Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention joins both ends of a braid with a short rubber core formed by cutting a braid with a rubber core formed by a rubber core and a braid that covers the rubber core and forms an outer skin into a predetermined length. The present invention relates to a braided ring with a rubber core formed into a ring shape and a manufacturing method of the ring.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a braided ring with a rubber core that is formed into a ring shape by cutting a braided cord containing a rubber core and a braided cord covering the rubber core into a shell and joining both ends thereof. Various types of manufacturing methods for the ring are known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the ends of the rubber core braid are connected to form a ring shape, the ends of the rubber core braid are connected to the connection members, respectively, and the connection member There is a problem that not only does not feel uncomfortable due to the fact that the hair does not expand and contract and does not bend, but also the hair tends to get caught on the connecting member and is unusable.
[0004]
In addition, there is a problem that the braid with rubber core is easily cut at the connecting portion with the connecting metal fitting.
[0005]
On the other hand, when both ends of the braid with rubber core are simply joined with an adhesive to form a ring shape, there is a problem that the fibers of the braid at both ends of the braid with rubber core tend to be fluffy and impair the appearance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the braided ring with a rubber core according to the present invention, a braided cord with a rubber core composed of a rubber core and a braid that covers the rubber core and becomes an outer skin is cut at predetermined intervals to form a braid with a short rubber core. In the rubber cored braid ring formed into a ring shape by joining both ends of the short rubber core braid, the rubber core braid is cut to cut the rubber core braid into the short rubber core braid. After cooling and solidifying the part with a cooling solidifying agent and cutting it, both ends of the obtained short rubber cored braid are in an unsolidified state, and then an adhesive application pretreatment agent is applied to both ends of the short rubber cored braid. Then, by applying an adhesive to both ends of the braid with a short rubber core, a part of the adhesive is stretched along the rubber core, and the rubber core and the braid are integrated with the adhesive to enter the short rubber core. Both ends of braid It was to be joined.
[0007]
Further, in the method for producing a braided ring with a rubber core according to the present invention, a cooling solidifying agent is applied to the braided with rubber core, which is composed of a rubber core and a braid that covers the rubber core and forms an outer skin, at predetermined intervals. Forming a solidified part and forming a braid with a short rubber core solidified at both ends by cutting the braid with rubber core in the solidified part, and making both ends of the short rubber cored braid into a non-solidified state, Apply the adhesive pretreatment agent to both ends, then apply the adhesive to both ends of the braided braid with a short rubber core, and extend the rubber core and braid by extending a part of the adhesive along the rubber core. The two ends of the braided cord with a short rubber core were joined to form a ring shape while being integrated with an adhesive.
[0008]
Furthermore, the adhesive application pretreatment agent is acetone, and the adhesive is a cyanoacrylate adhesive, and the bonding is performed by reducing the viscosity and quick-drying property of the cyanoacrylate adhesive with acetone. A tape for shaping work is wound around the joint formed by butting both ends of a braided cord with a short rubber core coated with a pretreatment agent and an adhesive, and the outer peripheral surface of the shaping work tape is attached before the adhesive is cured. It is also characterized in that the braid is impregnated with the adhesive by pressing and that the thickness of the braid is 0.5 mm or more.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the rubber core-containing braid ring and the manufacturing method of the ring according to the present invention, a rubber core-containing braid is inserted into a hollow braid that is stretchable in the same manner as the rubber core. A braided cord with a short rubber core is formed by cutting the braided cord into a braided ring and a braided ring with a rubber core is formed by joining both ends of the braided cord with the short rubber core.
[0010]
In particular, when cutting into a braid with a short rubber core, the cut portion is cooled and solidified with a cooling solidifying agent so that the rubber core and the braid are integrated and elastic deformation does not occur, and cutting is performed. I try to make it easier.
[0011]
Moreover, by cooling and solidifying, the braid can be prevented from fraying or fluffing along with the cutting, and the rubber core portion can be cut so that the cut surface is a uniform flat surface. It is possible to satisfactorily join both ends of a braided cord with a short rubber core to be described later.
