Conventionally, bottle-type containers made of synthetic resin or the like have been problematic in that when they are discarded when they are not needed, they tend to increase garbage and damage the environment. I have. Under these circumstances, in recent years, products such as kitchen liquid detergents, laundry liquid detergents, liquid softeners, shampoos, rinses, and body soaps, which have been widely used in ordinary households, have environmental impacts as refills. It has come to be provided by using a liquid packaging container which is a container which is made of a material in consideration of the above and which is hardly bulked. FIG. 5 shows a liquid packaging container 1 as an example thereof, which is composed of a front sheet 2, a back sheet 3 and a bottom sheet 4 each having a laminated structure, and the front sheet is provided with the bottom sheet 4 interposed at the bottom of the container. 2 and the back sheet 3 are stuck together (for example, heat-sealed) so that the space between the lower edge of the front sheet 2 at the bottom of the container and the lower edge of the back sheet 3 can be expanded, and the front sheet 2 can be attached at the top of the container. And the back sheet 3 are bonded to each other, and this form is generally called a standing pouch. Then, in the liquid packaging container 1, when transferring the contents to the empty container, one corner of the upper portion of the container is cut off, and the cut end is poured into the opening of the empty container.
As shown in the drawing, a substantially beak-shaped spout 5 is provided at the corner so as to facilitate the pouring of the contents, and the periphery of the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 is provided. A pouring passage 7 is arranged between two convex seal portions 6 protruding toward the center of the bonded container, and a step 8 is formed above and laterally to the pouring port 5 (ie,
The outer periphery of the spout is formed in a concave shape, and the step 8 is applied to the mouth of the container so that the spout 5 is opened.
A device has been proposed which aims to perform stable pouring by suppressing the displacement of the pouring port with respect to the pouring port by inserting the liquid into the container mouth.

However, since the liquid packaging container is formed of a relatively flexible sheet and is easily deformed, it is necessary to insert the spout into the container opening while tilting the container after opening the spout. When the contents are moved to the spout section side, the front sheet and the back sheet are deformed, the front sheet and the back sheet in the spout section come into close contact, and the problem that the spout passage is closed. there were. After examining that the pouring passage is closed, looking around the closed pouring opening, as shown in FIG. A tangential line 1 extends from the inner edge of the container of the convex seal portion 6 to the pouring direction.
0, and the tangent 10 may have an angle α between the tangent 10 and the centerline 9 of about 30 ° to about 6 °.
It was formed in the range of 0 °. As described above, a pair of obstruction lines are formed in a mountain shape on the base side of the pouring passage, so that the contents are prevented from flowing into the pouring passage. Further, when the sealing portion above and below the spout is pushed by the contents that have moved toward the spout when the entire liquid packaging container is tilted for pouring, as shown in FIG. In addition, a deformation such that the sealing portion 5a and the sealing edge 5b on the lower side approach the upper side of each of the spout portions 5 while being bent from the respective portions of the convex sealing portion 6, In other words, it was confirmed that the spout was easily bent as a whole in a gutter shape from the base 11 of the spout 5 to the side of the opening, which also blocked the spout passage. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and has an object to prevent a discharge passage from being closed at the time of discharging contents.
The purpose is to allow the contents to flow properly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has an approximately spouting passage in which a front sheet and a back sheet are attached to each other so that a spout passage is arranged on the upper side of the container. In a liquid packaging container having a beak-shaped spout, at least one of a front sheet and a back sheet in the spout is provided with a convex or concave portion in a thickness direction of the sheet, and A liquid packaging container characterized by providing a continuous creasing line at a portion thereof is provided to solve the above problem. And in the present invention,
A substantially beak-shaped spout portion in which a spout passage is disposed between two convex seal portions that are formed by laminating the periphery of the front sheet and the rear sheet toward the container center side, At least one of the front sheet and the back sheet in the spout portion has a tangent extending from the inner edge of the container of the convex seal portion toward the pouring direction with respect to the center line of the pouring passage. From about 30 ° to about 6
A convex portion which is convex or concave in the thickness direction of the sheet is provided at a position on a center line intersecting within a range of 0 °, and a creasing line is directed from the convex portion along the center line toward the container storage area. It is good that it is extended. Further, in the present invention, at least one of the front sheet and the back sheet in the spout portion has a tangent line extending from a container inner edge of the convex seal portion toward a pouring direction with respect to a center line of the pouring passage. Is about 30 ° at the angle between the tangent and the center line.
