Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball ball game machine that plays a game ball by playing a game ball, such as a pachinko game machine or a sparrow ball game machine, and in particular, a game board that forms a game part where the game ball flows down is detachably mounted. It relates to a ball game machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In pachinko gaming machines, which are typical conventional ball game machines, the ability to attract customers is increased by exchanging game boards in a relatively short period of time. Such a pachinko gaming machine is generally provided with a mounting frame on a frame called an inner frame or a front frame, and a game board is loaded into the mounting frame from the front or the rear, and a stop provided on the frame. A configuration is adopted in which the game board is fixed in the mounting frame by a lock mechanism such as a dressing device.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional pachinko gaming machine described above requires a great deal of labor and time for the work of replacing the game board. That is, when a new game board is loaded in the mounting frame and the game board is locked, the game board must be pressed with one hand and the lock mechanism must be operated with the other hand. So I had to work in an unstable state. Moreover, the operation part of the lock mechanism is provided on the back side of the frame body because it looks bad when viewed from the player side. Therefore, it is necessary to press the game board with one hand extended to the front side of the frame body, and to operate the operation part of the lock mechanism with the other hand extended to the back side of the frame body, which makes the work in an unreasonable posture strong. As a result, workability was extremely poor.
[0004]
In addition, when a game board is replaced with a new game board, a large number of installed gaming machines must be exchanged in a short time, so that the game board may be forgotten to be locked too much in a hurry. If you forget to lock the game board, the game board will not be stable, so it will not be able to jump smoothly into the game department, or the flow of the game ball will change slightly. This causes inconveniences such as a significant departure from the winning rate.
[0005]

[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pachinko gaming machine 1 that is a typical ball game machine, FIG. 2 is a front view of the pachinko gaming machine 1, and FIG. 3 is a state in which the clear board storage frame 3 is opened with the game board 2 attached. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the pachinko gaming machine 1 with the clear member storage frame 3 and the opening / closing panel 4 opened and the gaming board 2 removed, and FIG. It is a reverse view of the inner frame 5 which is a frame.
[0010]
The pachinko gaming machine 1 includes a rectangular outer frame (machine frame) 6 that is open at the front and rear, and a hinge mechanism 7 and 7 on one side of the outer frame 6 (left side in the drawing in the present embodiment). A frame-like inner frame 5 that is pivotably attached to the front opening portion, and a hinge mechanism 8, 8 that is pivotally attached to one side of the inner frame 5 so that the upper half of the inner frame 5 extends over the entire width. The clear member storage frame 3 provided to be covered, and provided so that the lower half of the clear member storage frame 3 is pivotally attached to the lower side by a hinge mechanism so as to cover the lower half of the inner frame 5 over the entire width. When the game board 2 is mounted in the game board mounting portion 9 integrally formed rearward from the window portion of the inner frame 5 as a frame body and the clear member storage frame 3 is closed, the game board 2 The game part 10 formed on the surface of the game machine faces the front surface of the pachinko gaming machine 1 and the player clicks on the game part 10. It is configured to be viewed through member accommodating frame 3 of the glass sheet 11. Further, an upper plate 12 is provided on the surface of the open / close panel 4, and a lower plate 13 and a firing operation handle 14 of the hitting ball launching device are provided on the front portion of the inner frame 5 on the lower side of the open / close panel 4.
[0011]
The inner frame 5 is made of synthetic resin, and as shown in FIG. 4, the upper horizontal portion 5 a located on the back side of the clear member storage frame 3, the left and right vertical portions 5 b and 5 c, and the upper half on the back side of the opening / closing panel 4. In the lower half, the lower half 5d provided with the lower plate 13, the hitting ball launching handle 14 and the like is formed into a rectangular shape on the four sides, and a shallow box from the opening edge of the opening surrounded by the four sides to the rear. A game board mounting portion 9 is integrally formed, and an opening 16 is formed on the back surface of the game board mounting portion 9 leaving a back surface portion 15. And in the corner part of the back part 15 and the side part of the game board mounting part 9, it contacts the back side or the rear end of the game board 2 to regulate the retreat position of the game board 2, and the side edge of the game board 2 An L-shaped rib-shaped positioning portion 17 that contacts the edge and regulates the position of the game board 2 in the vertical and horizontal directions is integrally formed. The inner frame 5 is reinforced by fixing a reinforcing metal plate to the back surfaces of the upper horizontal portion 5a, the left and right vertical portions 5b and 5c, and the lower horizontal portion 5d, and the reinforcement fixed to the back surface of the left vertical portion 5b. The metal plate is provided with a support shaft and a shaft hole constituting the hinge mechanism 7 and is attached to the outer frame 6 by this support shaft and shaft hole.
