【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、多数の利用者が登録あるいは参照する電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室などの利用情報を提供する電子情報提供装置および記録媒体に関するものである。

インターネット等の電子情報サービスにおいて、利用者相互間の議論や意見交換の場として、利用者が提供する記事やコメント等を一般に公開する電子掲示板や電子会議室がある。これら電子掲示板や電子会議室では、議論のテーマに対する賛否など、さまざまな立場の意見が１つの電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室に登録されるため、一見しただけでは、議論の趨勢が不明であり、これを簡易に認識できるシステムが望まれている。

【従来の技術】
従来、話題をおおまかに分けた電子掲示板や電子会議室をそれぞれ用意し、利用者は記事やコメントなどを該当電子掲示板や電子会議室に書き込んだり、参照してその意見などを電子掲示板や電子会議室に書き込んだりし、それをシステムが登録するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、電子掲示板や電子会議室に参加する利用者が議論の趨勢を判断するには、全ての記事やコメントなどを参照し、内容を分析する必要があるという問題があった。また、話題に対する賛否などに着目して細分化して電子掲示板や電子会議室を設けたとしても、利用者が意識的に多数の電子掲示板や電子会議室に同じような記事やコメントを登録したり、あるいは参照したりし、必ずしも正しい集計回数を求めて提示できなくなるという問題もある。

本発明は、これらの問題を解決するため、複数の電子掲示板や電子会議室などの全体を１組として扱い、利用者による記事やコメントの登録や参照が全体に対して限度を越えないように制限し、電子掲示板や電子会議室などの登録あるいは参照の信頼性の高い情報を収集して集計し提示することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
図１を参照して課題を解決するための手段を説明する。
図１において、ホスト３は、複数の端末１からネットワーク２を介して接続し、端末１からの電子掲示板や電子会議室などへの書き込みあるいは参照を統括制御するものであって、認証手段４、登録手段５、参照手段６、電子情報テーブル９などから構成されるものである。

認証手段４は、利用者が登録、参照の権限があるかチェックするものである。登録手段５は、電子掲示板や電子会議室などに記事やコメントなどの情報の登録を制御するものである。

電子情報テーブル９は、電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室毎に設けて登録／参照した利用者番号を登録して管理するものである。

次に、動作を説明する。
認証手段４が利用者からの登録要求時に権限をチェックし、登録手段５が権限チェックについてＯＫのときに電子情報テーブル９を参照して利用者の書き込んだ電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室の個数が所定の限度を越えていないか判別し、所定の限度を越えていないと判別されたときに、該当電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室に書き込むと共に電子情報テーブル９に利用者番号を登録するようにしている。

また、認証手段４が利用者からの参照要求時に権限をチェックし、参照手段６が権限チェックについてＯＫのときに電子情報テーブル９を参照して利用者の参照した電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室の個数が所定の限度を越えていないか判別し、所定の限度を越えていないと判別されたときに、該当電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室の参照をさせると共に電子情報テーブル９に利用者番号を登録するようにしている。

これらの際に、電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室毎に設けた電子情報テーブル９の内容を集計してその集計結果を登録要求時、参照要求時あるいは利用情報要求時に表示させるようにしている。

また、所定の限度として、書き込みができる最大の個数および参照できる最大の個数を設定し、これら限度を越えないときに登録あるいは参照を認め、意識的な多数書き込みや参照を防止し、登録あるいは参照の利用回数の信頼性を高めるようにしている。

従って、電子掲示板や電子会議室などの全体を１組として扱い、利用者による記事やコメントの書き込み（登録）や参照が全体に対して限度を越えないようにすることにより、電子掲示板や電子会議室などの登録あるいは参照の信頼性の高い情報を自動収集し集計して提示することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図１から図６を用いて本発明の実施の形態および動作を順次詳細に説明する。

図１において、端末１は、利用者が操作してネットワーク２を介してホスト３と接続し、ホスト３内に設けた電子掲示板や電子会議室などに記事やコメントなどを送信して登録したり、ホスト３内に設けた電子掲示板や電子会議室などから読み出して送信を受けた記事やコメントなどを表示（参照）したりなどするための端末である。