Between the areas of the center line that intersect at about 60 ° from
It is preferable that the convex portion is provided as a pair, and the convex portion extends from the centripetal side so that a plurality of creasing lines are diffused from the convex portion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. In the liquid packaging container 1 of the present invention, the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 at the spout 6 are provided.
At this time, the tangent line 10 forms an angle α between the tangent line 10 and the center line 9 with respect to the center line 9 of the pouring passage 7 from about 30 ° to about 6 °.
Protrusions 12 projecting outward from the container in the sheet thickness direction are provided one by one at a position on a center line intersecting in a range of 0 °. The convex portion 12 is provided in such a size as to include all the intersections formed by the tangent line 10 and the center line 9 in the above-mentioned angle range. After the spout 6 is opened, the container is tilted. When the contents are poured out, in the above-described conventional example, the closing line is formed at the tangent line 10 and the discharging passage 7 is closed, but the presence of the convex portion 12 makes the inside of the discharging passage 7 inside. In this state, the space is still formed, and the contents are poured out. Then, when the content starts to pass through the space, the discharge passage 7 is further opened by the pressure of the flow of the content, and the content can be reliably discharged.

[0006] As shown in FIG.
2, a creasing line 13 extends from the convex portion 12 toward the center of the container along the center line 9 while extending along the center line 9 (in FIG. This shows a state in which the creasing lines are continuous at the portion, but the creasing lines are also continuous on the convex side of the back sheet.) The creasing line 13 has a cross-sectional shape protruding outward from the container in the sheet thickness direction in the same manner as the protruding portion 12, and passes through the base 11 of the spout 5 to be connected to the front sheet 2. It is provided so as to reach the storage section area formed by the back sheet 3.
Since the creasing line 13 extends from the convex portion 12 toward the center of the container as described above, the contents move to the spout when the spout is opened and the contents are poured out. At this point, both the front sheet side and the back sheet side creasing line 13 form a ridgeline, and the storage area side passes through the base 11 to the spout 5 to open the container. It starts to bend into a substantially mountain-shaped section so that it becomes convex,
The internal space of the discharge passage is not blocked. Since the creasing lines 13 are provided in this manner, the rigidity of the sheet around the base 11 is increased, and the front sheet and the back sheet on the base 11 side are deformed so as to be convex outside the container at the time of pouring. Therefore, the front sheet and the back sheet do not bend in the same direction around the base 11 as in the related art, and the close contact between the front sheet and the back sheet does not occur. Then, as described above, since the front sheet and the back sheet at the base 11 are convex toward the outside of the container with the creasing line 13 as the ridge line as described above, the front sheet and the back sheet at the spout port 5 The inside of the passage 7 is reliably opened, so that the contents can be properly poured out.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 14 denotes a scheduled opening line, which crosses the spout 5 so as to intersect with the center line 9 of the spout 5. It is provided at a position crossing. by this,
If cut along the expected opening line portion 14, the space by the convex portion 12 appears at the position of the cutting edge at the time of opening when it is opened, and as described above, the convex portion 12 and the creasing line 1
The pouring passage 7 which is not closed by the action of 3 communicates with the outside, thereby facilitating the pouring of the contents.

