【0013】
Pmot=Pmot0+dP (1)
【0014】
dP=dmllr*(f1*nmot)
そしてPmot0(パイロット制御)に対しては次式が適用される。
【0015】
Pmot0=mind0*(f1*nsoll)
【0018】
Pmot=mindsoll*(f1*nmot)
【0019】
mindsoll=mind0*(nsoll/nmot)+dmllr

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for adjusting the rotational speed of a drive device of an automobile (vehicle) during idling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of method and apparatus is disclosed, for example, in DE-OS 33 11 550 (U.S. Pat. No. 4,592,321: JP 59-183051 ). In this publication, the idling speed of the drive device is adjusted in a controlled manner to adjust the rotational speed of the drive device during idling. In order to alleviate complex control, i.e. so-called pilot control is provided for the release of the idling speed controller, which is a function of operating parameters such as engine temperature and engine speed as a function of idling speed. Determine one or more adjustment values, so-called pilot control values, that decouple the control system. Control variable of the control circuit between the control system and the idling speed controller is affected by these pilot control. However, the desired reduction of the idling speed controller is only partly achieved by this pilot control. In this known control system, the pilot control value represents the basic air flow rate to the internal combustion engine, and at the same time the idling speed controller supplies a corrected air flow rate for this basic air flow rate. Since the pilot control value is simply formed as a function of the selected operating parameters, the idling speed controller can account for small differences in rotational speed, especially stochastic fluctuations in engine speed, and fluctuations caused by exhaust gas control. Either correct or continue to correct incorrect pilot control values at different set no-load speeds (eg, at low engine temperatures).
[0003]
Furthermore, DE-A 43 04 779 discloses a method and device for adjusting the rotational speed of a drive device during idling, in which the torque to be applied by the drive device, the internal combustion In the case of an engine, preferably the index engine torque ( i.e. the torque generated directly by combustion) is calculated as a function of the load on the drive. For this purpose, the pilot control value for the torque to be applied depends on the state of the secondary load (air conditioning system, power steering system, etc.), engine speed, engine temperature and / or selected gear ratio. Is calculated as a function of the load variable. The pilot control value specifies a basic value for the torque that is corrected by the idling speed controller according to the difference between the set (target) rotational speed value and the actual rotational speed value. In this case, the idling speed controller calculates a correction torque for the basic value according to a prescribed control strategy based on the rotational speed deviation. The calculated and corrected set value for the drive torque to be applied is (in the case of spark ignition engines) the amount of air, fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine in the preferred embodiment of the internal combustion engine and / or ignition angle or It is adjusted by adjusting the amount of fuel (in the case of a diesel engine). The unsatisfactory operation shown above with respect to stochastic fluctuations in engine speed or fluctuations caused by exhaust gas control also occurs in this procedure.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to further improve the release of the controller in the closed control circuit when adjusting the rotational speed of the vehicle drive during idling.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
When the rotational speed of the driving device of the automobile during idling is controlled, the index engine output is controlled based on the rotational speed control and the pilot control. Pilot control is determined depending on the setting rotational speed, or is modified by the actual polarization shift of the rotational speed from the set rotation speed.
[0006]
【Example】
The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0007]
In FIG. 1, an
[0008]
Similar to the spark ignition internal combustion engine shown as an example, the engine may be a diesel internal combustion engine, in which case essentially means are provided for adjusting the fuel metering. In addition, the drive may be considered in an alternative manner, for example by an electric motor, in which case a specific output, a specific torque or a specific rotational speed is maintained when idling.
[0009]
In order to adjust the rotational speed at idling, the
[0010]
The pilot control values are determined experimentally such that no controller intervention is required to maintain the set idle speed in the case of changes in these underlying operating parameters . As a result of stochastic effects or as a result of exhaust gas control, variations in rotational speed occur that cannot be corrected by pilot control. A small difference in rotational speed remains, which must be corrected by the controller.
[0011]
The procedure according to the present invention to widely avoid intervention in these controllers is based on the following basic idea.
