Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for calculating the amount of remaining water that is performed prior to filling a bath.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some water heaters and kettles have an automatic hot water filling function in which a predetermined amount of hot water is automatically filled into a bathtub at a preset temperature by simply pressing an automatic switch. is there.
[0003]
When hot water is poured into such a bathtub, even if there is already residual water in the bathtub, if this is ignored and the hot water is poured, the amount of hot water will increase by the amount of residual water in the final boiling state. Therefore, in order to prevent such a situation and control the amount of hot water to an appropriate amount, the amount of remaining water is obtained prior to filling with hot water. Then, the amount of water obtained by subtracting the remaining amount of water from the set amount of water is poured into the bathtub.
[0004]
As a method for obtaining the remaining water amount, a technique for obtaining by calculation from the water pressure of a pressure sensor installed in a pipe is known. As a method for obtaining without using a pressure sensor, a technique is known in which residual water is replenished to a set temperature and obtained by calculation from the boiling time. This is because the boiling time becomes longer as the amount of residual water increases.
[0005]
Here, the latter technique will be described in more detail.
[0006]
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing a procedure for obtaining a remaining water amount by conventional reheating.
[0007]
As shown in the figure, in this technique, when a user inputs a set temperature (S51), a timer is started (S52) and replenishment of remaining water is started (S53). If the remaining water reaches the set temperature (S54), the reheating is finished (S55), the final temperature is measured (S56), the timer is stopped (S57), and the remaining water amount is calculated (S58). ). If the set temperature is changed (S59), the timer is reset (S60) to stop the remaining water (S61), the timer is started again (S52) and the reheating is started. (S53), heating is performed to the changed set temperature (S54).
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
FIG. 5 shows the relationship between the change of the set temperature and the hot water temperature in the flowchart of FIG.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 5, when the set temperature is changed from r 2 to r 3 at the time t 1 during the reheating when the hot water temperature r 1 is reached, the reheating is once stopped and resumed at the time t 2 . Therefore, a time lag is generated by (t 2 −t 1 ). Then, the time t 3 until the set temperature r 3 after the change is increased by the time lag.
[0010]
In such a sequence, if the remaining water amount is calculated from the time t 0 to the time t 3 when the piping is sufficiently heated and the rising gradient of the hot water is stabilized, the accurate boiling time is not the basis. Therefore, the exact amount of residual water cannot be obtained.
[0011]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a residual water amount calculation method that can accurately determine the residual water amount even when there is a change in the set temperature while chasing the residual water in the bathtub. .

[Means for Solving the Problems]
To solve the above problems, the residual water amount calculating method according to the present invention is to reheating the residual water in the bathtub, a residual water amount calculating method for obtaining the water from the time required for Wakiagari up set temperature, residual If there is a change in the set temperature in the middle of water replenishment, measure the current residual water temperature, and if the measured residual water temperature is lower than the new changed set temperature, The reheating operation is continued as it is, the remaining water is replenished until a new set temperature is reached, and the remaining water amount is calculated when the set temperature is reached.
[0013]
In this remaining water amount calculation method, the reheating up to the set temperature is performed by heating the remaining water with the bath heat exchanger until the set temperature is reached.
[0014]
Further, in this residual water amount calculation method, the residual water is heated by the bath heat exchanger until it falls below the set temperature by a predetermined temperature, and thereafter, the temperature of the residual water is increased by residual heat.
[0015]
Here, the predetermined temperature can be a numerical value defined in advance. Further, the predetermined temperature can be a numerical value defined based on the rising temperature due to residual heat at the time of the last reheating. The predetermined temperature can be a numerical value defined on the basis of an average value of the rising temperature due to the residual heat at the time of retreating a plurality of times in the past. The predetermined temperature can be a numerical value defined based on the rising temperature due to the residual heat defined in relation to the set temperature. The predetermined temperature can be a numerical value defined based on the rising temperature due to the residual heat defined in relation to the atmospheric temperature. The predetermined temperature can be a numerical value defined based on the rising temperature due to the residual heat defined by the relationship between the set temperature and the atmospheric temperature.
[0016]
According to such an invention, it is possible to measure the net boiling time of the remaining water even when there is a change in the set temperature in replenishing the remaining water, and it is possible to accurately calculate the remaining water amount calculation result. The amount of residual water can be determined.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings. The embodiment of the invention is a particularly useful embodiment in which the present invention is implemented, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.