[0012]
The game board mounting portion 9 having the above-described configuration is provided with a permanent magnet 21 that constitutes a main part of the temporary fixing mechanism 20 for temporarily fixing the game board 2. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the permanent magnet 21 is buried in a recess formed on one side of the back surface portion 15 of the game board mounting portion 9 (in this embodiment, the free end side of the inner frame 5). The surface (front surface) of the permanent magnet 21 is substantially flush with the front surface of the back surface portion 15.
In addition, the temporary stop in this application means the state stopped by the intensity | strength which can maintain the state, even if it does not reach the attachment intensity | strength which can endure an original operation state, or it is left in a natural state.
[0013]
In the present embodiment, as will be described later, since one side of the game board 2 is pivotally attached to the game board mounting portion 9, the permanent magnet 21 is disposed only on the free end side opposite to the axis attachment side. However, the number may be further increased and disposed in the center of the left and right or near the shaft end. In short, the game board 2 may be arranged at a position where it can be temporarily fixed to the game board mounting portion 9 by using the attractive force of the permanent magnet 21. Therefore, in this embodiment, the permanent magnet 21 is provided in the game board mounting part 9 and the attracted part 22 to be attracted to the permanent magnet 21 is provided in the game board 2. Alternatively, the attracted portion 22 may be provided in the game board mounting portion 9.
[0014]
In addition, in the present embodiment, a position where the shaft hole 23 is vertically opposed as a bearing portion on one side of the upper surface portion and one side of the lower surface portion constituting the game board mounting portion 9 in this embodiment. To open. A lock member 25 constituting a part of the game board lock mechanism 24 is provided on the opposite side (the other side) to the shaft hole 23, and an operation unit 26 of the game board lock mechanism 24 is provided.
[0015]
The game board locking mechanism 24 shown in FIG. 7 is provided on the front surface of the right vertical member 5c on the free end side of the inner frame 5 with an operation unit body 27 having an operation unit 26 protruding forward in a vertically movable state. One end of the game board lock member 25 is pivotally attached to the lower end of the connecting portion 28 extending from the lower end of the operation portion main body 27 so that the boss portion formed in the middle of the lock member 25 is on the inner frame 5 side. The claw-like lock portion 30 formed on the other end of the lock member 25 is pivotally mounted on the other end of the lock member 25 so as to face the inside of the game board mounting portion 9 from the opening formed in the side surface portion of the game board mounting portion 9. I will do it. Therefore, the operation unit main body 27, the shaft 31, and the lock that are interposed between the operation unit 26 for the operator to operate and the lock unit 30 that locks the game board 2 by being locked to the lock receiving unit 33 of the game board 2 The member 25 or the like functions as a transmission member that transmits the movement of the operation unit 26 to the lock unit 30.
[0016]
In the game board locking mechanism 24 having such a configuration, when the operation unit 26 is moved up and down from the front side of the inner frame 5, for example, as shown in FIG. When the operation unit 26 is moved downward from the locked state in which the lock unit 30 protrudes greatly into the game board mounting unit 9, one end of the lock member 25 is lowered by being pressed by the connecting unit 28, so that the lock member 25 moves the shaft 31. It rotates counterclockwise around the center. Therefore, the protrusion length of the lock portion 30 protruding into the game board mounting portion 9 is shortened and converted to the unlocked state. On the other hand, when the operation part 26 is moved upward from this non-locked state, one end of the lock member 25 is pulled up by the connecting part 28, so that the lock member 25 rotates clockwise about the shaft 31. Therefore, the lock part 30 largely protrudes into the game board mounting part 9 while being lowered and is converted into a locked state.
