Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability of film replacing work y providing means for rotatably holding a roll recording medium comprising a print film wound tubularly thereby preventing the print from being unwound. SOLUTION: A print film cassette 1 holds a print film section 4 comprising a print film 2 wound around a roll core 3 integrally and rotatably on a holder 5. The holder 5 comprises tubular symmetric holding members 6A-B of substantially same size as the winding diameter of the print film 2 made of a material having low frictional coefficient, e.g. plastic. Sleeves 7A-B for connecting the print film section 4 with the holder 5 are arranged through sleeve receivers 8A-B in regions corresponding to the print film section 4 on one inner sides 6C-D facing the holding members 6A-B. The third holding members 6A-B are provided with claws 9A-B at least three positions. Each claw 9A-B prevents the print film 2 from being unwound thus facilitating the replacing work.