FIG. 3 shows another example. This figure 3
As shown in (a) and (c), the above creasing line 1
3 is not limited to only one arrangement along the center line 9, but is extended so that the plurality of creasing lines 13 are diffused from the protrusion 12 with the protrusion 12 as a centering side. You may let it. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C, the shape of the projection 12 as viewed from the sheet direction is not limited to a circular shape or a substantially elliptical shape, but may be a substantially triangular shape. It may be. Furthermore, as the protruding portion 12 and the creasing line 13, a cross-sectional shape that protrudes toward the outside of the container in the sheet thickness direction is illustrated, but the protruding portion 12 and the creasing line 13 are directed toward the inside of the container. It may be of a convex cross-sectional shape. In the convex portion 12, the front sheet 2 in the spout 5 is provided.
It is formed for the purpose of suppressing the close contact between the sheet and the back sheet 3. Therefore, the number of the protrusions 12 is not limited to one on the center line 9. FIG. 4 shows an example. In this example, at least one of the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 in the spout portion 5 has a center line 9 that intersects at an angle between the tangent line 10 and the center line 9 in a range of about 30 ° to about 60 °. With the area in between, the tangent 10
And a pair of convex portions 12 are provided at positions overlapping with. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the blockage of the discharge passage,
As shown in (a), in addition to disposing the two convex portions 12 to face each other with the center line 9 therebetween, as shown in (b), another convex portion 12 is placed on the center line 9. Various layouts such as arrangement are possible. In addition, when the convex portion and the creasing line are provided on both the front sheet and the back sheet, the convex portion and the creasing line of the front sheet and the convex portion and the creasing line of the back sheet are located at the positions, There is no need to match the size and length. Further, in each of the above embodiments, the structure in which the spout is disposed between the convex seal portions is shown, but without the convex seal portion, one end of the upper portion of the container is directed outward. It may be a container that extends in a beak shape to form a spout.

As described above, according to the liquid packaging container of the present invention, the sides of the front sheet and the back sheet are attached to each other to form a substantially beak in which the discharge passage is disposed on the upper side of the container. In the liquid packaging container having a spout portion, at least one of the front sheet and the back sheet in the spout portion is provided with a convex portion that is convex or concave in the thickness direction of the sheet, and the convex portion A continuous creasing line is provided. With this, a space is always formed in the pouring passage due to the presence of the convex portion,
A state in which the sheet is reinforced by the creasing lines is obtained, and it is possible to prevent the spout from being bent at the time of pouring, which may cause the sheet to adhere to the spout. Further, in the present invention, a substantially beak-shaped spout portion in which a pouring passage is arranged between two convex seal portions which are formed by laminating the periphery of the front sheet and the back sheet toward the center of the container. Having at least one of a front sheet and a back sheet in the spout portion,
A center at which a tangent line extending from the inner edge of the container of the convex seal portion toward the pouring direction with respect to a center line of the pouring passage intersects at an angle formed by the tangent line and the center line in a range of about 30 ° to about 60 °. At the position on the line, a convex portion that is convex or concave in the thickness direction of the sheet is provided, and a creasing line extends from the convex portion along the center line toward the container storage area side. It can be. By providing the convex portion at the intersection between the center line of the spout portion and the tangent of the required angle range from the convex seal portion or at a position between the intersection portions, the front sheet and the back sheet at the spout portion are provided. Are not tightly adhered to each other, and a space is always formed in the pouring passage, so that the contents can be properly discharged through the pouring passage at the time of pouring. Since the creasing line is provided continuously from the convex portion, the periphery of the spout base, which has conventionally been liable to be deformed so as to close the pouring passage at the time of pouring, is supplemented by the creasing line. Being rigid, bending to the front sheet side and back sheet side is more reliably suppressed, preventing the sheet from sticking at the spout, and moving the contents toward the spout when pouring. At this point, the base and the spout will allow the sheet to fold out of the container in a cross-sectional shape with this creasing line as the ridgeline, and the pouring passage will open reliably, facilitating the flow of the contents. It has an effect that is excellent in practicality.