Next, a hot water supply operation and a hot water filling operation using such a water heater will be described. The hot water filling operation will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
[0032]
In the hot water supply operation, water begins to flow into the hot water supply pipe 4 when the hot water tap is in the open position. This water flows through the

If the remaining water reaches the set temperature (S21), the remaining water renewal is finished (S22), the final temperature is measured (S23), the timer is stopped (S24), and the renewal time is reached. The amount of residual water is calculated from the boiling time (S25).
[0039]
Further, when the set temperature is changed during the remaining water replenishment (S26), the current temperature is measured (S27). If the current temperature is lower than the post-change set temperature (for example, if the post-change set temperature is 40 ° C. and the current temperature is 35 ° C.) (S28), the reheating operation before the set temperature is changed Is continued as it is, and after reaching the set temperature (S21), the chasing is finished (S22), the final temperature is measured (S23), the timer is stopped (S24), and the remaining water amount is calculated (S25). ). On the other hand, when the current temperature is higher than the set temperature after change (for example, when the set temperature after change is 36 ° C. and the current temperature is 38 ° C.) (S28), the remaining water replenishment is immediately finished. (S22) The final temperature is measured (S23), the timer is stopped (S24), and the remaining water amount is calculated (S25).
[0040]
Here, in the present embodiment, as described above, even if the set temperature is changed, if the current temperature is lower than the new set temperature, the chasing operation is continuously performed as it is. It has become. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, when the set temperature is changed from r 2 to r 4 at the time t 1 during the reheating of the hot water temperature r 1 , the hot water temperature at the time t 4 without any time lag. Boil up to r 4 . Thus, the net boiling time is measured by taking the time t 0 to the time t 4, so that an accurate residual water amount calculation is performed.

The residual heat rise temperature can be a predetermined numerical value such as 0.5 ° C. or 1.0 ° C., for example. If the preheat rise temperature is set to 1.0 ° C., when the set temperature is set to 40.0 ° C., the heating in the
[0047]
Further, the remaining heat rising temperature can be a value defined based on the rising temperature due to the remaining heat at the time of the last reheating. For example, if the rising temperature due to the remaining heat at the time of the last reheating is 0.8 ° C., the rising temperature of 0.8 ° C. may be used as it is as the remaining heat rising temperature. The temperature may be raised.
[0048]
Furthermore, the remaining heat rising temperature can be defined based on the average value of the rising temperatures due to the remaining heat at the time of reheating several times in the past. For example, if the rising temperature due to the remaining heat at the time of the last five times is stored in the memory and the average value is 0.7 ° C, the average value 0.7 ° C may be used as it is as the remaining heat rising temperature. As described above, for example, 1.0 ° C. may be set as the remaining heat rise temperature in consideration of errors.
[0049]
The remaining heat rise temperature can be defined by the relationship with the set temperature, the relationship with the atmospheric temperature, or the relationship between the set temperature and the atmospheric temperature. That is, this focuses on the fact that the rise in hot water temperature due to residual heat fluctuates depending on the set temperature level or the atmospheric temperature level due to the season.
[0050]
When the remaining heat rise temperature is defined in relation to the set temperature, data as shown in Table 1 is stored in advance in the memory.
[0051]
[Table 1]
According to this, for example, when the set temperature is set to 41.5 ° C., the remaining water is heated by the
[0052]
Further, when the remaining heat rise temperature is defined in relation to the atmospheric temperature, data as shown in Table 2 is stored in advance in the memory.

According to this, when the atmospheric temperature measured by the
[0054]
And when preheat rise temperature is prescribed | regulated by the relationship between preset temperature and atmospheric temperature, data as shown in Table 3 is stored in memory beforehand.
[0055]
[Table 3]
According to this, for example, when the set temperature is 41.0 ° C. and the atmospheric temperature is −8.0 ° C., the remaining water is heated by the
[0056]
In Tables 1 to 3, the specified residual heat rise temperature is represented by mutually different symbols from h1 to h459, but this does not mean that the residual heat rise temperature is different from each other. Some may be the same.
[0057]
Moreover, in embodiment mentioned above, although the preset temperature when heating residual water is the same as the final boiling temperature after the hot water filling to the

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the present invention can provide the following effects.
[0059]
In other words, even if there is a change in the set temperature in the refilling of the remaining water, the refilling operation is continued as it is.Therefore, as in the case where there is no change in the set temperature, the net boiling of the remaining water is performed. It is possible to measure the rise time.
[0060]
And thereby, the exact residual water amount can be calculated | required from the result of having performed the residual water amount calculation.
