(Prior Art) As a conventional joint material for closing the gap between panels, there is a joint material shown in FIG. The main type is one in which several blade pieces 2 are provided and a decorative surface 3 made of hard synthetic resin is provided on the front side of the joint bar main body 1 with an appropriate width left on the side edge (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-29292). It is used in However, since the joint body 1 of this joint material, which is the part to be inserted into the gap between panels, is made of soft synthetic resin, the joint body 1 bends and deforms when inserted into the gap, making it difficult to insert. There was also a risk that it would easily come off later. Furthermore, since variations in the gap are dealt with by deforming the front side edge 4 of the joint bar body 1, the decorative surface 3 is made wider in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Unable to do so, they had no choice but to sacrifice their appearance. Therefore, the joint material shown in Fig. 5 (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-51446) was proposed. This joint material has an insertion portion 6 formed by embedding a core material 5 made of a rigid thin synthetic resin plate in a soft synthetic resin, thereby giving rigidity to the insertion portion 6, and inserting This solves the problems of difficulty in insertion due to bending during insertion and ease of dislodgement due to lifting after insertion, and also covers the gap with the upper bulge 7 to deal with variations in the gap. However, since the bulging portion 7 of this joint material protrudes beyond the surface of the panel, it may be unsuitable for aesthetic reasons or depending on the type of panel and the location of use.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and is easy to insert into the gap, difficult to come off after insertion, and can cope with variations in the panel gap without damaging the appearance.
Furthermore, the object is to provide a joint material that can be used regardless of the type of panel or the location of use.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the present invention provides a construction joint material with the following structure. That is, a rigid core material made of rubber or synthetic resin and having an approximately T-shaped cross section with an upper part as a decorative part and a lower part as a part to be inserted into a panel gap, with both side edges of the decorative part being thin-walled, and the core. The joint material is constituted by a flexible protruding seal portion made of rubber or synthetic resin provided along the longitudinal direction on the side surface of the material insertion portion.

The illustrated construction joint material A includes a rigid core material 8 made of rubber or synthetic resin and having a substantially T-shaped cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and a flexible protruding sealing part 9 made of rubber or synthetic resin. It consists of. The core material 8 has a decorative part 10 at the upper part, an insertion part 11 into the panel gap part at the lower part, and a thin wall shape 10a at both side edges of the decorative part 10. The hardness of the core material is preferably JISA 90° or higher. The seal portion 9 is an insertion portion 11 into the panel gap in the core material 8.

Insertion of the architectural joint material A into the gap is performed by pressing the decorative portion 10 of the core material 8.
Since the core material 8 has rigidity, there is almost no bending or meandering of the joint material A, making it easy to insert it into the gap. Furthermore, by the sub-sealing part 12 provided approximately at the center of the insertion part 11 of the core material 8, the center of the insertion part 11 is kept at a constant distance from both wall surfaces of the gap between the panels P and P when the joint material A is inserted. This, together with the rigidity of the core material 8, more completely prevents the joint material A from bending or meandering when inserted into the gap, making insertion even easier.

In addition to the above functions, the sub seal portion 12 and the main seal portion 13 also have the function of preventing the joint material from lifting up and coming off after being inserted into the gap.

The decorative part 10 of the core material 8 is designed to cover the gap between panels P when the joint material A is inserted into the gap between the panels P.
It should be designed so that it does not look out of place, and should be decorated as necessary. When the width of the gap is narrow, the thin-walled portions 10a formed on both side edges of the decorative portion 10 are bent as shown in FIG. This is to close the gap.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention is used as a component of a construction joint material, with the upper part being a decorative part and the lower part being an insertion part into a panel gap.
Since a rigid core material made of rubber or synthetic resin and having a roughly T-shaped cross section with thin-walled side edges of the decorative part is used, the joint material does not bend or meander when inserted into the gap. In addition, the thin-walled portions formed on both side edges of the decorative portion can be easily deformed to accommodate variations in the gap without damaging the appearance. Since the decorative part is buried in the gap and does not protrude from the panel surface, it does not get in the way and can be used without being affected by the type of panel or the place where it is used. In addition, by using the core material mentioned above to ensure reliable insertion, and by configuring the seal parts on both sides of the core material insertion part into a sub-seal part and a main seal part, it is possible to prevent lifting and dislodgement after insertion. It also has a protective effect. Furthermore, the joint material according to the present invention has the advantage that it can be continuously molded by extrusion molding and is easy to manufacture.
