tanΘ=δcX/Lc……………(1)
tanΦ=δcY/Lc……………(2)

Θ2 =Θ1 −ΘN1 +ΘS1 ……………(3)
Φ2 =Φ1 −ΦN1 +ΦS1 ……………(4)
X1 =L1 cosΦ1 sinΘ1 ……………(7)
Y1 =L1 cosΘ1 sinΦ1 ……………(8)
Z1 =L1 cosΘ1 cosΦ1 ……………(9)
X2 =X1 +L2 cosΦ2 sinΘ2 ……………(10)
Y2 =Y1 +L2 cosΘ2 sinΦ2 ……………(11)
Z2 =Z1 +L2 cosΘ2 cosΦ2 ……………(12)
Xn =Xn-1 +Ln cosΦn sinΘn ……………(13)´
Yn =Yn-1 +Ln cosΘn sinΦn ……………(14)´
Zn =Zn-1 +Ln cosΘn cosΦn ……………(15)´
Xn =ΣLn cosΦn sinΘn ……………(13)
Yn =ΣLn cosΘn sinΦn ……………(14)
Zn =ΣLn cosΘn cosΦn ……………(15)

【0062】
γn =γns−γn-1 ……………(23)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pipe propulsion machine that excavates underground while excavating an underground mine. The present invention relates to a position measuring device for an underground excavator used for measuring an excavation position of an underground excavator such as a semi-shielded machine embedded in a shielded excavator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An underground excavator such as a pipe propulsion machine or a shield excavator that excavates underground while excavating an underground mine needs to be able to excavate correctly along a planned line that is a preset excavation route. For this purpose, it is desirable to be able to accurately measure the current position of the underground excavator during excavation in real time. In other words, when reliable information about the current position of the underground excavator is provided to the operator in real time, when the underground excavator tries to excavate outside the planned line, the operator can quickly find this. It is possible to respond early, and the management of excavating the underground excavator along the planned line can be performed easily, and improvement in construction accuracy can also be expected. Conventional techniques for measuring the excavation position of the underground excavator include the "manual measurement using transit" method, and the installation of a transmission coil that generates an induced magnetic field in the underground excavator and the strength of the induced magnetic field. `` Measure the digging position of the underground excavator by measuring the receiving coil on the ground '', `` On the contrary, an electric circuit is laid on the ground, an electric current is passed through this electric circuit to generate an induced magnetic field, and the induced magnetic field Various methods have been used, such as the method of “detecting the strength with a receiving coil installed in the underground excavator and measuring the excavation position”. However, these conventionally used underground excavator position measurement techniques have been unable to perform real-time measurement of the excavation position, or have been practically difficult even if they could be performed in principle.
[0003]
As a technique for measuring the position of an underground excavator that improves such a problem, a direction detector for a shield excavator described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-45092 has been proposed. This conventionally proposed direction detecting device for a shield machine has “a first laser beam oscillator for irradiating into a forward tunnel and a first laser beam receiver capable of receiving a laser beam from the front. Installed on the entrance of the tunnel is a measuring device that is attached to the frame so that it can be rotated in the X direction (yaw direction) and Y direction (pitching direction) by a servo motor, and the rotation angle can be detected by a sensor. , A second laser beam oscillator for irradiating the rear first laser beam receiver, a second laser beam receiver capable of receiving the laser beam from the rear first laser beam oscillator, and the front shield machine direction A third laser beam oscillator that irradiates toward the base, and is attached to the gantry so that it can be rotated in the X and Y directions by a servo motor; and Is installed in the middle part of the tunnel, the laser beam from the rear second laser beam oscillator can be received, and X, Y The third laser beam receiver capable of detecting the direction and the rolling angle and the pitching rolling meter are attached to the shield machine ”.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, this conventional apparatus rotates the laser beam oscillator in the yawing direction or the pitching direction so as to irradiate a predetermined position of the laser beam receiver with a laser beam, which is a highly converged laser beam, and adjusts the rotation angle. Based on the detected rotation angle, the deviation position of the shield machine from the planned line is calculated by a computer. Therefore, when measuring the excavation position of the underground excavator, not only is the operation complicated, requiring an operation of rotating the laser beam oscillator so that the laser beam is accurately applied to the predetermined position of the laser beam receiver, A rotating mechanism for rotating the laser beam oscillator such as a servo motor is required, and the mechanism becomes complicated, and various problems are caused accordingly. For example, the provision of such a rotation mechanism increases the size of the device when it is placed in an underground mine, and the manufacturing cost is high, and the rotation mechanism is mechanical. Adding mechanical errors to mechanical errors makes it difficult to ensure high measurement accuracy and is vulnerable to vibration.
