その回転ロッドの先端面をコア型面と面一に位置させて、該回転ロッドを回転自在に内部に備えた可動型とにより、
上記表示体が上面に部分的に突設し、かつ囲繞部を形成する表示体の内外部位に一対のゲート孔が穿設された内側体を樹脂の射出により一次成形し、
その一次成形後に上記接続溝形成ピンを後退して、内側体の下面とピン先端面との間に一対のゲート孔にわたる樹脂の接続溝を形成したのち、
第二固定型と可動型とにより内側体の上面に異色の樹脂を表示体と面一に射出して囲繞部内まで本体を二次成形し、
その本体と共に接続溝に生じた樹脂ブリッジを、成形品の離型前に回転ロッド及び接続溝形成ピンと一緒に回転して、該樹脂ブリッジのゲートカットと成形品裏面からの切り離しを行い、
樹脂ブリッジの排除を切り離し後の接続溝形成ピンの戻しにより行うことを特徴とする二色成形方法。

The resin bridge generated in the connection groove together with the main body is rotated together with the rotating rod and the connection groove forming pin before releasing the molded product, and the resin bridge is cut from the gate cut and the molded product rear surface,
A two-color molding method characterized in that removal of the resin bridge is performed by returning the connection groove forming pin after separation.

第二固定型と可動型とにより内側体の上面に不透明樹脂を表示体と面一に射出して囲繞部内まで本体を二次成形し、
その本体と共に接続溝に生じた樹脂ブリッジを、成形品の離型前に回転ロッド及び接続溝形成ピンと一緒に回転して、該樹脂ブリッジのゲートカットと成形品裏面からの切り離しを行い、
樹脂ブリッジの排除を切り離し後の接続溝形成ピンの戻しにより行うことを特徴とする二色成形方法。

その回転ロッドの中央部に嵌挿して板状の先端部を上記一対の突部にわたり接離自在に臨ませ、後退により樹脂の接続溝をピン先端面に形成する接続溝形成ピンと、
その接続溝形成ピンの回転ロッドから突出した後端と連結した突出板とからなることを特徴とするる二色金型装置。
