Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fueling device installed in a gasoline filling station of an automobile, and more particularly to a fueling device that prevents entanglement of adjacent fueling hoses.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a fueling device including a plurality of fueling systems installed in a gas station, a plurality of fueling hoses are supported by hanging from a top case at the top of a column provided on the side of the case body, and provided at the tip of the fueling hose. There is a type in which the oiling nozzle is hung on a nozzle hook provided on the case body. The present applicant has proposed this type of fueling apparatus in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-72995.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional oil supply device has a problem that adjacent oil supply hoses are entangled particularly when the interval between adjacent nozzles is reduced. This entanglement of the oil hose may cause other oil nozzles adjacent to each other to drop from the nozzle hook during operation, damage the surface of other oil hoses with hose clamp fittings, retractor pull-out wires, etc. There was a risk of handling heavy. For this reason, conventionally, an auxiliary operation for correcting the hose hooking by hand or removing the hose tangling or the like has been required for regulating the width of the oil supply hose.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an oil supply device that can prevent entanglement of adjacent oil supply hoses without manual operation and can reduce the handling of the oil supply hoses.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the fueling device of the present invention is provided with a column part on the upper part of a main body case that houses a plurality of oiling systems, and a top case is disposed on the upper part of the column part, and is connected to the oiling system. A plurality of fueling hoses having a fueling nozzle at the tip are hung from the top case, and the fueling nozzle is hung on the nozzle hook provided on the main body case, a hose partition member is provided between the adjacent fueling hoses. The hose partition member is attached to the column portion via a rotating mechanism , and the upper position of the hose partition member is above the top position of the suspended oil supply hose . The hose partition member prevents the adjacent oil hose from being entangled, reduces the handling of the oil hose, and prevents the oil hose from getting over.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to an illustrated embodiment. 1 to 4 are views for explaining an oil supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a side view of the oil supply device, FIG. 2 is a front view of the oil supply device, and FIG. 3 is a rotating mechanism portion to which a hose partition member is attached. FIG. 4 is a view showing a rotating state of the hose partition member.
[0009]
In these drawings, the fueling device 10 of the present embodiment is a ground-fixed device for supplying, for example, high octane gasoline, regular gasoline, light oil, premium light oil, or the like. An oil supply system for supplying oil with the front side and the back side as the operation side is disposed, and a column portion 12 is erected on one end side of the main body case 11, and an oil supply hose is provided above the column portion 12. A top case 15 is provided that houses a retractor 14 that lifts 13 in an inverted U shape.
[0010]
The main body case 11 is formed in a box shape that is elongated in the horizontal direction, and a total of eight oil supply systems, each of which supplies two types of oil, are accommodated therein, and the discharge pipe 16 has a column portion. One end of an oil supply hose 13 that is led out to the upper part of the main body case 11 on the 12 side and provided with an oil supply nozzle 17 at the end is connected via a hose joint 18. The oil supply hose 13 is raised upward along the column portion 12 from the hose joint 18 portion, and is lifted in an inverted U shape by a wire 19 drawn from a retractor 14 provided in the top case 15 at the uppermost part in the middle. Further, it is hung from the portion to the ground side of the front side and the back side of the main body case 11 and guided again to the upper part just before coming into contact with the ground, and the oil supply nozzle 17 is provided on the front side and the rear side of the main body case 11. It can be hung on the nozzle hanger 20. A safety pipe joint 21 that is cut when an unexpected pulling force is applied to the oil supply hose 13 is provided on the upper part of the oil supply hose 13 that is lifted to the ground side. In addition, a display unit case 22 is disposed on the upper side of the main body case 11 opposite to the column part 12, and an oil supply amount indicator 23 is provided on both surfaces of the display unit case 22.
[0011]
The column part 12 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape and is provided on one side of the main body case 11 with a support 24 provided on one side of the main body case 11 at a certain distance and parallel to the same height on the main body case 11. It is comprised from the standing side plate 25, the partition plate 26 which is arrange | positioned between the support | pillar 24 and the side plate 25, and partitions the front side and the back side. The top case 15 is formed in an elongated box having a length similar to that of the main body case 11 having a rectangular cross-sectional shape, one end of which is fixed to the upper end of the column 12, and the other end is the main body case 11. It extends in the horizontal direction at the top. Retractors 14 are housed in positions corresponding to the respective oil supply hoses 13 in the top case 15. Each of these retractors 14 has a telescopic mechanism in which the wire 19 can be pulled out by a certain length and an urging force is applied in a pulling direction by a spring or the like. These wires 19 are pulled out downward through wire guides 27 provided at the bottom of the top case 15, and the end portions of the annular hose clamps 28 are fixed in front of the safety fitting 21. It is fixed around. These retractors 14 are set so that the pull-in force of the wire 19 is sufficient to lift the respective oil supply hose 13 and the oil supply hose 13 can be pulled out sufficiently long against the pull-in force during use. . The lower part of the top case 15 extending in the horizontal direction is provided with an illuminating device 29 that illuminates the fueling areas on both sides of the main body case 11.