[0005]
The present invention is intended to solve such problems in the prior art, and the technical problem is to perform an operation for applying light to the light receiving means when measuring the excavation position of the underground excavator. An object of the present invention is to provide a position measuring device for an underground excavation machine that does not require an operation mechanism for that purpose.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Such a technical problem of the present invention is that "a measurement point that is used for measurement of an excavation position of an underground excavator that excavates underground while excavating an underground mine and is arranged in front of the excavation direction and serves as an index of the excavation position. Is a position measuring device for an underground excavator that is positioned rearward in the excavation direction and is measured by a positional relationship with a measurement base point that is a measurement base point, and a light source that can emit diffuse light forward and a light source in front And a light receiving means arranged to receive the light collected by the light collecting means and to detect the direction of the light source in front by the position of the received light. A light source capable of emitting diffused light backward, a light collecting means capable of collecting diffused light from the light source behind, and light collected by the light collecting means. Depending on the position of the received light A measuring point measuring unit having a light receiving means arranged so as to detect the direction of the light source, a measuring point measuring unit for setting a measuring point, a light source capable of emitting diffused light forward and rearward, and a front and rear light source It is arranged so that the light collected by the light collecting means and the light collecting means can be collected respectively, and the direction of each of the front and rear light sources can be detected by the position of each received light. And having at least one intermediate measurement unit disposed between the base point measurement unit and the measurement point measurement unit in the underground mine, and the base point measurement unit and the measurement point measurement unit. And data on the direction of each light source obtained based on the detection result of each measurement unit of the intermediate measurement unit, andData obtained by measurementBased on the data regarding each distance between adjacent measurement units in each measurement unit, the relative position of the measurement point with respect to the measurement base point is calculated by the calculation means and measured. "
[0007]
Since the position measuring device of the underground excavation machine according to the present invention employs such technical means, the intermediate measuring unit collects diffused light from each of the light sources before and after the measuring units adjacent to each other in the front and rear and collects the light by each condensing means. Each collected light is received by the light receiving means, and the relative direction of each of the light sources before and after the intermediate measurement unit can be detected by the position of each received light, and based on the detection result, Data on the direction of the light source is obtained. In that case, a light source capable of emitting diffused light is used as the light source, and the diffused light from this light source is collected by the condensing means and applied to the light receiving means. There is no need to perform an operation for hitting the light receiving means. When data on the direction of each light source is obtained in this way, it is possible to calculate each angle of each digging route connecting between adjacent measuring units with respect to the starting direction line without directly detecting the angle with respect to the starting direction line. Can be obtained indirectly. In that case, even if the intermediate measurement unit or measured point measurement unit changes depending on the posture at the time of installation, or even if it changes due to yawing or pitching when excavating the underground excavator, this effect is eliminated. Can be obtained correctly in the state. Therefore, if data on each distance between adjacent measurement units in each measurement unit is separately collected by an appropriate method, the data on the measurement base point is calculated from the data on each angle obtained by calculation and the data on each distance. The relative position of the measurement point can be calculated and measured.

[0015]
It should be noted here that the angles Θ and Φ thus obtained are angles formed by the optical axis of the measurement unit with respect to the reference line of the measurement unit, and in the start direction when the underground excavator starts. It is not the angle to be made, but it cannot be a scale for determining the direction of the underground excavator. In addition, the reference line of the measurement unit itself is detected by the light source direction detection means 41 because it changes depending on the posture when the measurement unit is attached and also changes due to yawing and pitching when the underground excavator is excavated. Even if the values of the angles Θ and Φ are simply used, the excavation direction of the underground excavator cannot be calculated correctly. For this reason, as described above, the

[0022]
As you can see, the line of sight VnIs the reference line GnAngle ΘNn, ΦNn, ΘSn, ΦSnCan be obtained by the measurement unit 4 (n), but when calculating the position of the underground excavator, the angle to be finally obtained in this embodiment is the line of sight VnIs the departure direction line V0 Angle to Θn, ΦnIt is. The angle Θ using FIG. 6 and FIG.n, ΦnFirst, the angle Θ will be described.1, Φ1Is the reference line G of the base point measurement unit 4 (0)0Start direction line V0 In other words, to match the direction of1= ΘS0, Φ1= ΦS0Therefore, it is obtained directly from the measurement result of the base point measurement unit 4 (0). Then the angle Θ2, Φ2For each, the angle Θ thus obtained is1, Φ1And ΘN obtained by measuring unit 4 (1)1・ ΘS1, ΦN1・ ΦS1Can be obtained by the following equations.
Θ2= Θ1-ΘN1+ ΘS1…………… (3)
Φ2= Φ1-ΦN1+ ΦS1…………… (4)
Similarly, angle Θn + 1, Φn + 1For the angle Θn, ΦnIs obtained, this angle Θn, ΦnAnd ΘN obtained by measuring unit 4 (n)n・ ΘSn, ΦNn・ ΦSnCan be obtained by the following equations.
