片（４）及び第２吊り掛け片（１４）にて商品本体の首部に掛け、保持させる。

本発明の第２の実施例の付帯小型容器吊り下げ用ホルダーの使用手順は、第１の実施例のものとほぼ同様であるが、前記第１の実施例においては、付帯小型容器のキャップを商品本体用孔（１）に挿入し、付帯小型容器の首部を連通溝（２）に沿って移動させ、付帯小型容器の首部を付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）に嵌合させているのに対して、第２の実施例においては、付帯小型容器のキャップを付帯小型容器首部挿入孔（１５）に挿入し、付帯小型容器の首部を連通溝（２）に沿って移動させ、付帯小型容器の首部を付帯小型容器首部保持孔（３）に嵌合させている。すなわち、第１の実施例においては、商品本体用孔（１）が付帯小型容器首部挿入孔（１５）の役割を兼ねていたのに対し、この第２の実施例においては、商品本体用孔（１）とは独立して付帯小型容器首部挿入孔（１５）が設けられている。その他の手順はほぼ同じであり、第１実施例にはない垂下部（１８）及び台紙天面部（２０）を設けるよう第１及び第２折曲線にて適宜折り曲げればよい。

【発明の効果】
以上の如く本発明によれば、小型のボトルやチューブ等の付帯容器を、その首部及び胴部または底部を保持するとともに、その前面と後面とを包み込む構造としたので、商品本体の首部に安定して吊り下げることができる。
付帯小型容器は商品本体に安定して保持されるので、サンプル等の付帯品が多少の重い物である場合でも利用可能であり、更には、付帯小型容器は商品本体に対して着脱自在で、吊り下げ用ホルダー利用の機動性が高いものとなっている。
また、構造がシンプルであり、その利用手順も簡便であり、コストパフォーマンスに非常に優れたものである。
更にまた、本発明の吊り下げ用ホルダーの台紙に、商品名、キャッチコピー、商品の使用方法等の印刷をすれば、商品の展示効果を大いに高めることができる。
