本発明は、アーチリブの施工方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
アーチ橋のリブの先端に作業台車を配置し、この台車において型枠、鉄筋の組み立て、コンクリート打設を行いつつリブを張り出してゆく施工方法が採用されている。
その場合に、リブは徐々に角度を変えて傾斜しているが、作業台車は正確な鉛直線、水平面を形成しなければならない。
そのためにリブの表面にコンクリート台座を突設している。この台座の上面を水平に形成することによって、台座の上に作業台車の主柱を搭載して鉛直軸を確保する構成を採用している。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記したような従来のアーチリブの施工方法にあっては、次のような問題点がある。
<イ>水平面を得るためにリブに突設した台座はコンクリート製である。そのためにリブに突設した余分なコンクリート塊はその後撤去しなければならない。
<ロ>リブ先端の高い位置で、余分なコンクリート塊の打設作業、その後の解体、撤去作業が必要となり不経済で危険な作業が増加する。
<ハ>コンクリート塊を解体した後には荒れた表面を仕上げるための作業も必要となる。

本発明は上記したような従来の問題を解決するためになされたもので、従来のような余分なコンクリートの打設作業、撤去作業を必要とせず、経済的に施工を行うことができる、アーチリブの施工方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記のような目的を達成するために、本発明のアーチリブの施工方法は、アーチ橋のリブ部を構築するに際して、リブ部先端に配置する作業台車の鉛直柱の直下に、鋼製の台座を配置し、この台座はリブ部の上面に開口したピン孔に、ピンを挿入することによって取り付け、台座の上面には球座を設け、この台座の上部に設置した鉛直柱によって支持した作業台車によってリブの延長作業を行い、作業台車がその位置での作業が終了してリブが1スパン延長したら、ピンを引き抜くことのよって台座をリブ部から撤去し、延長したリブ部の先端のピン孔を使用して台座を取り付けて順次リブを延長して行う、アーチリブの施工方法を特徴としたものである。

【本発明の実施の態様】
以下図面を参照しながら本発明のアーチリブの施工方法の実施例について説明する。

<イ>全体の構成。
アーチ橋のリブ部を構築するには、例えば図5に示すように橋台側に仮ピロン1を突設し、この仮ピロン1からアーチリブ2を斜め吊り材4で吊りつつ、順次リブ2先端を延長してゆく工法を採用する。
リブ2の延長のために、リブ2の先端には作業台車3を配置し、この台車3において型枠、鉄筋の組み立て、コンクリート打設を行いつつリブ2を張り出してゆく。

<ロ>台座の構造。
リブ2は前記したように徐々に角度を変更しつつ傾斜しており、一方リブ2の先端に配置する作業台車3は正確な鉛直線、水平面を確保する必要がある。
そのために台車3の鉛直柱31の下に、角錐状の台座5を配置する。
ただし本発明の台座5は、コンクリートのリブ2と一体ではなく、リブ2とは独立した鋼製の部材によって形成する。
台座5の下面の座板にはピン孔51を開口し、リブ2にもピン孔21を開口しておく。このリブ2のピン孔21は、コンクリートの打設前にピン52の直径よりも直径が多少大きい鋼管を埋め込んで形成する。
両ピン孔にピン52を挿入、引き抜きを行うことによって台座5のリブ2への取り付け、取り外しを可能とする。
さらに台座5の上面には球座53を設ける。この球座53の上に作業台車3の鉛直柱31を搭載することによって、多少の傾斜を修正することができる。なお実際には鉛直柱31の下端を直接に搭載せず、鉛直ジャッキ32を介在させ、このジャッキ32の伸縮によって作業台車3の下のレールの送り出しなどの作業に供する。

アーチリブ2側にはピン孔を開口しておき、台座5のピン孔を貫通してピンを挿入することによって台座5をリブ2上に固定する。
作業台車3の鉛直柱31を、この台座5の上部に設置し、作業台車3の尾端はリブ2にアンカーを取って固定する。
ただしこの段階では台座5の上面は必ずしも水平面を維持していない。そこで作業台車3の各リンクの角度を調整すると、鉛直柱31の下端のジャッキ32は球座53の上に乗っているので角度の修正は可能であり、やがて鉛直柱31の鉛直線を確保することができる。
こうして鉛直線が確保できれば、作業面を水平に形成することもできるから、鉄筋や型枠の組み立て、コンクリートの打設作業を行って次のスパンのリブ2の延長を行うことができる。

作業台車3がその位置での作業が終了してリブ2が1スパン延長したら、ピンを引き抜くことのよって台座5をリブ2部から撤去することができる。
撤去した台座5は、延長したリブ2部の先端のピン孔を使用して再度取り付けて、順次リブ2を延長を行う。

本発明のアーチリブ2の施工方法は以上説明したようになるから次のような効果を得ることができる。
<イ>従来のように台座5のコンクリートの打設、はつり、撤去という作業が不要であり、単にピンの挿入、引き抜きによって台座5の設置、撤去が可能である。したがって作業が各段に簡単であり、高所作業であっても危険性がない。
<ロ>台座5はリブ2とは独立した部材であるから、繰り返し転用することができ、経済的である。
<ハ>コンクリート塊を解体するような作業がないから、リブ2の表面が荒れることはなく平滑であり、その後の仕上げ作業が不要である。