Θn + 1= Θn-ΘNn+ ΘSn…………… (5)
Φn +1= Φn-ΦNn+ ΦSn…………… (6)
The angle Θ in these equations (5) and (6)n, ΦnIs the angle Θn-1, Φn-1Is obtained by calculation in the process of measuring the position of the underground excavator, and can be obtained from the equations (5) and (6) based on these values. That is, the angle Θ obtained by the equations (3) and (4)2, Φ2The value of Θ in Equation (5) and (6)n, ΦnSubstituting into ΘThree, ΦThreeBased on the calculation result, again, from the equations (5) and (6), ΘFour, ΦFourTo calculate the angle Θn-1, Φn-1Finally, by substituting these values into the equations (5) and (6), the angle Θ can be obtained.n, ΦnCan be requested. Such an angle Θn, ΦnIn this embodiment, the data relating to the direction of each
[0023]
As is clear from the above description, the line of sight V of the measuring unit 4 (n), which is the basis for calculating the position of the underground excavatornStarting direction line V0 The angle ton, ΦnIs the line of sight VnThe starting direction line V0 The reference line G of the measurement unit 4 (n) is not detected directly because ofnLine of sight VnIs detected for each measuring unit 4 (n) at an angle ΘNn, ΦNn, ΘSn, ΦSnCan be obtained indirectly by sequentially measuring and calculating by the method like the previous formula using the measurement result. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the reference line G of the measuring unit 4 (n)nEven if the angle changes depending on the posture at the time of installation, or changes due to yawing or pitching when excavating the underground excavator, the angle ΘNn, ΦNn, ΘSn, ΦSnEven if measured appropriately, the excavation direction of the underground excavator can be calculated correctly with such changes incorporated, and the changes do not affect the calculation results.
[0024]
Thus, for example, the angle Θ1~ ΘnValues and Φ1~ ΦnAfter sequentially measuring the values, the distance L between the reference points of each measurement unit 4 (n) and the adjacent rear measurement unit 4 (n-1).1~ LnAre sequentially measured by an appropriate method as described in detail later, and based on the measurement results of these angles and distances, the position of the underground excavation machine on the set three-dimensional position coordinates, that is, the measurement base point. Calculate the relative position of the measurement point. Thus, the basic principle of the calculation method will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 shows an angle Θ to facilitate understanding of the calculation method.n, ΦnThe position of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n) in the case of constructing an underground mine without changing the other, that is, in the case of curved construction only in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction with an underground excavation machine, On the two-dimensional position coordinate consisting of the vertical axis shared by the axis and the Y axis and the horizontal axis as the Z axis, (X1, Y1, Z1), (X2, Y2, Z2) …… (Xn, Yn, Zn) And so on. In that case, the Z-axis of the two-dimensional position coordinate is set to the start direction line0 And the origin thereof is made to coincide with the measurement base point of the base point measurement unit 5 [4 (0)].
[0025]
As is apparent from FIG. 8, the amount of change in the coordinate position of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n) with respect to the reference point of the adjacent rear measurement unit 4 (n−1) is the angle Θ.1~ ΘnAnd Φ1~ ΦnValue and each distance L1~ LnValue (Each line of sight V1~ VnCan be calculated sequentially by a trigonometric function. That is, the component in the X-axis direction and the component in the Y-axis direction among the amount of change in the coordinate position of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n) with respect to the reference point of the adjacent rear measurement unit 4 (n−1) are Ln・ SinΘnAnd Ln・ SinΦnThe component in the Z-axis direction is Ln · cos ΘnOr Ln・ CosΦnCan be obtained as In this example, the angle Θ is as described above for the curve construction.n, ΦnSince only one of the two is changed, the angle ΘnIs changed, only the component in the X-axis direction of the change amount of the coordinate position of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n) is L.n・ SinΘnThe component in the Y-axis direction does not change as the amount ofnIs changed, only the component in the Y-axis direction is Ln・ SinΦnThe component in the X-axis direction does not change as the amount changes.
[0026]
Thus, the X-axis or Y-axis direction component and the Z-axis direction component of the amount of change in the coordinate position of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n) with respect to the reference point of the adjacent rear measurement unit 4 (n-1) are obtained. Then, by multiplying the amount of each component in each direction, (Xn, Yn, Zn) Coordinate position can be calculated. In the example of FIG.nChanges so as to always incline counterclockwise with respect to the Z-axis. Therefore, when the integration is performed, the component amounts in each direction may be integrated as they are. However, each line of sight VnEven if the tilt direction of the angle changes randomly clockwise or counterclockwise, the angle Θn, ΦnIf the above-mentioned polarity is given, the component amounts in the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions are integrated as they are, as described above, and (Xn, Yn, Zn) Coordinate position can be calculated.