[0017]
In this way, when the lock part 30 protrudes greatly into the game board mounting part 9, the lock receiving part 33 provided on the side surface of the game board 2 is located at the position where the lock part 30 protrudes. The part 30 engages with the lock receiving part 33 of the game board 2, and the game board 2 can be locked (locked state). The lock receiving portion 33 shown in FIG. 7B is formed as a V-shaped groove, and the inner method is gradually reduced in accordance with the direction in which the lock portion 30 moves and the protruding length increases. Are formed. Therefore, when the lock portion 30 protrudes to a sufficient protruding length, the front and rear surfaces or ridges are simultaneously engaged with the front and rear inner edges or the inner surface of the V-shaped groove, thereby the front and rear of the game board 2. While locking in a state where the position is adjusted to a predetermined position, backlash of back and forth movement is prevented.
[0018]
In the above-mentioned locked state, the operation unit 26 isunderWhen the lock member 25 is moved in the opposite direction, the lock member 25 is rotated counterclockwise about the shaft 31 to reduce the protruding length while the lock portion 30 is raised. The lock is released (unlocked state).
[0019]
The game board lock mechanism 24 may have any configuration as long as the game board 2 can be locked or released in the game board mounting part 9 by operating the operation part 26 from the front surface of the inner frame 5. For example, the game board locking mechanism 24 shown in FIG. 8 has a pressing protrusion 34 formed at the tip of the lock part 30 of the lock member 25, and the lock receiving part 33 is connected to the back of the game board mounting part 9 on the rear side. An inclined receiving portion 35 that is inclined in the direction of pressing toward the side is formed. In this game board lock mechanism 24, when the lock member 25 is rotated by operating the operation portion 26 to fully engage and lock the lock portion 30 with the lock receiving portion 33, the engagement depth increases. The pressing protrusion 34 gradually and strongly presses the inclined receiving portion 35. Therefore, when the lock portion 30 is engaged deeply and locked, the pressing protrusion 34 presses the inclined receiving portion 35 to the rear of the inner frame 5, thereby forcibly retracting the game board 2 to a predetermined position. It is moved, and there is no back and forth play.
[0020]
Further, the game board lock mechanism 24 shown in FIG. 9 has a lock portion 30 of the lock member 25 formed in a bifurcated manner, and the lock receiving portion 33 is fitted between the lock portions 30 by the bifurcated lock portion 30 entering the recesses, respectively. An engagement piece 36 is provided. In the game board lock mechanism 24, when the lock member 25 is rotated by operating the operation unit 26, the bifurcated lock unit 30 enters the recesses with the engagement piece 36 interposed therebetween. When the lock receiving portion 33 is sufficiently rotated, the bifurcated lock portion 30 sandwiches and locks the engagement piece 36 and restricts the front and rear positions of the game board 2. Therefore, when the lock part 30 is engaged sufficiently deep and locked, the game board 2 is forcibly moved to a predetermined position and is locked in this state.
[0021]
In this way, the inner frame 5 provided with the game board locking mechanism 24 and the temporary fixing mechanism 20 for locking the game board 2 can be freely used as a locking member on the other side of the outer frame 6 by a hook constituting a part of the locking device. The end side is locked.
[0022]
Further, the clear member storage frame 3 is closed to a predetermined position (a normal position where it can be operated without any trouble) by lightly pressing it against the inner frame 5 side by hand if the game board locking mechanism 24 is converted to the locked state. The free end side is locked to the other side of the inner frame 5 by another hook 37 constituting the locking device. On the other hand, if the game board locking mechanism 24 remains in the non-locked state, even if the game board lock mechanism 24 is pressed by hand, it is prevented from closing to a predetermined position by the action of the clear member storage frame closing operation restricting mechanism 38, so The configuration is such that the lock mechanism 24 is in an unlocked state. When the clear member storage frame 3 is closed to a predetermined position, the hook 37 of the locking device locks the clear member storage frame 3 and is not locked when it cannot be closed to the predetermined position. The inner frame 5 and the clear member storage frame 3 are locked in such a manner that when the key inserted in the key hole of the cylinder lock 39 provided on the upper side of the inner frame 5 is rotated in one direction, the inner frame 5 is rotated in the other direction. Then, the clear member storage frame 3 is unlocked.
[0023]
Next, the closing operation of the clear member storage frame 3 is provided at a position where the inner frame 5 which is a frame and the clear member storage frame 3 face each other, that is, at the front side of the inner frame 5 and the back side of the clear member storage frame 3. The clear member storage frame closing operation restricting mechanism 38 that restricts the state in relation to the state of the game board lock mechanism 24 will be described.
