本発明は、略六面体形状の板金製の消火器格納箱に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の従来技術として、例えば、図7および図8に記載されたものがある。この従来技術に係る消火器格納箱101は、略六面体形状の板金製の消火器格納箱であって、左右の側板121・122と、背板123と、消火器を出し入れする正面開口部とを備えた格納箱本体102と、上記格納箱本体102の正面開口部に開閉自在に取り付けられた扉体103と、上記格納箱本体102の上部を塞ぐべく格納箱本体102に外嵌して溶接された天板104と、上記格納箱本体102の下部を塞ぐべく格納箱本体102に溶接された底板105とを備えている。また、雨水等を流下させるべく天板104を前下がりに傾斜させている。

かかる従来の消火器格納箱101は、製造コストを下げるため、格納箱本体102はもちろん天板104や底板105も、鉄板製のブランクやステンレス製のブランクから曲げ加工により製造しており、かかる構成は20数年変わるところがなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、天板104を曲げ加工により製造した場合には、図8に示すように、隣接する曲げしろと曲げしろとの間に隙間107ができるという問題があった。このような隙間107は、見た目の印象が悪いだけでなく、ここから雨水等の侵入を招いて錆や腐蝕の原因となっていた。

さらに、天板104を曲げ加工により製造した場合、同天板104を前下がりに傾斜させて格納箱本体102に溶接するには、図8に示すように、溶接しろを確保する必要性から、格納箱本体102の左右の側板121・122の上縁(図7では右側板122の上縁122a)にも天板104とほぼ同じ角度の傾斜をつけておく必要があった。このため、格納箱本体102用のブランクを打抜く際に、せん断加工によって生じるロスが多くなるという問題があった。

一方、かかる課題を解決するものとして合成樹脂製の消火器格納箱も存在する(特許文献1参照)。しかし、合成樹脂製の消火器格納箱は、そりや退色等の経年劣化が激しいという問題があり、また、製造コストの面でも板金製のものに劣っていた。さらに、焼却の際にダイオキシンが発生するという問題もあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するべく、請求項1に記載の発明は、略六面体形状の板金製の消火器格納箱であって、左右の側板(21)・(22)と、背板(23)と、消火器を出し入れする正面開口部(24)とを備えた格納箱本体(2)と、上記格納箱本体(2)の正面開口部(24)に開閉自在に取り付けられた扉体(3)と、上記格納箱本体(2)の上部開口を塞ぐべく格納箱本体(2)に外嵌して固定された天板(4)と、上記格納箱本体(2)の下部開口を塞ぐべく格納箱本体(2)に固定された底板(5)と、を備え、上記天板(4)が前下がりまたは後下がりに傾斜した、板金製の消火器格納箱において、次のように構成したことを特徴とする。