[0027]
In Fig. 8, the angle Θn, ΦnAn example of changing only one of then, ΦnA method for calculating the position of the underground excavator when the excavating direction of the underground excavator is changed three-dimensionally in the vertical and horizontal directions by changing both of these will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 9, the position of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n) when the excavation direction of the underground excavator is three-dimensionally changed as described above is a normal three-dimensional position composed of X, Y, and Z axes. (X1, Y1, Z1), (X2, Y2, Z2Only the measurement units 4 (1) and 4 (2) are shown by way of example. In that case, the Z-axis of the three-dimensional position coordinate is set to the start direction line V0 And the origin thereof is made to coincide with the measurement base point of the base point measurement unit 5 [4 (0)]. In FIG. 9, as in FIGS. 6 and 7, the angle Θn, ΦnIs given a polarity, angle ΘnWith respect to, the angle formed clockwise with respect to the YZ plane was defined as + polarity, and the angle formed counterclockwise was defined as-polarity. In contrast, the angle ΦnWith respect to, an angle formed clockwise with respect to the XZ plane was defined as a negative polarity, and an angle formed counterclockwise was defined as a positive polarity. Therefore, in FIG.1, Θ2Is a positive angle with the arc-shaped tip arrows representing the angles all pointing in the clockwise direction. In contrast, the angle Φ1Is a positive angle when the tip arrow of the arc representing the angle points counterclockwise, and the angle Φ2Is a minus angle with the arrowhead of the arc representing the angle pointing in the clockwise direction.
[0028]
The coordinate position (X of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n)n, Yn, Zn) Is the angle Θ obtained by the method described above1~ ΘnAnd Φ1~ ΦnAnd the distance L obtained by measuring with an appropriate method1~ LnAre calculated three-dimensionally by the same method as outlined in FIG. First, the coordinate position (X1, Y1, Z1), The angle Θ obtained directly from the measurement result in the base point measurement unit 4 (0)1, Φ1Value and distance L1Can be obtained by the following equations.
X1= L1cosΦ1sinΘ1…………… (7)
Y1= L1cosΘ1sinΦ1…………… (8)
Z1= L1cosΘ1cosΦ1…………… (9)
Next, the coordinate position (X2, Y2, Z2) For X obtained by the previous equations (7), (8), (9)1, Y1, Z1And the angle Θ obtained by the equations (3) and (4)2, Φ2And the distance L obtained by measuring with an appropriate method2Can be obtained by the following equations.
X2= X1+ L2cosΦ2sinΘ2…………… (10)
Y2= Y1+ L2cosΘ2sinΦ2…………… (11)
Z2= Z1+ L2cosΘ2cosΦ2…………… (12)
Similarly, the coordinate position (Xn, Yn, Zn), X obtained by performing the same calculation as in the previous (10), (11), (12)n-1, Yn-1, Zn-1And the angle Θ obtained by calculating with the above formulas (5) and (6)n, ΦnValue and distance LnCan be obtained by the following equations (13) ′, (14) ′, and (15) ′.
Xn= Xn-1+ LncosΦnsinΘn…………… (13) '
Yn= Yn-1+ LncosΘnsinΦn…………… (14) '
Zn= Zn-1+ LncosΘncosΦn…………… (15) '
Therefore, the coordinate position (X of the reference point of each measurement unit 4 (n)n, Yn, Zn) Can be expressed by the following (13), (14), and (15).
Xn= ΣLncosΦnsinΘn…………… (13)
Yn= ΣLncosΘnsinΦn…………… (14)
Zn= ΣLncosΘncosΦn…………… (15)
Note that Σ in the previous equations (13), (14), and (15) means a value obtained by integrating n sequentially from 1 to n. Therefore, for example, ΣLncosΦnsinΘnIs ΣL1cosΦ1sinΘ1~ ΣLncosΦnsinΘnIt means the total value of each value. Assuming that the nth measurement unit 4 (n) is a measurement

The rear measuring unit 4 (n-1) has a rolling angle γ together with its left and right light sources 42 (L) and 42 (R).n-1When only rolling is performed, as shown in FIG. 17, the images L of the light sources 42 (L) and 42 (R) of the rear measurement unit 4 (n−1) imaged on the measurement unit 4 (n) are formed. , R is also the angle γn-1Tilt considerably. Further, as shown in FIG. 17, the measurement unit 4 (n) has a rolling angle γnWhen rolling only, the line corresponding to the δcX and δcY axes also has an angle γnTilt and move to the position of δcX ′, δcY ′, and the rolling of the

In addition, even if the mounting orientation of the measuring unit is not uniform or changes due to yawing or pitching during excavation of the underground excavator, the excavation position of the underground excavator is not affected by this. You can always calculate and measure correctly. In addition to these effects, when the present invention is embodied, the following effects can be exhibited.
