本発明は電気カーペットに最適なカーペット表層材に関する。

【従来の技術】
電気カーペットの表層材として、例えば特開平6−128863号公報に示す様に、不織布の上に裏打ち層やパイル糸等を施している。

カーペットの表層材は、シーズンオフや梱包時、保管時の収納スペース及び人が座った場合の感触を良くするために柔軟性をもたせている。

また、最近のライフスタイルの変化に伴い床面での生活空間が増え、表層材の柄も木目フローリングが好まれるようになった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前述の様な木目フローリングは塩化ビニール製の基材の表面に印刷しているため鋭利な部分が当ったり長期間の使用により剥れて体裁の悪いものとなった。

特に、基材として塩化ビニールを使用するため、焼却処分をする場合には有毒なダイオキシンを発生し処分できないものとなった。

本発明は、木目フローリングの印刷部分の剥れや汚れを防止すると共に有毒ガスを発生せずして焼却のできる表層材を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、クッション層と、このクッション層の上に積層する不織布と、この不織布の上に積層する表層材とを備え、前記表層材を、ポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレンにより形成した芯材と、この芯材の下面に印刷した木目フローリングと、この芯材の上面に施したエンボス加工部とから構成し、前記クッション層と芯材との間に前記不織布を介在して接着層により接着固定したものである。

さらに、前記木目フローリングは、前記芯材の下面をプラズマ加工により施した粗面に印刷して形成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明のカーペット表層材のめくり状態を示す説明図、図2は分離斜視図である。

(1)は電気カーペット本体で、以下の部材で構成する。(2)はポリエステル材料よりなるすべり止め層、(3)は前記すべり止め層の上面に積層したポリエステル材料よりなる断熱層、(4)、(5)は前記断熱層の表面に蛇行して配設固定したヒータ線と温度検知線、(6)は前記断熱層(3)の上面に接着固定するクッション層、(7)は前記クッション層の上に積層し接着層(8)によって固定する不織布、(9)は前記不織布の上に積層し接着層(10)によって固定する表層材で、ポリエチレン或はポリプロピレンよりなる塩素含有率の少ない材質により形成し、上面にエンボス加工部(11)を施すと共に下面をプラズマ加工により粗面(12)とした芯材(13)と、この芯材の下面の粗面に印刷した木目フローリング(14)とから構成している。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、カーペットとしての機能を有しない状態、例えば経年変化による本体色の極度な変色や修理不可能な電気部分の故障、破れや切り裂きがあった場合には表層材を焼却処分するわけであるが、芯材をポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレンにより構成したものであるから、焼却しても有毒なダイオキシンの発生が少なくなるのは勿論のこと、柔軟性も有し、カーペットに必要な折り曲げ、折り畳み、感触を損なうことがない。

そして、木目フローリングによりインテリア性を高めると共に、この木目フローリングは、芯材の下面に設けていることから、芯材によって汚れや色落ち等の保護ができ長期間に亙って使用できる。

さらに、木目フローリングは芯材の下面にプラズマ加工により施した粗面に印刷したものであるから、粗面によって印刷部分が芯材に確実に付着する。