[0024]
The clear member storage frame 3 is obtained by mounting a plate glass 11 or a transparent plastic plate as a clear member at a central opening of a synthetic resin frame body. On the back side, as shown in FIG. The through hole 61 through which the hook 37 of the locking device penetrates is formed in a part of the reinforcing member 60, and the edge of the through hole 61 is used as the engaging portion of the hook 37 so that the clear member storage frame 3 is rotated to the normal position. The protrusion length of the hook 37 and the position of the engaging claw portion 37 ′ are set so that the hook 37 engages with the engaging portion of the reinforcing member 60 when it moves and closes normally with respect to the inner frame 5. The front and rear positions of the engaging portion are set.
[0025]
Further, in this embodiment, a part of the reinforcing member 60 corresponding to the position where the operation unit 26 that functions as the movable contact unit 62 stops in the unlocked state is used as the fixed contact unit 63, and the operation unit 26 is in the locked state. A concave contact avoiding portion 64 capable of accommodating the protruding tip portion of the operation portion 26 is formed in a part of the reinforcing member 60 corresponding to the stop position. As shown in FIG. 10, the portion of the reinforcing member 60 that functions as the fixed contact portion 63 contacts the operation portion 26 (movable contact portion 62) in the unlocked state before the clear member storage frame 3 closes to the normal position. It is arranged at the position where it touches. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10, the contact avoiding portion 64 is formed in a concave shape with a sufficient depth so as not to contact the operation portion 26 in the locked state when the clear member storage frame 3 is closed at the normal position. is there.
[0026]
Therefore, when the operation part 26 of the game board lock mechanism 24 remains in the unlocked state and the clear member storage frame 3 that is wide open is pressed by hand toward the inner frame 5 side to start the closing operation, FIG. As shown in the figure, the fixed contact portion 63 on the clear member storage frame 3 side is the protruding tip portion of the operation portion 26 as the movable contact portion 62 before the clear member storage frame 3 reaches the normal position of the inner frame 5. At this time, the closing operation of the clear member storage frame 3 is prevented by the contact between the fixed contact portion 63 and the movable contact portion 62. For this reason, the front end portion of the clear member storage frame 3 remains protruding from the front surface of the inner frame 5, and an operator who is pressing the clear member storage frame 3 by hand to close the clear member storage frame 3 It can be recognized that it does not close to the predetermined position, that is, it has forgotten to lock the game board lock mechanism 24 and tried to close the clear member storage frame 3. Further, if the clear member storage frame 3 does not close to the normal position due to the contact between the fixed contact portion 63 and the movable contact portion 62, the hook 37 does not sufficiently penetrate into the through hole 61 of the reinforcing plate 60. There is no locking.
[0027]
When an operator who has forgotten to lock has opened the clear member storage frame 3 again and operates the operation unit 26 (in this embodiment, slides the operation unit 26 upward), the game board lock mechanism 24 is converted to the locked state. The game board 2 is locked. Then, when the closing operation is performed by manually pressing the clear member storage frame 3 again, the operation portion 26 (movable contact portion 62) is now opposed to the fixed contact portion 63 as shown in FIG. Since the contact avoiding portion 64 is formed at a position facing the operation portion 26 in this state, the clear member storing frame is moved away from the contact position. 3 is allowed to close to the normal position sufficiently deep with respect to the inner frame 5. In this manner, when the clear member storage frame 3 is rotated to the normal position and closed, the front surfaces of the clear member storage frame 3 and the inner frame 5 are substantially flush with each other, and the hook 37 penetrates the reinforcing plate 60. The hole 61 is sufficiently deeply penetrated, and the engaging claw 37 ′ of the hook 37 is engaged with the edge of the through hole 61 and locked by the bias of the spring. In this state, the operation part 26 of the game board lock mechanism 24 is housed in the contact avoiding part 64 and the movement is restricted. It will never be unlocked. Therefore, as long as the clear member storage frame 3 is closed, the locked state of the game board 2 is reliably maintained.
[0028]
In this manner, if the clear of the game board lock mechanism 24 is forgotten, the clear member storage frame 3 cannot be closed to a predetermined normal position. Therefore, if the clear member storage frame 3 is closed by hand, the user immediately realizes that the lock is forgotten. However, the game board lock state display means 70 is provided so that the lock state can be visually confirmed before the clear member storage frame 3 is closed.