[0012]
Both ends of the braided cord with the short rubber core cooled and solidified by the cooling solidifying agent are brought into a non-solidified state by thawing, and when the solidified state is obtained, a pretreatment agent is applied to both ends, and then the adhesive is applied. Is applied continuously.
[0013]
By applying the adhesive application pretreatment agent with both ends of the braid with short rubber cores in a non-solidified state, the braid can be impregnated with the same adhesive application pretreatment agent, and the adhesive braid applied thereafter Familiarity can be improved.
[0014]
Both ends of the short rubber cored braid applied with the adhesive application pretreatment agent and then applied with the adhesive are joined together by butting together to form a ring to form a rubber cored braid ring. .
[0015]
At this time, by using acetone as a pretreatment agent for adhesive application and using a cyanoacrylate adhesive as the adhesive, the cyanoacrylate adhesive to be mixed with acetone is transformed into a gel and becomes viscous. In addition, the quick-drying property can be reduced, and the amount of adhesive necessary for strong adhesion can be easily held at both ends of the braided cord with a short rubber core.
[0016]
In addition, the shaping work tape is wound around the joint formed by butting both ends of the braided cord with a short rubber core faster than the adhesive is cured, and the outer peripheral surface of the shaping work tape is further pressed. Thus, the adhesive is cured while forming the joint portion bulging with the adhesive.
[0017]
In particular, by pressing the outer peripheral surface of the shaping work tape, the adhesive can be easily extended to the portion between the rubber core and the braid, and the braid is pre-impregnated with the adhesive application pretreatment agent The part can be easily impregnated with the adhesive, and the rubber core and the braid can be firmly integrated with the adhesive.
[0018]
Furthermore, since the both ends of the braided cord with the short rubber core are simultaneously joined by the adhesive, it is possible to perform uniform bonding with the adhesive as a whole, so that the joining strength can be remarkably improved.
[0019]
After the adhesive is cured while forming the joint portion, the braided ring with a rubber core having an appearance as if it is seamless can be formed by removing the shaping tape.
[0020]
In the following, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
【Example】
FIG. 1 shows a cutting process in which a braid 10 with a rubber core is cut into a braid 1 with a short rubber core. As shown in FIG. 3, the braid 10 with a rubber core is constructed by inserting a rubber core 2 formed into a thread shape into a hollow braid 3 having a substantially cylindrical shape, and the braid 3 is stretchable. Like the rubber core 2 to be expanded and contracted.
[0022]
The braided cord 10 with rubber core is supplied in a form wound on an appropriate winding body such as a reel 20, and the reel 20 is assembled together with the feeding device 30 and pulled out.
[0023]
A cooling solidifying agent is applied to the drawn braided braid 10 at a predetermined interval by a cooling solidifying agent applicator 40, and a part of the rubber braided braid 10 is cooled and solidified to form the solidified portion 4. Yes. In this embodiment, nitrogen (nitrogen) is used as a cooling and solidifying agent, and the nitrogen (nitrogen) is sprayed from the cooling and solidifying agent coating device 40 to cool and solidify the braid 10 with rubber core to form the solidified portion 4. I have to.
[0024]
The solidifying unit 4 also serves as a cutting unit 5 and feeds the braided cord 10 with a rubber core by the feeding device 30, and the cutting unit 5 (solidifying unit 4) is positioned at the cutting device 50 portion of the feeding device 30. The braid 1 with a short rubber core is formed by cutting.
[0025]
In this embodiment, the cutting is performed by laser cutting using a laser cutter, but cutting may be performed using a high-performance saw or a cutting cutter blade.
[0026]
Since the cutting portion 5 is cooled and solidified, the braid 3 is not frayed or fluffed along with the cutting, and the cutting is performed so that the cut surface of the rubber core 2 portion is a uniform flat surface. it can.
[0027]
The braid 1 with a short rubber core formed by cutting is cooled and solidified at both ends 1a and 1a by nitrogen (nitrogen) , but from the solidified state as the temperature at both ends 1a and 1a increases with time. It can be in a non-solidified state.
[0028]
That is, both ends 1a and 1a of the braided cord 1 with a short rubber core can be brought into a non-solidified state without performing extra work such as cleaning treatment, and it is possible to prevent the work cost from rising.