[0012]
A hose partition member 30 is rotatably attached to the partition plate 26 at a substantially intermediate position between adjacent oil supply hoses 13 on the front side and the back side of the column part 12. The hose partition member 30 is formed, for example, in a shape in which a rod such as metal or a pipe material is bent in a U shape, and the upper side thereof is attached to a partition plate 26 directly below the top case 15 via a rotation mechanism 31. The lower side is attached to the partition plate 26 on the slightly upper side of the main body case 11 through a similar rotation mechanism 31. The hose partition member 30 is formed in a curved surface having no corners so that the U-shaped bent portion is formed in a gentle arc shape and the surface of the oil supply hose 13 is not damaged. The turning mechanism 31 is provided with a spring 32, and a force is applied by the spring 32 to maintain the hose partition member 30 in a neutral position that protrudes to the front side or the back side. As shown in FIG. 4, when the left and right are rotated by a certain angle, a return force to the neutral position is applied. Further, the hose partition member 30 is attached so that the distance (height a) from the ground to the upper position is slightly larger than the distance (height b) from the ground to the uppermost position of the oil supply hose 13. And it is formed in the magnitude | size which protrudes to the front side and back side a little from the oil supply hose 13 of the state hung naturally in the neutral position.
[0013]
According to the fueling device 10 having the above-described configuration, when fueling an automobile parked on either the front side or the rear side of the main body case 11, the corresponding oil type oiling nozzle 17 on the area side is provided. Is removed from the nozzle hook 20 and the oil supply nozzle 17 side is pulled against the urging force of the retractor 14, the wire 19 is pulled out, the suspended oil supply hose 13 is extracted, and the oil supply nozzle 17 is moved to the fuel supply port of the automobile. You can move freely. When this oil supply hose 13 is about to be pulled out to the adjacent oil supply hose 13 side, it comes into contact with the hose partition member 30 and rotates by the rotation mechanism 31, but the return force to return to the neutral position by the spring 32 works. Entanglement to the adjacent oil supply hose 13 is prevented. When refueling is finished and the refueling nozzle 17 is hung on the original nozzle hook 20, the refueling hose 13 is lifted to the top case 15 side by the wire 19 by the urging force of the retractor 14, and the adjacent refueling hose 13 is hung by the hose partition member 30. It is returned to the original position while being restricted so as not to touch. The hose partition member 30 is slightly higher than the uppermost position of the oil supply hose 13 and protrudes slightly toward the front and rear sides of the oil supply hose 13 in a state where it is naturally suspended at the neutral position. Therefore, the oil supply hose 13 does not go over the hose partition member 30 to the adjacent oil supply hose 13 side. Moreover, since the force which returns the hose partition member 30 to a neutral position by the rotation mechanism 31 which has the spring 32 acts, the protrusion width | variety of the oil supply hose 13 is controlled reliably and the manual auxiliary operation is unnecessary conventionally. Became. Therefore, the surface of the oil supply hose 13 is not damaged by the wire 19 or the hose clamp 28, and the adjacent oil supply nozzle 13 is not dropped from the nozzle hook 20 during operation, so that the operation of the oil supply hose 13 can be lightened. Became. Moreover, since the hose partition member 30 is formed in the curved surface which does not provide a corner | angular part on the surface, the bending part is formed in the gentle circular arc shape, and the surface of the oil supply hose 13 is not damaged. Furthermore, by providing the hose partition member 30 for preventing the oil supply hose 13 from being entangled, the interval between the adjacent oil supply hoses can be narrowed and arranged compactly, and the periphery of the nozzle hook 30 with a narrow interval can be pleasing and orderly. Can now.
[0014]
In the above embodiment, the example in which the oil supply hose 13 is raised from the upper part of the main body case 11 and lifted by the retractor 14 of the top case 15 has been described. For example, the discharge pipe is connected to the top case from the main body case through the column. The present invention can be similarly applied even to an oil supply device having a structure in which an oil supply hose is connected to an end portion of the discharge pipe via a swivel joint or the like and suspended. Moreover, although the hose partition member 30 demonstrated the example formed in the shape which bent | curved the rod or pipe materials, such as a metal, in the U shape, for example, the board | plate material which covers U-shaped space is by the rotation mechanism 31 which has the spring 32. It may be attached and is not limited to the embodiment.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the fueling device of the present invention is a fueling device in which a plurality of fueling hoses are suspended from a top case disposed on an upper part of a column provided at the top of a main body case. Since the partition member is attached to the column portion via the rotating mechanism, the hose partition member prevents the adjacent oil hose from being entangled and lightens the oil hose.