ネットワーク２は、端末１からホスト３に接続する通信網である。
ホスト３は、多数の端末１からネットワーク２を介して接続され、電子掲示板や電子会議室を提供するものであって、ここでは、認証手段４、登録手段５、参照手段６、情報保持手段７、データベース８などから構成されるものである。

図２は、本発明の概念説明フローチャートを示す。
図２において、Ｓ１は、利用者が情報を書き込むあるいは参照する。これは、図１の構成のもとで、利用者が端末１を操作してネットワーク２を介してホスト３に接続し、当該ホスト３で提供する電子掲示板あるいは電子会議室などにおいて、記事やコメントなどを書き込んだり、既に書き込まれている記事やコメントなどをダウンロードして参照したりする要求を行う。

Ｓ２は、限度を越えた登録あるいは参照か判別する。これは、Ｓ１の登録あるいは参照が所定の限度（例えば電子掲示板が合計１０個あり、登録を３個まで、参照を２個までの限度）を越えるか判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、Ｓ４に進む。ＮＯの場合には、限度を越えていないと判明したので、Ｓ３で登録（記事やコメントを電子掲示板などに書き込んで登録）あるいは参照（電子掲示板などに書き込まれている情報を読み出して端末１に送信して参照）し、Ｓ４に進む。この際、登録あるいは参照した利用者番号を電子情報テーブル９に電子掲示板などに対応づけて登録する。

Ｓ４は、集計する。これは、Ｓ３で登録あるいは参照した際に電子情報テーブル９に登録しておいた電子掲示板毎のごとの集計（例えば電子掲示板毎の登録および参照の利用回数の集計）を行う。

図３において、Ｓ１１は、利用者からの電子掲示板情報の登録要求を受け付ける。これは、図１のホスト３が端末１からネットワーク２を介して、電子掲示板情報の登録要求（電子掲示板への記事やコメントの書き込み要求）を受け付ける。

Ｓ２２は、登録要求を行った利用者が登録権限を持つ電子掲示板の個数をカウントする。これは、図６の電子情報テーブル９の全てを検索し、当該利用者が過去に登録した電子掲示板の全部の個数をカウントする。

Ｓ２３は、個数がＮに等しいか判別する。これは、Ｓ２２でカウントした利用者の登録した電子掲示板の個数が、予め定めた限度の個数Ｎに等しいか判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、登録した電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎに等しいと判明したので、Ｓ２４に進む。ＮＯの場合には、登録した電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎ以下と判明したので、Ｓ２６で登録権限ありと決定し、Ｓ１４に復帰する。

Ｓ２４は、Ｓ２３のＹＥＳで登録した電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎに等しいと判明したので、過去に登録していない電子掲示板への登録要求か判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、登録しようとする電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎを越ええると判明したので、Ｓ２５で登録権限なしと決定し、Ｓ１４に復帰する。一方、Ｓ２４のＮＯの場合には、登録しようとする電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎと等しいが、過去に登録した電子掲示板への登録と判明したので、Ｓ２６で登録権限ありと決定し、Ｓ１４に復帰する。

Ｓ１４は、利用者に電子掲示板情報の登録権限があるか判別する。これは、Ｓ２１からＳ２６によって電子掲示板情報の登録権限があるか、なしかのいずれかが決定されたかを判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、登録権限があると判明したので、Ｓ１５に進む。ＮＯの場合には、登録権限がないと判明したので、登録することなく、終了する。これにより、意識的に電子掲示板への登録を多くし、利用回数の情報の信頼性を低めてしまうことを防止し、信頼性の高い電子掲示板の利用情報を自動収集することが可能となる。

Ｓ１５は、電子掲示板情報の登録を行う。これは、電子掲示板に登録要求のあった情報（記事やコメントなど）を登録する。
Ｓ１６は、登録要求を行った利用者の利用者情報の更新を行う。これは、後述する図６の電子掲示板毎に設けた電子情報テーブル９に、登録を行った利用者番号と情報の内容を図示のように登録する。