[0029]
The game board lock state display means 70 shown in the drawing is a front running portion of the inner frame 5 to which the operation unit 26 is slidably attached, and appears when the operation unit 26 is not locked, and is hidden by the operation unit 26 when locked. In the part to be displayed, an indication “unlocked” indicating that it is in an unlocked state is written. Therefore, if the operation unit 26 is operated to convert to the locked state, as shown in FIG. 11B, the display of “open” is not visible to the operator, but forgets the lock and remains in the unlocked state. Then, as shown in FIG. 11A, “open” remains displayed, and a visual indication that the operator is in the unlocked state (open) is displayed. Therefore, the operator can confirm the lock of the game board 2 only by confirming the “open” display when the clear member storage frame 3 is closed.
[0030]
The game board lock state display means 70 is configured so that the display changes depending on whether the game board lock mechanism 24 is locked or not, and the operator can visually check the lock state of the game board 2. Any configuration is possible. For example, a portion that is covered by the operation unit in the locked state and appears after the operation unit is released in the unlocked state may be colored red.
[0031]
Next, the game board 2 to be mounted on the game board mounting portion 9 of the inner frame 5 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 12A, the game board 2 is partitioned by a partition member such as a guide rail to form a game unit 10 on the front surface, and innumerable obstacle nails 40 and winning devices 41 are formed in the game unit 10. Etc. are provided. The game board 2 in the present embodiment is molded into a hollow, substantially rectangular plate-like body as a whole by using a synthetic resin, and the substantially circular gaming part 10 is formed in a concave shape on the front face part 43 surrounded by the edge part 42 of the upper, lower, left, and right four rounds. The curved surface between the circular inner edge of the front surface portion 43 and the outer edge of the game surface 44 functions as a partition member, and the inner guide rail 45 is fixed inside a part of the partition member to thereby provide a ball guide channel. 46 is formed, and an out port 47 is opened at the lowest position in the gaming unit 10 surrounded by the inner guide rail 45 and the partition member, and the obstacle nail 40 is planted in the gaming unit 10 to serve as a center. An object 48, a variable display device, and a winning device 41 are provided.
[0032]
In the present embodiment, an out ball flow path 49 is formed in the lower part of the back side of the out port 47 so that the out ball can be processed within the thickness of the game board 2. In addition, a convex portion 50 for supporting the root of the obstacle nail 40 is integrally formed on the back side of the game surface 44 where the obstacle nail 40 is implanted. Therefore, even if the metal obstacle nail 40 is implanted on the synthetic resin game surface 44 (insert molding or separately driven), the obstacle nail 40 can be firmly supported, and the nail is adjusted. It will not be damaged by impact.
[0033]
Further, the game board 2 in the present embodiment is provided with a rotation support shaft 51 on the same center line on one side corresponding to the bearing part (shaft hole 23) provided on the game board mounting part 9, and the game is provided on the other side. In addition to providing a suctioned part 22 that constitutes a part of the temporary fixing mechanism 20 that can be held in the board mounting part 9, a lock receiving part 33 that constitutes a part of the game board locking mechanism 24 is provided.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 14, the rotation support shaft 51 is a substantially L-shaped shaft formed at one end with a portion that becomes the operation portion 52, and the operation portion extends from the long hole 53 formed in the front portion 43 of the game board 2. 52 faces the front surface of the game board 2 and is mounted in a state of protruding from holes formed in the upper edge surface and the lower edge surface. And the axial part is urged | biased by the elastic force of the spring 55 connected to the bending part between the axial part and the operation part 52 in the direction which protrudes from the hole of an upper edge surface (lower edge surface). Therefore, in a natural state where the operation portion 52 is not operated, the shaft portion largely protrudes from the hole due to the urging of the spring 55, and the rotation support shaft 51 is operated by operating the operation portion 52 against the urging of the spring 55. As it moves, the length protruding from the hole decreases. Therefore, one side of the game board 2 can be inserted into the game board mounting portion 9 with the protruding length reduced. Then, when the hand is released from the operation portion 52, the rotation support shaft 51 is moved by the bias of the spring 55, the protruding length is increased, and the extended shaft end is fitted into the bearing portion of the game board mounting portion 9. Match.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 6, the attracted portion 22 of the temporary fixing mechanism 20 provided in the game board 2 is disposed at a position corresponding to the permanent magnet 21 of the temporary fixing mechanism 20 provided in the game board mounting portion 9. In this embodiment, the iron plate is bent into a substantially convex shape, and a screw is passed through the mounting hole formed in the flange portion 56, and the screw is attached to the back surface of the game board 2. It is fixed by screwing into the mounting hole of the protruding boss 57. Since the rear end surface of the attracted portion 22 is attracted to the permanent magnet 21, the rear end surface is adjusted to the virtual back surface of the game board 2 according to the thickness of the game board 2.
