By the way, since the liquid packaging container is formed from a relatively flexible sheet and easily deforms in shape, it is intended to insert the spout part into the container mouth part while opening the spout part and then tilting the container. At that time, the front sheet and the back sheet are deformed by moving the contents to the spout part side, and the front sheet and the back sheet come into close contact with each other at the spout part, and the spout passage is closed. There is a problem that the contents are difficult to be poured out smoothly.
From this point, many attempts have been made to suppress the close contact between the front sheet and the back sheet at the spout portion, and the applicant also has a
However, in the liquid packaging container in which convex portions are provided on the front sheet and the back sheet as described above, as shown in FIG. 7, known in the art such as deep embossing such as vacuum molding, pressure molding, and pressure molding. As a state where the
Therefore, in view of the circumstances described above, the present invention has an object to prevent the front sheet and the back sheet around the convex portion from coming into close contact with each other even under the influence of heat when performing heat sealing, and the contents flow out properly. The object is to obtain a liquid packaging container.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the liquid packaging container of the present invention, the side portions of the front sheet and the back sheet are bonded together, and the substantially bowl-shaped spout portion in which the spout passage is disposed on the container upper side. In the liquid packaging container having, at least one of the front sheet and the back sheet in the spout part is provided with a convex part that is convex toward the outside of the container in the thickness direction of the sheet, and around the convex part In addition, a slope portion that is inclined from the general sheet surface to the outside of the container and in the thickness direction of the sheet and continues to the convex portion is provided , and the periphery of the slope portion is a heat seal between the front sheet and the back sheet. It is characterized by overlapping the area .
In this way, since the slope is provided around the convex portion and the periphery thereof overlaps the heat seal region of the front sheet and the back sheet, the convex portion is removed from the heat seal region by heat sealing when the liquid packaging container is manufactured. Even if heat is transferred to the surrounding sheets, that is, the inclined surface portions, the inclined surface portions do not adhere to each other, and the surface where the sheets are separated from each other in the inner space of the extraction passage is secured including the inner surface of the convex portion. When opened, a wide open opening is obtained and the contents can be poured out smoothly.
Then, the periphery of the slope portion, it is possible to ensure maximum sheet unbonded portion of the spout section direction in the front seat and the heavy Nalco heat-sealing region of the backsheet. Furthermore, since the inclined surface itself has an embossed shape that is different from the general sheet surface and raised toward the outside of the container, it has the effect of giving strength to the flat general sheet itself. Yes, if it is extended from the spout part to the storage area of the container body together with the convex part, reinforcement between the spout part and the storage area can be performed, and pouring during contents pouring operation etc. It is possible to suppress the bending of the outlet portion on the base side, and further, the base side of the outlet portion can be easily opened at the time of pouring.
