かかる課題を解決するため本発明においては、記録媒体が筒状に巻回されたロール状記録媒体を長手方向の両端から回転自在に保持する一対の保持部材と、各保持部材におけるロール状記録媒体の巻き径に応じた少なくとも3箇所の所定位置に、互いに対向する方向に突出するように設けられたつめ部と、ロール状記録媒体における長手方向の長さとほぼ同等の長さでなり、各保持部材の互いに対向するつめ部同士を接続する接続部と、接続部によりロール状記録媒体に押し当てられるよう弾性支持され、ロール状記録媒体の回転時に当該ロール状記録媒体の表面を摺動する塵取りパツドとを設けるようにした。