[0012]
In order to stabilize idling, a specific output Pmot, preferably an indicator output, should be output by the engine, i.e. there is a specific output demand value Pmot. Therefore, a correction dP for the basic value Pmot0 for the output, representing the load of the drive device, is calculated by the idling speed controller as a function of the difference between the set rotational speed and the actual rotational speed.
[0013]
Pmot = Pmot0 + dP (1)
Here, the following equation is applied to dP.
[0014]
dP = dmlllr * (f1 * nmot)
(Dmlllr: torque correction value of idling controller)
The following equation is applied to Pmot0 (pilot control).
[0015]
Pmot0 = mind0 * (f1 * nsoll)
(Mind: index torque, nsoll: set idling speed, nmot: engine speed, f1: coefficient)
The pilot control value mind0 with respect to the index engine torque during idling for an automobile equipped with an automatic transmission and an air conditioning system is obtained from the following relational expression.
[0016]
(Mgang: converter torque requirement, mverl: torque requirement due to internal friction, mklima: air conditioning system torque requirement, nab: output speed, Tmot: engine temperature)
If the system operates based on air flow, an appropriate relationship is applied and the pilot control value for air flow is calculated in direct proportion to Pmot0.
[0017]
From the above relational expression, it is found that the required output value of the driving device generated during idling is as follows.
[0018]
Pmot = mindsoll * (f1 * nmot)
And it turns out that the engine torque which should be set is as follows.
[0019]
mindsoll = mind0 * (nsoll / nmot) + dmllr
The set throttle valve opening angle is then calculated based on this set value for the index engine torque and engine speed.
[0020]
Therefore, during idling, the rotational speed determines and sets the idling output demand, ie, sets the engine power necessary to compensate for the load and to compensate for variations in rotational speed depending on nsoll. It is the basic principle of the procedure according to the invention that is adjusted by doing. The required output value is set by setting a set value for the indicator engine torque or for the air flow rate by changing the air supply (throttle valve), fuel metering and / or ignition. Additional basic principle is to improve the rotational speed of the setting at the time of idling, is that the pilot control value (s) is modified by the amount actual rotation speed with respect to polarization shift from setting rotational speed. In the preferred embodiment, it is the ratio of the set speed to the actual speed, and in other embodiments it is the direct difference between the set speed and the actual speed or the set speed. Can be an appropriately weighted product of the actual rotational speed. In the preferred embodiment, the pilot control value is multiplied by the rotational speed ratio. Setting adding a variable describing the polarization shift between the rotating speed and the actual rotational speed may be equally advantageous in other embodiments also be logically coupled to the pilot control value by the formation of a subtraction or quotient. In addition, this constitutes a convenient way to determine and set the idling output demand.
[0021]
FIG. 2 is a flowchart for an example in which the implementation of the procedure according to the present invention as a computer program adjusts the idling rotational speed within the control range of the engine output based on the calculation of the index engine torque to be set. Shown with.
[0022]
After the start of the program part, in the first step (step) 100, the operating parameters , ie engine speed nmot, engine temperature Tmot, air conditioning system status (Klima) or power steering system etc. and possibly the output speed nab are Is read. Next, in
[0023]
Next, in
[0024]
In accordance with the above equations, this method of practicing the present invention determines the output power requirement of the drive device during idling by means of rotational speed control, with pilot control, with as little involvement of the rotational speed controller as possible. The result is that it is adjusted.
[0025]
In addition to the expression by torque contribution, in another embodiment, the pilot control is calculated based on the contribution to the air flow rate. In this case, the basic air flow rate formed by the pilot control is determined by the set rotational speed according to ind0 × noll, so that stochastic changes and other variations in engine speed have already been properly taken into account by the pilot control, Therefore, it need not be corrected by the controller.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
By means of the procedure according to the invention, the rotational speed of the drive device in the case of small rotational speed differences is automatically stabilized by pilot control without requiring the involvement of a controller.
[0027]
This is particularly true with the pilot control without the involvement of the rotational speed controller itself, since the rotational speed fluctuations caused by stochastic or exhaust gas control are already taken into account in the pilot control. The result is automatically reduced.
[0028]
It is particularly advantageous that the procedure according to the invention can be used both in connection with the adjustment of the rotational speed based on the air flow rate and on the basis of the torque of the drive.
