【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、略筒状のアンカー本体の周壁に弾性変形可能な係止片を先端部が該アンカー本体外周面から外方に突出した状態に設けてなり、各種部品の裏面側に突設され、板体に設けられた取付穴に圧入することにより、上記係止片先端部と上記各種部品の裏面との間に上記取付穴の周縁部を挟持して、各種部品を上記板体に固定するボックスアンカー及び該ボックスアンカーを具備した部品に関し、更に詳述すると、確実に板体の取付穴に固定することができると共に、取り外し時の作業性を飛躍的に向上させることができるボックスアンカー及び該ボックスアンカーを備えた部品に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、板体に該板体の一面側から各種の部品を固定する際、部品の裏面側に係止段差や係止爪を設けたアンカー部を突設し、該アンカー部を板体に設けた取付穴に圧入することにより、該アンカー部に設けられた上記係止段差や係止爪を板体の裏面側で取付穴の周縁部に係合させることにより、部品を板体に固定する技術が用いられており、特に自動車部品の分野においては、このようなアンカー部を有する部品が汎用されている。

このようなアンカー部を備えた部品としては、実公平4−46973号公報に記載された自動車用部品を例示することができる。この実公平4−46973号公報に開示された部品は、自動車のサンバイザーの軸部を着脱可能に保持するために、自動車の天井パネルに取り付けられるホルダーであり、図10及び図11に示した構成を有するものである。

即ち、このホルダーは、表面側にサンバイザーの軸を着脱可能に保持するための鉤状保持部bが形成されたホルダー本体aの裏面側一端部に、略L字状に折曲し先端部に係止段差部を有する一対の第1アンカー片cを突設すると共に、裏面側他端部に、先端部に係止段差部を有する弾性変形可能な断面略釣り針状の第2アンカー片dを突設したものであり、図10に示したように、上記第1アンカー片cを天井パネルeに設けられた第1取付穴f内に挿入してその係止段差部を第1取付穴fの内周縁部に係合させると共に、上記第2アンカー片dを天井パネルeの第2取付穴g内に圧入してその係止段差部を第2取付穴gの内周縁部に係合させることにより、天井パネルeに固定されるものである。

また、近年では修理補修の際に使用可能な部品を再利用することが望まれ、更には自動車を廃棄する場合に、金属部品とプラスチック部品とを分別回収することが要請されるようになってきているが、この実公平4−46973号公報のホルダーは、図11に示したように、上記第2アンカー片dの先端部をマイナスドライバーhの先端部で押圧して弾性変形されることにより、該第2アンカー片d先端部と取付穴g内周縁部との係合状態を解除し、この状態で上記第1アンカー片cと取付穴fとの係合箇所を軸にしてホルダー本体aを回転させるようにして第2アンカー片dを第2取付穴gから引き抜き、次いで第1アンカー片cを第1取付穴fから引き抜くことにより、天井パネルeから取り外すことができるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、このホルダーは、第1及び第2両アンカー片c,dをそれぞれ天井パネルeに設けられた第1及び第2取付穴g内に挿入することにより、簡単に取り付けることができ、また天井パネルeから取り外すことが可能なものであるが、この第1及び第2両アンカー片c,dによる従来の固定構造には次の問題点がある。

▲1▼ 取り外す際、上述のようにドライバーhの先端部をホルダー本体aと天井パネルeとの間に挿入し、第2アンカー片dの先端部を押圧するようになっているため、ドライバーの挿入時にドライバーhの先端部で天井パネルe表面に張設された内装材やホルダー自身を傷つけ易い。
▲2▼ 取り外す際の作業は、上述したように、ドライバーhの先端で第2アンカー片dの先端部を押圧して第2取付穴gとの係合状態を解除し、この状態を保持したままホルダー本体aを回動させるものであるが、ドライバーhの先端で第2アンカー片dの先端部を押圧しながら、ホルダー本体aを回動させる作業は必ずしも容易なものではなく、このアンカー片c,dによる固定構造は取り外し時の作業性に劣るものである。特に、作業を手探りで行わなければならないような箇所に用いられる部品にあっては、取り外し作業は非常に困難なものとなる。