[0029]
In addition, by spraying nitrogen (nitrogen) , it is possible to perform physical removal of dust and dirt adhering to the solidified portion 4 (cutting portion 5), and solidify portion 4 (cutting portion 5). The part can be cleaned. Therefore, the adhesion state with the adhesive 6 described later can be improved, and the adhesive strength can be increased.
[0030]
In order to make the braid 1 with a short rubber core into a ring-shaped braid ring 1 ′ with a rubber core, both ends 1a and 1a of the braid 1 with a short rubber core in which the both ends 1a and 1a are not solidified are shown in FIG. First, an adhesive application pretreatment agent is applied. In particular, in this embodiment, acetone is used as a pretreatment agent for adhesive application. Reference numeral 7 denotes a dispenser for applying the adhesive application pretreatment agent. Reference numeral 8 denotes a chucking claw that clamps both ends 1a, 1a of the braid 1 with a short rubber core.
[0031]
By applying acetone, both the 1a and 1a portions of the braided cord 1 with a short rubber core, especially the surface portion of the rubber core 2, can be chemically removed and oil stains can be removed chemically. Acetone can be impregnated.
[0032]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the adhesive 6 is applied to both ends 1a, 1a of the braid 1 with a short rubber core. Reference numeral 9 denotes a dispenser for applying the adhesive 6. Since the rubber core 2 is cleaned with nitrogen (nitrogen) and acetone, the adhesive 6 can be applied to the rubber core 2 without causing poor wetting.
[0033]
In this example, a cyanoacrylate adhesive, particularly a trade name “401 Gold” (manufactured by Loctite) was used as the adhesive 6. When the adhesive 6 is applied, both ends 1a, 1a of the braided cord 1 with a short rubber core are applied upward, and acetone is applied to the both ends 1a, 1a in advance. The adhesive 6 is mixed with acetone to be transformed into a gel, and extends along the rubber core 2 while slowly flowing and spreading in the space between the rubber core 2 and the braid 3 (FIG. 3 (a )reference). Further, the acetone 6 impregnated in the braid 3 causes an attracting action so that the adhesive 6 also impregnates the gaps between the fibers constituting the braid 3.
[0034]
In particular, cyanoacrylate adhesives such as “401 Gold” are usually quick-drying adhesives that dry and harden in a few seconds. It becomes slow drying which takes about 20 to 30 seconds to cure. Therefore, after the adhesive 6 is applied, it is not necessary to join the ends 1a, 1a of the braided cord 1 with a short rubber core in a hurry, and the gelled adhesive 6 can be thoroughly adapted to the rubber core 2 and the braided cord 3. it can.
[0035]
After extending the adhesive 6 between the rubber core 2 and the braid 3, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the both ends 1 a and 1 a of the braid 1 with a short rubber core are brought into contact with each other via the adhesive 6. All the joining is done. By joining both ends 1a and 1a of the braided cord 1 with a short rubber core, the joining portion 1b is formed.
[0036]
When both ends 1a, 1a of the braided cord 1 with a short rubber core in which the adhesive 6 is extended between the rubber core 2 and the braid 3 as shown in FIG. As shown, the joint portion 1b is bulged into a dumpling shape.
[0037]
If the adhesive 6 is quick-drying, it will be cured immediately in the swelled state, but in the present invention, the adhesive 6 becomes slow-drying as described above by being mixed with acetone. After both ends 1a, 1a of the cored braid 1 are joined, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the shaping work tape 11 is wound around the joining portion 1b, and further shaped before the adhesive 6 is cured. By pressing the outer peripheral surface of the working tape 11, the adhesive 6 carrying the bulge at the joint 1 b is further extended along the rubber core 2 and shaped while the braid 3 is impregnated partially. The bulge shape is eliminated.
[0038]
Then, by curing the adhesive in a state where the bulging shape has been eliminated, the appearance can be made seamless, and the adhesive 6 can be used only between the ends 1a and 1a of the braided cord 1 with a short rubber core. In addition, the rubber core 2 and the braid 3 can be integrally bonded, and the bonding strength at the bonding portion 1b can be improved. Further, by being integrated by the adhesive 6, it is possible to prevent the fibers constituting the braid 3 from fraying or fluffing at the joint 1b.