[0036]
Next, a game board mounting procedure for mounting the game board 2 having the above-described configuration on the game board mounting portion 9 of the inner frame 5 will be described. For convenience of explanation, it is assumed that the game board 2 that has been mounted so far has already been removed.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 4, the pachinko gaming machine 1 from which the game board 2 has been removed has the clear member storage frame 3 and the open / close panel 4 opened widely, and the operation part 26 of the game board lock mechanism 24 is lowered. Since it is converted to the non-locked state, “open” of the game board lock state display means 70 is displayed. The game board 2 to be newly installed in this state is lifted with the game unit 10 facing forward, and one side of the game board 2 on the side of the rotation support shaft 51 is loaded into the game board installation unit 9. At this time, by operating the upper and lower operation portions 52 of the rotation support shaft 51, the protruding length of the rotation support shaft 51 protruding up and down is shortened and inserted.
[0038]
If the lower rotation support shaft 51 side is inserted before the upper side, the lower rotation support shaft 51 can be inserted without shortening. Therefore, the lower rotation support shaft 51 may remain fixed, that is, the protrusion length may not be adjusted. If it remains fixed, the structure is simplified, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the cost is reduced. Further, the game board mounting portion 9 may be provided with a rotation support shaft 51, and the game board 2 may be provided with a shaft hole 23 into which the rotation support shaft 51 is fitted. If comprised in this way, since the part which protrudes in the game board 2 decreases, handling will also become easy including conveyance from a factory.
[0039]
In this way, if one side of the game board 2 on the side of the rotation support shaft 51 is inserted into the game board mounting part 9, the position is adjusted and the hand is released from the operation part 52. Since the rotation support shaft 51 is urged by the spring 55, when the operation portion 52 is released, the upper and lower shaft portions are extended and fitted into the bearing portion (shaft hole 23) of the game board mounting portion 9. To do. Accordingly, the game board 2 is pivotally attached to the game board mounting portion 9 in a rotatable state by the rotation support shafts 51 provided on the upper and lower sides of one side.
[0040]
In this state, when the free end side of the game board 2 is pressed by hand to the game board mounting portion 9 side, the game board 2 rotates in the horizontal direction around the rotation support shaft 51. In this way, when one side of the game board 2 is pivotally attached by the rotation support shaft 51 and the shaft hole 23, a member such as a center accessory 48, a variable display, a large prize winning device, or the like protrudes from the back side of the game board 2. Alternatively, even if parts protrude at a position where the gap between the opening edge of the opening portion of the game board mounting portion 9 is small, the alignment work is performed so that these protruding members enter the opening portion 16 of the game board mounting portion 9. Even if it is not performed, the projecting portion is naturally inserted into the opening 16 simply by rotating the game board 2 around the rotation support shaft 51. Therefore, this also contributes to facilitating the mounting work of the game board 2.
[0041]
If the clearance between the opening 16 of the game board mounting portion 9 and the member protruding to the back side of the game board 2 can be set smaller than the conventional design, it protrudes to the back side of the game board 2. Since the members can be arranged in a wider range than before, the degree of freedom of design is increased, and the fun of the game can be enhanced by devising the arrangement of the parts in the gaming unit 10. In addition, there is a wiring cord on the back side of the game board 2, and it may be necessary to pass this wiring code through the opening 16 of the game board mounting part 9. If the shaft 51 is attached to the shaft, the operation of passing the wiring cord through the opening 16 can be efficiently and safely performed with both hands.