本発明は、上記事情に鑑みなされたもので、各種の部品を板体に固定するためのアンカー構造であり、簡単な作業で容易に固定することができ、かつ取り外し時の作業性にも優れ、しかも相手部材や部品自体を傷つけるようなことなく、容易に取り外すことができるアンカー構造及び該アンカー構造を備えた部品を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、略筒状のアンカー本体の周壁に弾性変形可能な係止片を先端部が該アンカー本体外周面から外方に突出した状態に設けてなり、各種部品の裏面側に突設され、板体に設けられた取付穴に圧入することにより、上記係止片先端部と上記各種部品の裏面との間に上記取付穴の周縁部を挟持して、各種部品を上記板体に固定するボックスアンカーにおいて、上記アンカー本体の周壁の所定位置に軸方向に沿って係止片形成用の切欠き部を設け、上記係止片の長さ方向中間部と該切欠き部の内縁部とを弾性変形可能なヒンジ連結部で連結して、上記ヒンジ連結部を軸にして弾性揺動可能な上記係止片を上記切欠き部内にアンカー本体の軸方向に沿って設けると共に、該係止片の一端部がアンカー本体の外周面から外方に突出し、かつ該係止片の上記ヒンジ連結部を挟んで他端部がアンカー本体の先端側で該アンカー本体の周壁内周面から内方へと突出した状態とし、上記アンカー本体内に上記部品側から軸体を挿入することにより、該軸体によって上記係止片の他端部が外方へと押圧されて該係止片が上記ヒンジ連結部を中心にして回動し、該係止片の一端部が上記切欠き部内に埋没するように構成したことを特徴とするボックスアンカー、及び、
部品本体の裏面側に、略筒状のアンカー本体の周壁に弾性変形可能な係止片を先端部が該アンカー本体外周面から外方に突出した状態に設けたボックスアンカーを突設し、該ボックスアンカーを板体に設けられた取付穴に圧入することにより、上記係止片先端部と上記部品本体の裏面との間に上記取付穴の周縁部を挟持して、板体に固定する部品において、上記ボックスアンカーとして上記本発明のボックスアンカーを設けると共に、上記アンカー本体に、該ボックスアンカーの中空部と連通し、かつ部品本体表面側に開口する軸挿通孔を設け、部品本体の表面側から上記軸挿通孔を通して上記アンカー本体内に軸体を挿入し得るように構成したことを特徴とする部品を提供する。

本発明のボックスアンカーは、各種の部品に設けられ、板体に形成された取付穴に圧入することにより、各種部品を板体に固定するためのものである。即ち、部品本体の裏面側に突設された本発明のボックスアンカーを板体に形成された取付穴に板体の一面側から圧入すると、上記アンカー本体の外周面から突出した上記係止片の一端部が取付穴の内周縁部により内方に押圧され、係止片が上記ヒンジ連結部を軸にして弾性をもってシーソー状に回動し、該係止片一端部が上記切欠き部内に埋没した状態となり、この係止片一端部が上記取付穴を通過すると、取付穴内周縁部による押圧状態が解除されて係止片が元の状態に弾性復帰し、板体の反対側で係止片の一端部がアンカー本体の外周面から突出した状態となる。これにより、この係止片の一端部と部品本体の裏面との間に上記取付穴周縁部が挟持された状態となり、部品が板体に固定されるものである。

このように、本発明のボックスアンカーによれば、板体に設けられた取付穴にこれを圧入することにより、容易に各種部品を板体に固定することができるものであるが、本発明のボックスアンカーによれば、簡単な作業により容易に板体から取り外すことも可能である。

即ち、板体の取付穴に圧入し、上記係止片の一端部と部品本体の裏面との間に取付穴周縁部を挟持した状態で板体に固定した部品を取り外す場合、部品本体に形成した軸挿通孔を通してドライバーの軸部などの軸体を本発明ボックスアンカー内に圧入する。これにより、この軸体によって、上記アンカー本体の周壁内周面から内方に突出した上記係止片の他端部が外方へと押圧され、係止片が上記ヒンジ連結部を軸にして弾性をもってシーソー状に回動し、該係止片の一端部が上記切欠き部内に埋没した状態となり、該係止片一端部と取付穴周縁部との係合状態が解除される。このとき、ボックスアンカー内に挿入された軸体は係止片の他端部に挟持された状態となり、この状態で軸体を引き抜く方向へと引くことにより、軸体と共にボックスアンカーが取付穴から引き抜かれ、部品を板体から取り外すことができる。

このように、本発明のボックスアンカーによれば、部品に設けられた軸挿通孔を通してボックスアンカー内にドライバー等の軸体を圧入し、これをボックスアンカーと共に取付穴から引き抜くという極めて簡便な作業により、部品を板体から取り外すことができ、しかも板体や部品を傷つけることなく、かつ作業性よく確実に部品を取り外すことができるものである。

ここで、上記本発明のボックスアンカーを設けた部品は、その表面側に開口した軸挿通孔を有するものとなり、この軸挿通孔を通して板体の内部が見えることとなるが、外観上これが問題になる場合やこの穴を通して騒音等がもれることが問題となるような場合には、この軸挿通孔を開閉可能に閉塞する蓋体を部品本体の表面側に設けることができる。

