Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bag making and packaging machine that automatically picks up an abnormal packaging bag formed by a seam portion of a packaging material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a bag-making and packaging machine that forms a packaging bag from a long packaging material, when the packaging material is used up, the end of the newly loaded packaging material is joined with tape and transported as a series of packaging materials. This is also done by packaging suppliers.
Therefore, in the packaging weighing line, there is a possibility that an abnormal bag made of the seam portion of the packaging material may be mixed, so the operator finds the seam by visual inspection and removes the abnormal bag. For this reason, problems such as requiring extra personnel and unnecessarily reducing the operating rate of the apparatus occur.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and the object of the present invention is to pick up an abnormal bag made by a seam portion automatically without adding a special mechanism. It is to provide a new device that can be used.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In other words, in order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is directed to a packaging material conveyance path for detecting an eye mark formed on a packaging material at every pitch corresponding to the length of a bag to be made . part disposed eye mark detecting means, the bag making and packaging machine for transporting the leading end of the packaging material when use up packaging material newly loaded its end portion as a series of packaging material in the footsteps tape, reference A seam detecting means for detecting a difference between output intervals from the eye mark detecting means based on a pulse to determine a tape seam and outputting a signal, and counting the number of bags manufactured and the seam detecting means A bag number counting means that receives a reset in response to the signal, a storage means that stores a number obtained by converting the distance from the eye mark detection means to the seal mechanism into a bag number, and a count value of the bag number counting means Matched the number Comprises comparing means for outputting a signal to the multiplexer, and means for temporarily stopping the supply operation of the package by a signal from the subsequent said comparison means signal from said joint detecting means is output, the.
Further, the invention of claim 2 is provided with an eye mark detection means in a part of the packaging material conveyance path in order to detect the eye mark formed on the packaging material for every pitch corresponding to the length of the bag to be made. When the packaging material is used up, the eye mark detection means is based on a reference pulse in a bag-making packaging machine that transports the packaging material as a series of packaging materials by joining the starting end of the packaging material newly loaded at the end of the packaging material with a tape. [0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, examples of the present invention will be described below.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the present invention applied to a vertical pillow packaging machine.
[0006]
In this packaging machine, a long packaging material S supplied from a packaging material roll (not shown) is formed into a cylindrical shape by a former 3 provided below the weighing hopper 1, and this is disposed oppositely below the packaging material S. A pair of pull-down belts 4, 4 are configured to send to the base of the lateral seal mechanism 8.
[0007]
This packaging machine is provided with an eye mark detection sensor 9 comprising a light emitting element and a light receiving element in a part of the packaging material conveyance path, and prints on the edge of the packaging material S at every pitch corresponding to the length of the bag. The detected eye mark M is detected, and the pulse signal is output to the seam detecting means 12 and the bag number counting means 13 described later.
[0008]
On the other hand, reference numeral 10 in the figure denotes a control device that detects the seam of the packaging material S and operates the device to pick up an abnormal bag formed by the seam portion. The control device 10 includes a rotary encoder 5. The interval of the detection pulse output from the eye mark detection sensor 9 is monitored based on the pulse signal from the pulse transmitter 6 that outputs the rotation of the servo motor 7 for pull-down belt drive as a pulse via When the number of pulses is smaller than the reference number, the seam detection means 12 that outputs a detection signal to reset the count contents of the bag number counting means 13 on the assumption that the tape T has been detected, and the bag number counting means 13 And the number of bags input to the storage means 14 in advance, that is, the distance L from the eye mark detection sensor 9 to just before the lateral seal mechanism 8 is divided by the bag length d. The comparison means 15 that compares the number N of bags obtained in this way and outputs a coincidence signal, the AND circuit 16 that outputs the coincidence signal from the comparison means 15 and the detection signal from the joint detection means 12, and the AND circuit 16 And a shutter control means 18 for operating the shutter drive motor 2 to temporarily close the shutter in response to an output signal from.
[0009]
In the figure, reference numeral 17 denotes an operation control means for causing the shutter drive motor 2 to perform a required operation via the shutter control means 18. Further, when the upper metering device for metering discharge the objects to be packaged, and the lower packaging machine for packaging undergoing it is synchronous operation by interlocking signal from the AND circuit 1 6 instead of the shutter mechanism This signal may be sent to the weighing device to temporarily stop the discharge. In this case, the control means 17 and 18 as well as the shutter drive motor are not required.
[0010]
Next, the operation for picking up an abnormal bag by the apparatus configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
When the packaging material S is sequentially fed from the packaging material roll with the bag making operation of the apparatus, the eye mark detection sensor 9 provided in a part of the packaging material conveyance path detects the eye mark M, and the detection signal is detected as a joint detection. It outputs to the means 12 (step i).
[0011]
On the other hand, the seam detection means 12 monitors the interval between the eye mark detection signals sequentially input from the eye mark detection sensor 9 based on the pulse signal from the pulse transmitter 6 input here, and this interval is the length of the bag. If the pulse number n corresponding to the length is significantly out of the range n ± Δn (step b), it is assumed that the tape T affixed to the seam is detected, and the count number of the bag number counting means 13 is detected by the detection signal. (Step c), the eye mark detection signal is newly counted from here (step d), and the signal is output to the comparison means 15 and the seam detection signal is output to the AND circuit 16.
[0012]
On the other hand, the comparison means 15 receives the number N previously input to the storage means 14, that is, the number N = L / d converted from the distance L from the eye mark detection sensor 9 to the position immediately before the lateral seal mechanism 8 as the number of bags. Therefore, when the number newly counted from the bag number counting means 13 is input here and this number reaches the conversion number N, the coincidence signal from this is input to the AND circuit 16 (step E). Then, the shutter drive motor is temporarily operated via the shutter control means 18 by the output signal from the AND circuit 16, and the supply of the package from the weighing hopper 1 is refused to form an empty bag (Step F). Then, open the shutter again and continue normal packaging operation (step).
[0013]
Therefore, the abnormal bag made by the seam portion by this operation becomes an empty bag, and the abnormal bag is removed from the line by the weight check performed in the next boxing stage.
[0014]
In the above, the detection interval of the eye mark M is monitored based on the number of pulses proportional to the rotation of the pull-down belt drive motor 7, but instead of the pulse from the pulse transmitter 6, Clock pulses of a clock provided in the control device 10 can also be used.
[0015]
On the other hand, the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is made by paying attention to the fact that the width of the detection pulse by the eye mark detection sensor 9 differs depending on whether the eye mark M or the tape T adhered to the joint portion. The width of each detection pulse of the eye mark detection sensor 9 is compared with the pulse from the pulse transmitter 6, and if it differs from the reference value, the detection signal is output to the joint detection means 12 assuming that the tape T has been detected. It is a thing.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the packaging material is used up , an eye mark necessary for a bag making and packaging machine that transports the packaging material as a series of packaging materials by joining the starting end portion of the packaging material newly loaded at the terminal portion with a tape. By using the detector, the abnormal bag made by the seam of the packaging material is emptied, and this type of abnormal bag is automatically and easily eliminated without wasting the package. Thus, the operating rate of the apparatus can be further increased.