[0042]
When the game board 2 is sufficiently rotated, the edge part 42 of the game board 2 abuts on the positioning part 17, the vertical and horizontal positions of the game board 2 are regulated, and the game board 2 is guided to a predetermined position. Further, when the game board 2 is sufficiently rotated and pressed, the rear end edge of the edge surface portion 42 comes into contact with the positioning portion 17 and the retracted position is also restricted. Furthermore, when the game board 2 is guided to a predetermined position by the action of the positioning part 17, the attracted part 22 provided on the back side of the game board 2 abuts against the permanent magnet 21 on the game board mounting part 9 side. Since they are close to each other, the attracted portion 22 is attracted by the attracting force of the permanent magnet 21. Therefore, even if the operator releases his / her hand, the game board 2 is temporarily fixed in the game board mounting portion 9 by the attraction force of the permanent magnet 21 and maintains its state. For this reason, if the worker puts the game board 2 into the game board mounting portion 9 for the first time, the worker can release his / her hands with peace of mind, and can perform other work as necessary.
[0043]
If the game board 2 is temporarily fixed by the above-described temporary fixing operation, the operation unit 26 of the game board lock mechanism 24 provided on the front surface of the inner frame 5 is then operated. When the operation unit 26 is operated, as described above, the lock member 25 of the game board lock mechanism 24 rotates about the shaft 31, the lock part 30 engages with the lock receiving part 33 of the game board 2, The game board 2 can be locked at a predetermined position. When the operation unit 26 is operated to convert the game board lock mechanism 24 to the locked state, the display of “open” is covered by the operation unit main body 27.
[0044]
When the game board 2 is locked, the remaining work such as connecting a wiring cord of a member attached to the game board 2 to a predetermined connector is performed. When this work is performed, the work is performed on the back side of the inner frame 5, but since the game board 2 is already locked to the inner frame 5 side, an unnatural posture such as pressing the game board 2 with one hand is taken. There is no need, and both hands can work in a natural posture on the back side of the inner frame 5.
[0045]
As described above, in this embodiment, the rotation support shaft 51 is provided on one side of the game board 2, and the temporary fixing mechanism 20 for temporarily fixing the game board 2 is provided, and the operation of the game board lock mechanism 24 is performed. Since the portion 26 is provided on the front surface of the inner frame 5, when the game board 2 is mounted on the game board mounting portion 9 of the inner frame 5, work is performed without breaking the natural posture from the front side of the pachinko gaming machine 1. be able to. Therefore, it is excellent in workability. Moreover, since the game board 2 is temporarily fixed only by pushing the game board 2 into the game board mounting portion 9, even if the weight of the game board 2 increases, the work can be easily performed. In addition, work safety can be improved.
[0046]
Then, when the work of mounting the game board 2 on the game board mounting part 9 of the inner frame 5 is finished and the clear member storage frame 3 is closed, the game part 10 of the game board 2 can be seen through the plate glass 11 of the clear member storage frame 3. It becomes a state. The operation unit 26 of the game board lock mechanism 24 is disposed on one side of the front surface of the inner frame 5, but when the clear member storage frame 3 is closed, the operation unit 26 is covered with the clear member storage frame 3. It is. Therefore, the operation unit 26 is not visible from the player side, and even if the operation unit 26 is provided on the front surface of the inner frame 5, the appearance of the pachinko gaming machine 1 is not impaired. Also, the operation of the game board lock mechanism 24PartWhen the clear member storage frame 3 is closed when the lock member 26 is not in a locked state, that is, in a unlocked state or in an incomplete lock state, the operation unit 26 protruding forward hits the clear member storage frame 3 to the normal position. Since it does not close, it is possible to prevent forgetting lock or incomplete lock.
[0047]
In the above-described embodiment, the operation part 26 of the game board lock mechanism 24 is a slide type, and the operation part 26 is provided in a state protruding from the front surface of the inner frame 5 to be the movable contact part 62. The contact portion 62 changes in position and protrusion length according to the state change between the locked state and the unlocked state of the game board lock mechanism 24, and contacts the fixed contact portion 63 in the locked state. Any configuration may be used as long as it deviates from the contact position of the fixed contact portion 63 in the state. For example, a lever-type operation unit (not shown) is pivotally attached to the front surface of the inner frame 5 and when this lever is triggered, the movement of the lever is transmitted to the lock unit 30 by a transmission member such as a link mechanism to make it unlocked. When the lever is tilted (substantially parallel to the front surface of the inner frame 5), the lever standing up in the unlocked state comes into contact with the fixed contact portion 63 of the clear member storage frame 3 so as to convert to the locked state. Accordingly, the closing operation of the clear member storage frame 3 may be restricted, or a dial type operation unit (not shown) having a convex portion is provided, and the convex portion whose position changes with state conversion is provided. The movable contact portion 62 may be used.
