Description

【0001】

【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective configuration diagram showing a construction state of a corner portion of an outer wall of a building. A wall 2 is formed on the outer side of a pillar 1, and trunk edges 3 and 3 are provided on the outer side of the wall 2. A tile panel 4 formed by sticking a tile 4a to the surface is built outside the trunk edges 3 and 3, and a protruding corner member 5 is attached to a corner portion where the tile panels 4 and 4 intersect. However, tiles 6 and 6 are attached in advance to the surface of the protruding corner member 5 of this example, and this tile 6 uses the same tile as the tile 4a of the tile panel 4 described above. Further, the horizontal joint 6a formed between the tiles 6 and 6 of the protruding corner member 5 is formed so as to be aligned with the horizontal joint 4b formed between the tiles 4a and 4a of the tile panel 4. In the construction state of the protruding corner member 5, the horizontal joint 6a and the horizontal joint 4b are aligned and slipped. Exhibited excellent appearance shape and design property and Li, external corner member 5 and the tile panel 4 is assumed that appearance of the building is integrally visibility is extremely improved.
[0005]
This sectional view is shown in FIG. 2, and the protruding corner member 5 is composed of a receiving member 7 fixed in advance to the trunk edge 3 via a screw or the like, and a covering member 8 connected to the receiving member 7 from the outside. The receiving member 7 includes a fixed piece 7a fixed in contact with the body edge 3, a corner piece 7b integrally formed inside the fixed piece 7a, and protruding outward from the corner piece 7b. The cover member 8 is formed of integrally formed fitting portions 7c, and side edge folded pieces 8b and 8b are formed on both ends of a flat cover piece 8a that covers the corner, and the cover piece An insertion piece 8 c is integrally formed on the back side of 8 a so as to protrude, and the insertion piece 8 c is inserted into the fitting portion 7 c of the receiving material 7 from the outside, whereby the covering material 8 is connected to the receiving material 7. The side edge folded piece 8b of the covering material 8 is in contact with the outside of the end edge portion of the tile panel 4 and Since the tiles 6 are preliminarily pasted on the surface side of the cover piece 8a, the tiles 6 are exposed on the surface and have a good design. After the tile panels 4 and 4 are erected, the cover material 8 is connected to the receiving material 7 so that the corner portion can be easily constructed.
[0006]
1 and 2, the tile 6 is a flat tile similar to the tile 4a of the tile panel 4. However, the tile 6 as shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. Since the cover piece 8a of the covering material 8 is formed flat, the back surface of the tile 6 is formed flat, and the back surface of the tile 6 is good on the cover piece 8a. Can be attached to. That is, when the tile 6 as shown in FIG. 10 is formed in order to form the appearance of the protruding corner as shown in FIG. 3, the fluidity is generated when the horizontal joint 6a is formed in alignment with the horizontal joint 4b of the tile panel 4. Since the adhesive hangs down and is difficult to stick, and the back surface of the tile 6 is not flat, it is difficult to manufacture the tile. However, since all of the tiles 6 used in this example have a flat rear surface, they can be easily manufactured, easily tiled, and have a good appearance.
[0007]
FIG. 5 shows a modified example. In FIG. 5, a vertically long tile 6 is attached to the surface of the protruding corner member 5, and the horizontal joint 6 a is aligned with the horizontal joint 4 b of the tile panel 4. Such projecting corner members 5 are not required to be aligned with the horizontal joint 4b of the tile panel 4 when being constructed, and the construction is easy. Moreover, the vertically long tile 6 can use the same thing as the tile 4a of the said tile panel 4 vertically long, and can improve the efficiency in tile production.
In the cross-sectional view of FIG. 6, a vertically long tile 6 is formed with a protruding portion 6b that bulges outward, and the tile 6 has a sense of volume, and the bay is located at the corner of the building. The protruding portion 6b is arranged to obtain a high-quality feeling at the corner portion.
[0008]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a vertically long tile 6 having a cone-shaped cross section protruding in a mountain shape toward the surface side can be used, and such a tile is pasted on the surface of the covering material 8 in advance. It is possible to enhance the design of the corner part and produce a high-class feeling of the building.
[0009]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the protruding corner member 5 in which the tile 6 is adhered to the surface as described above can be satisfactorily used also in a portion where the tile panels 4 and 4 intersect at an obtuse angle. In this case, since the body edges 3 and 3 are also arranged at an obtuse angle in FIG. 8, in order to attach the receiving material 7 to the body edges 3 and 3 well, the receiving material 7 is shown in the perspective view of FIG. Thus, if the fixed piece 7a is formed with notches K, K at intervals in the vertical direction and cut in the field so as to form a staggered pattern opposite to each other, the left and right fixed pieces 7a, 7a are moved to both sides. It can be opened without difficulty, and can be satisfactorily brought into contact with the surfaces of the body edges 3 and 3 and fixed with screws 10, and if it is cut and formed in advance in a zigzag manner, the receiving material 7 can be easily attached. After fixing the receiving material 7 to the trunk edge 3, the covering material 8 can be connected by inserting the insertion piece 8c of the covering material 8 into the fitting portion 7c of the receiving material 7 from the front side. The edge fold piece 8b is in good contact with the outside of the ends of the tile panels 4 and 4 so that the intersecting portion can be covered well. Even tile 6 adhered to the surface of the covering member 8 exhibits a good design property, and which can be sense of quality buildings in case of.
If the cutouts K and K are formed in the fixed piece 7a at intervals in the vertical direction and are cut so as to form a staggered pattern, the tile panels 4 and 4 can be easily installed even at a portion where they intersect at an acute angle. Become.
[0010]
