【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建築物の基礎施工下地面に据付施工するPC基礎部材の据付位置を所定の位置に合わせ、PC基礎部材の天端の高さを揃えると共に、その建ち具合を垂直に揃えるPC基礎部材据付位置調整治具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、PC基礎部材の据付位置を所定の位置に合わせる据付位置の調整と、天端の高さを揃えるレベル調整と、建ち具合を垂直に揃える建ち具合調整は、図19に図示する如く、仮置きした基礎施工下地面12とPC基礎部材11の間の隙間に大型バール10の先端を差し込み、その大型バール10をテコにして前後左右に、或いは、上下に振り動かし、その都度PC基礎部材11の据付位置や建ち具合を目視確認して行っている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この大型バールを用いた従来のPC基礎部材据付位置調整方法では、PC基礎部材が高重量物なので据付位置の調整に多大な労力を要し、大型バールを力まかせに大きく振り動かさなければPC基礎部材が移動しないので、大型バールの振り動かし方を加減してPC基礎部材の据付位置を微調整することが難しい。

又、PC基礎部材のレベルを揃えると建ち具合具合や並び具合に不揃いが生じ、並び具合を揃えるとレベルや建ち具合に不揃いが生じ、PC基礎部材のレベルと建ち具合と並び具合が同時に揃うまでには何回も大型バールを振り動かし、その振り動かす度にレベルと建ち具合と並び具合をそれぞれ目視確認しなければならないので、PC基礎部材据付位置調整に手間取る。

そして、大型バールを用いたPC基礎部材の据付位置の調整においては、据付位置調整時にPC基礎部材が浮き上がってしまうこともあり、そのときPC基礎部材が転倒する危険があり、動かそうとするPC基礎部材の足元(大型バールをかける箇所)が不安定で反力がとれない場合もあり、クレーンを使用して吊り上げて微調節をするには余分な時間とコストが発生する。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、PC基礎部材据付位置の下地面の良し悪しに影響されず、据付位置の調整時にはPC基礎部材の天端のレベルが変わったり建ち具合が損なわれず、建ち具合の調整時には据付位置が変わってしまわず、建ち具合と据付位置と天端の高さの各調整をそれぞれ切り離して行うことが出来、且つ、迅速確実にPC基礎部材の据付位置と建ち具合と天端の高さを調整し得るようにすることを目的とする。

本発明に係るPC基礎部材据付位置調整治具は、底裏から球面の一部が突き出ている球体に支えられたフリーベアリング治具と、そのフリーベアリング治具を戴承するレベル調整板と、そのレベル調整板を戴承する定板とによって構成され、レベル調整板の底裏から出没可能に高さ調整ボルトがレベル調整板に螺着されていることを第1の特徴とする。