[0048]
Further, the movable abutment portion 62 is not limited to the operation portion 26 itself, and the position, protrusion length, and the like change as the game board lock mechanism 24 changes between the locked state and the unlocked state. If the closing operation of the clear member storage frame 3 can be restricted by contacting the fixed contact portion 63 in the locked state, a member whose position and protrusion length change in conjunction with the movement of the operation portion 26 may be separately provided. .
[0049]
On the other hand, the fixed contact portion 63 that contacts the movable contact portion 62 is provided on the back side of the clear member storage frame 3 and contacts the movable contact portion 62 only when the clear member storage frame 3 is in the unlocked state. As long as the closing operation can be stopped before the normal position, the structure is not limited to a part of the reinforcing member 60 of the clear member storage frame 3, and any configuration may be used. For example, it may be provided separately from the reinforcing member 60 on the back side of the clear member storage frame 3 or may be integrally formed with the clear member storage frame 3.
[0050]
Further, the temporary fixing mechanism 20 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and is disposed at a position where the game board 2 and the game board mounting part 9 face each other, and the pressing force from the game board 2 to the game board mounting part 9 As long as the game board 2 can be held by generating resistance to movement in the opposite direction (that is, the direction in which the game board 2 is removed), any configuration may be used. For example, one hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the back side of the game board 2, for example, the back of the attracted portion 22 integrally molded with the game board 2, and the other hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the inner surface of the game board mounting portion. It may be configured such that when the board 2 is pressed, the surface fastener of the game board 2 is fastened to the surface fastener on the side of the game board mounting portion 9 so that the game board 2 can be temporarily fixed. A hook-and-loop fastener consists of, for example, an infinite number of small hoops formed on the base surface and an infinite number of small hooks projecting from the base surface. There are members that generate resistance, a plurality of small protrusions instead of hooks and hoops, step portions that can be engaged with the small protrusions, and members that engage the small protrusions. In this manner, when a hook-and-loop fastener is used for the temporary fixing mechanism, there is no possibility of magnetizing the iron game ball because it is not affected by the magnetic force.
[0051]
In addition, an elastic locking claw is provided on the back surface of the game board 2, and a receiving step portion capable of locking the elastic locking claw is provided in the game board mounting portion 9, and the engagement between the receiving step portion and the elastic locking claw is provided. The game board 2 may be configured to be temporarily fixed.
[0052]
Moreover, although the embodiment demonstrated so far demonstrated the pachinko game machine 1, this invention is not limited to the pachinko game machine 1, The ball game provided with the game board 2 in which the game part 10 was formed. Any gaming machine may be used as long as it is a machine. For example, a sparrow ball game machine or a smart ball game machine may be used. Further, the frame on which the game board 2 is mounted is not limited to a synthetic resin, and may be wooden.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the game board is mounted on the game board mounting portion of the frame body, the operation unit of the game board lock mechanism is disposed on the front surface of the frame body. Can be locked. And if you forget to lock the game board and try to close the clear member storage frame, this clear member storage frame will not close to the normal position by the clear member closing operation restriction mechanism, this clear member closing operation restriction mechanism IsOperation part of the game board lock mechanism andSince the closing operation of the clear member storage frame is regulated by contact with the fixed contact portion provided on the back side of the clear member storage frame, forgetting to lock can be reliably prevented with a simple structure. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently perform the game board replacement work, not only finish the work of a large number of ball game machines in a short time, but also reliably forget to lock the game board of each ball game machine. Can be prevented. If it is possible to reliably prevent the game board from being forgotten to be locked, the connection between the game board and the other parts can be performed reliably, and the game board can be stabilized without rattling.
[0054]
Also,The locked state and the unlocked state of the game board can be visually confirmed by the game board lock state display means. Therefore, it is possible to confirm the lock of the game board without closing the clear member storage frame.
