本発明は、使用者とともに移動できるようにしたイルリガートルスタンドにおいて、身体の障害の状況によらず、問題なく扱えるようにした、イルリガートルスタンドにおける掴まり兼用移動操作装置に関するものである。

例えば、病院において使用されている、点滴瓶等を吊り下げて自在に移動できるようにしたイルリガートルスタンド(図示省略)には、患者の歩行、移動に伴って追従できるように脚部にキャスタを設け、脚部に立設した支柱部に、掴み手段としての把持部材(以下、グリップ)を設けていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記イルリガートルスタンドにおけるグリップは、支柱部の任意の位置に固定可能な機能を有するのみで、握り箇所の保持角度は変えることはできない構造であるので、使用者が何らかのハンディキャップを抱えていたり、腕の骨折等の怪我などをしている場合、前記グリップでは握りにくく、使用しにくいことがあった。
本発明は、以上のような背景から提案されたものであって、使用者とともに移動できるようにしたイルリガートルスタンドにおいて、身体の障害の状況によらず、問題なく扱えるようにした、イルリガートルスタンドにおける掴まり兼用移動操作装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本発明では、請求項1において、イルリガートルスタンドにおける支柱部に、患者が掴むグリップ部を取付基部を介して着脱可能に固定すると共に、保持角度調節機構を介して連結する構成とし、この保持角度調節機構は、前記支柱部に固定した取付基部に対し、前記グリップ部を、支軸を中心として回動可能に支持すると共に、前記取付基部および前記グリップ部内側面に、それぞれ形成方向を前記支軸方向に指向させると共に等間隔毎に多数のリブを突設して、前記グリップ部から取付基部にかけてのリブ間の谷部に沿って移動可能な噛合歯を外周に形成した結合内筒を嵌挿して、この結合内筒を付勢手段により前記取付基部側のリブからグリップ部側のリブにかけて位置させる一方、押圧操作子により前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して押し込むことで、前記結合内筒を取付基部側に移動させて前記グリップ部を拘束解除して、前記グリップ部を前記支軸廻りに回動可能とする一方、前記押圧操作子から手を離すことで任意の位置にて前記グリップ部を拘束する構成とし、前記グリップ部は、開ループ型形状に構成して、患者の手首を支持可能とすると共に、先端に、膨出形状の握り頭部を設ける構成としたイルリガートルスタンドにおける掴まり兼用移動操作装置を提案する。

【発明の実施の態様】
次に、本発明にかかるイルリガートルスタンドにおける掴まり兼用移動操作装置について、病院において使用されるイルリガートルスタンドの一つの実施の形態を示し、添付の図面に基づいて以下説明する。