また、部品が比較的大きな場合には、上述した従来例のように、部品本体の裏面側に、本発明のボックスアンカーと共に第2のアンカー部を設けてもよく、この場合この第2アンカー部は、先端部に係止段差部が設けられた釣り針状の弾性変形可能な第2アンカー部とし、該第2アンカー部の上記係止段差部が、板体に設けられた第2取付穴の内周縁に係合するように構成することが好ましく、第2アンカー部をこのような構成とすることにより、部品を取り外す際にこの第2アンカー部を中心にして部品を回動させ、容易に本発明ボックスアンカーを取付穴から引き抜くことができるものである。

即ち、各種部品に本発明ボックスアンカー以外の第2アンカー部を設けた場合、ドライバーの軸部を用いて上述したようにボックスアンカーを板体の取付穴から引き抜く際、第2アンカー部は板体の第2取付穴に係止された状態のままとなるため、この第2アンカー部による係止箇所を軸にして部品を回動させることにより本発明ボックスアンカーを取付穴から引き抜くこととなるが、この場合通常は回動しながらボックスアンカーが取付穴から引き抜かれる際、該ボックスアンカーの先端側が取付穴の内周縁に当接して容易に引き抜くことができなくなる。しかしながら、第2アンカー部を上記構成とすれば、部品を回動させるのにともなって上記弾性変形可能な釣り針状の第2アンカー部を弾性変形させることができ、これにより回動軸を移動させながら部品を回動させて、ボックスアンカーを取付穴の内周面で係止させることなく、引き抜くことができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態及び実施例】
次に、実施例を示し、本発明をより具体的に説明する。
図1〜9は、本発明の一実施例にかかるボックスアンカーを設けた部品の一例を示すものであり、この部品は自動車のサンバイザーの軸部を着脱可能に保持するために、自動車の天井パネルに取り付けられるホルダーである。

このホルダー1は、略四角ブロック状のホルダー本体(部品本体)2の表面側中央部に断面鉤状に湾曲した保持部3が一体に設けられ、この保持部3の内側に形成された凹部4内にサンバイザーの軸部を着脱可能に保持するようになっていると共に、上記ホルダー本体2の裏面側に、一端部に本発明の一実施例にかかるボックスアンカー5、他端部に断面釣り針状に形成された弾性変形可能な第2アンカー部6がそれぞれ突設されたものである。

上記ボックスアンカー5は、上記ホルダー本体(部品本体)2の裏面一端部に四角筒状のアンカー本体7を突設し、このアンカー本体7の周壁の互いに対向する2面にそれぞれに係止片8,8を設けたものである。

上記アンカー本体7は、互いに対向する両側面にアンカー本体7の内外を貫通する切欠き部9,9を有し、この切欠き部9,9内にそれぞれ上記係止片8,8が設けられており、この係止片8,8の長さ方向中間部両側縁部と切欠き部9,9の内側縁部とが弾性変形可能なヒンジ連結部10,10により一体に連結され、両係止片8,8がこのヒンジ連結部10,10を軸にして弾性的に回動し得るようになっている。

一方、上記第2アンカー部6は、第2取付穴g内に圧入されることにより、その先端部外面が取付穴gの内周縁により内側へと押圧され、先端部に形成された係止段差部14が取付穴g内に達すると、該段差部14の段差分だけ第2アンカー部6が弾性復帰し、この段差部14が取付穴gの周縁部に係合して該段差部14とホルダー本体2裏面との間に取付穴gの周縁部が挟持された状態となり、ホルダー本体2の他端部が天井パネルeに固定される。なお、この第2アンカー部6の先端部に形成された段差部14には、上述したように、二段階の段差が形成されており、本実施例では比較的厚肉の天井パネルeに固定しているので、二段目の段差が取付穴gに係合するが、比較的薄肉の天井パネルに固定する場合には、一段目の段差が取付穴に係合することとなる。

即ち、上述の固定状態のホルダー1を天井パネルeから取り外す場合、図8に示したように、上記蓋体18を開いてホルダー本体2の表面側に形成された開口部から軸挿通孔16を通してドライバーの軸部などの軸体iをボックスアンカー5内に圧入する。これにより、この軸体iによって、上記アンカー本体7の周壁内周面から内方に突出した上記係止片8,8の下端部が外方へと押圧され、係止片8,8が上記ヒンジ連結部10,10を軸にして弾性をもってシーソー状に回動し、該係止片8,8の上端部に形成された係止部11a及び11bが上記切欠き部9,9内に埋没した状態となり、該係止部11bと取付穴f周縁部との係合状態が解除される。このとき、ボックスアンカー5内に挿入された軸体iは係止片8,8の下端部で挟持された状態となり、更にこの状態で軸体を引き抜く方向へと引くと、その力は係止片8,8の下端部を更に内側へ回動させるように作用するので、より強固に軸体iが係止片8,8間に挟持されることとなる。