以上によって、利用者からの登録要求時に、電子掲示板毎の電子情報テーブル９の全てを検索して過去に登録した電子掲示板の個数をカウントし、カウントした個数が限度の個数に等しいときには過去の登録した電子掲示板への登録のみを行い、他への登録を拒否し、一方、個数が限度以下のときは登録要求のあった電子掲示板への登録を行うことにより、利用者からむやみに多くの電子掲示板への登録を制限し、電子情報テーブル９へ登録した利用回数の信頼性を高めることが可能となる。そして、電子掲示板毎の電子情報テーブル９の集計を行い、信頼性の高い電子掲示板毎の利用情報を利用者に提示することが可能となる。

Ｓ４２は、参照要求を行った利用者が参照権限を持つ電子掲示板の個数をカウントする。これは、図６の電子情報テーブル９の全てを検索し、当該利用者が過去に参照した電子掲示板の全部の個数をカウントする。

Ｓ４３は、個数がＮに等しいか判別する。これは、Ｓ４２でカウントした利用者の登録した電子掲示板の個数が、予め定めた限度の個数Ｎに等しいか判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、登録した電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎに等しいと判明したので、Ｓ４４に進む。ＮＯの場合には、登録した電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎ以下と判明したので、Ｓ４６で参照権限ありと決定し、Ｓ３４に復帰する。

Ｓ４４は、Ｓ４３のＹＥＳで参照した電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎに等しいと判明したので、過去に参照していない電子掲示板への参照要求か判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、参照しようとする電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎを越ええると判明したので、Ｓ４５で参照権限なしと決定し、Ｓ３４に復帰する。一方、Ｓ４４のＮＯの場合には、参照しようとする電子掲示板の個数が限度の個数Ｎと等しいが、過去に参照した電子掲示板への参照と判明したので、Ｓ４６で参照権限ありと決定し、Ｓ３４に復帰する。

以上によって、電子掲示板を参照していた状態で、情報（記事やコメント）の登録要求したときに、過去に登録したことがありかつ同じ電子掲示板のときはその同じ過去の電子掲示板に登録し、過去に登録したことがあるか他の電子掲示板を参照しているときはその参照している電子掲示板に登録し、更に、過去に登録した電子掲示板がないときは参照している電子掲示板に登録する。これらにより、利用者か恣意的に特定の電子掲示板に多くの登録を行うことを制限し、電子情報テーブル９に登録した利用回数の信頼性を高め、電子掲示板毎の電子情報テーブル９の集計を行って信頼性の高い電子掲示板毎の利用情報を利用者に提示することが可能となる。

図６は、本発明のテーブル（電子情報テーブル）例を示す。図示の電子情報テーブル９は、電子掲示板や電子会議室毎に設け、情報（記事やコメント）を書き込んだ利用者番号とその情報の内容を登録すると共に、参照した利用者番号とその参照した回数などの情報を登録して管理するものである。

では、参照回数の合計はいずれも１００回と同じである。しかし、参照者数は、情報１ではわずか２人のみなのに対し、情報２は１００人と大きく違っている。このように、参照回数が利用者数の実態を正しく表さないケースがある。たとえばオールスターゲームのようなファン投票は、現実社会における情報の数と利用者の数とのズレの原因はおおむね上の例のような状況であると考えられ、利用者数の実態を知るためには本発明が非常に有効である。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明によれば、電子掲示板や電子会議室などの全体を１組として扱い、利用者による記事やコメントの書き込み（登録）や参照が全体に対して限度を越えないようにして自動収集し集計して利用者に利用者情報として提示する構成を採用しているため、電子掲示板や電子会議室などの書き込み（登録）あるいは参照の信頼性の高い利用回数の情報を自動収集し集計して利用者に提示できる。これにより、電子掲示板などを利用している利用者数を公開（利用者に集計して提示）することで、いずれの電子掲示板や電子会議室がより多く利用されているかの信頼性の高い指標を提供することが可能となる。