[0039]
The shaping work tape 11 is removed after shaping the joint 1b. The shaping work tape 11 is made of polypropylene or Teflon so that the work can be performed without being bonded to the braid 3 by the adhesive 6.
[0040]
As described above, in the method for manufacturing the rubber cored braid ring 1 ′ and the rubber cored braid ring 1 ′ according to the present invention, the braid 3 is impregnated with a part of the adhesive 6 in the bonding portion 1b. Although the bonding strength can be improved, as a result of testing the braid 3 having various thicknesses, it has been found that the braid 3 needs to have a thickness of 0.5 mm or more.
[0041]
When the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, the adhesive 6 impregnated in the braid 3 reaches the outer surface of the braid 3 and adheres to the shaping tape 11 so that the amount of the adhesive 6 that contributes to the joining is appropriate. It is considered that the decrease in strength is caused.
[0042]
Further, in this case, the adhesive 6 that has reached the outer surface of the braid 3 and hardened may become white as it dries, resulting in a problem that the appearance is impaired. Similarly, even when the thickness of the braid 3 is close to 0.5 mm, there is a problem that the adhesive 6 partially reaches the outer surface of the braid 3 and becomes white.
[0043]
Therefore, after the adhesive 6 is cured, a wiping operation is performed with a cloth body impregnated with acetone to the joint portion b1. By performing the wiping operation, whitening can be prevented, and a braided ring 1 ′ with a rubber core having a good appearance can be obtained.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in order to cut the braid with rubber core into a braid with short rubber core, the cut portion of the braid with rubber core is once solidified with a cooling solidifying agent and cut, and the short rubber core obtained is obtained. After both ends of the braided braid are in a non-solidified state, a pretreatment agent is applied to both ends of the braided cord with a short rubber core, and then an adhesive is applied to both ends of the braided cord with the short rubber core. By extending a part of the adhesive along the core, integrating the rubber core and braid with the adhesive, and forming a braid ring with a rubber core that joins both ends of the braid with a short rubber core, the rubber at low cost A cored braid ring can be manufactured and the bonding strength of the bonded portion can be improved.
[0045]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the solidified portion is formed by applying a cooling solidifying agent to the braid with rubber core, which is constituted by the rubber core and the braid that covers the rubber core and becomes an outer skin, at predetermined intervals. And forming a short rubber core braid with both ends solidified by cutting the rubber core braid at the same solidifying portion, and then setting the both ends of the short rubber core braid into a non-solidified state, and then applying adhesive to both ends. Apply pretreatment agent, then apply adhesive to both ends of the braided cord with short rubber core, and extend the rubber core and braid together with the adhesive by extending part of the adhesive along the rubber core. The rubber cored braid ring is manufactured at a low cost as in the case of the invention of claim 1 by forming a rubber core braid ring having a ring shape by joining both ends of the short rubber core braid. Manufacture Preparative it is, it is possible to improve the bonding strength of the joint portion.
[0046]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the adhesive pretreatment agent is acetone, and the adhesive is a cyanoacrylate adhesive, and the viscosity and quick-drying property of the cyanoacrylate adhesive are reduced with acetone to join. By doing this, it is not necessary to hurry to perform joining work on both ends of the braided cord with a short rubber core, and it is possible to bond the adhesive sufficiently to the rubber core and braided cord, thus improving the joining strength. Can do.
[0047]
According to invention of Claim 4, the tape for shaping | molding work is wound around the junction formed by abutting the both ends of the braided cord with a short rubber core which apply | coated the adhesive application | coating pretreatment agent and the adhesive agent, By pressing the outer peripheral surface of the shaping tape before curing, the adhesive is impregnated into the braid, thereby preventing the joint portion from being hardened in a bulging shape and deteriorating the appearance. In addition, the amount of adhesive impregnated into the braid can be increased, and the bonding strength can be improved.
[0048]
According to the invention of claim 5, by setting the thickness of the braid to 0.5 mm or more, the amount of the adhesive impregnated in the braid can be an amount capable of improving the bonding strength. A rubber string can be firmly integrated through an adhesive.
