Description
【0001】
【0032】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to recovery of high-grade iron scrap for reusing iron scrap from scrap cars as a raw material for steelmaking.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In steelmaking, when non-ferrous metals such as lead, copper and tin are mixed in the iron scrap as a raw material, this removal becomes difficult and the quality of the steel product is deteriorated.
[0003]
However, when a scrap car is used as a raw material for steelmaking, conventionally, after removing only main components such as a tire, a seat, a battery, a fuel tank, an engine, etc., it is usually shredded or pressed. The iron scrap collected after the shredding process contains a large amount of copper, tin, etc., which are often used in motors, harnesses with copper wires covered with synthetic resin, and cannot be used as they are. Therefore, when a scrap car is used as a raw material for steelmaking, it is necessary to separate and recover nonferrous metals.
[0004]
Conventionally, separation and recovery of this non-ferrous metal has been performed manually or manually after shredding, but the copper wire is integrated with the iron core like a motor scrap, or the harness is entangled with iron scrap. Therefore, non-ferrous metals cannot be removed before the recovered iron scrap can be used as a steelmaking raw material for steel sheets.
[0005]
Therefore, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 50-126079 proposes pyrolysis of the shredder dust generated during the shredder treatment, and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-91197 discloses a dust collector after the shredder treatment. A method has been proposed in which the collected light-weight material is burned and then the copper material is separately screened using a vibrating sieve, an eddy current sorter, or a specific gravity liquid sorter. However, in either case, harmful dioxins are generated when the shredder dust is heated, and in addition, there is a problem that the equipment cost is high for measures against the generation of highly corrosive hydrogen chloride gas.
[0006]
In addition, dismantling of scrapped vehicles is performed manually or by attaching a dismantling attachment to a construction machine such as a power shovel and peeling off the engine and the like. For this reason, labor productivity is poor, and the vehicle body is remarkably deformed, and it is difficult to completely remove non-ferrous metal parts such as motors. Moreover, the lead elution value of the shredder dust generated during the shredding process is high.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to establish means for efficiently recovering iron scrap as a high-grade steelmaking raw material for steel plates from scrap cars under harmless processing conditions.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a pretreatment device that removes and collects consumables such as fuel, oil, cooling water, and refrigerant after removing a tire, a battery, and the like, and collects reusable body parts and sheets. Body parts collection device that removes and collects, functional parts collection device that separates and removes functional parts of engine, gear case, suspension device and muffler from the body, and non-ferrous metal that removes and collects non-ferrous metal parts such as harness and motor The equipment for recovering high-grade iron scrap from scrap cars arranged in series via a transport device that is suspended from a rail and travels with a parts recovery device, wherein the pretreatment device mounts the scrap vehicles with a hydraulic cylinder. And a table that can be moved up and down, and an oil collection container that is placed on a carriage and connected by a flexible hose. The body parts collection device is equipped with a cutting machine together with a movable body cradle that holds a scrap car at an appropriate height, and the functional parts collection device is a table that can be raised and lowered to place an electric cylinder and the body. The table is raised by the electric cylinder so that the vehicle body can roll over, and the central part of the table is formed in an open bifurcated shape so that the collected product can be separated from the vehicle body. The non-ferrous metal component recovery device is provided with a clamp having a cantilevered swivel arm rotatably attached to a support and a vehicle body holding jig. Further, following the non-ferrous metal component recovery device, A device for pressing or shredding the car body which is only a shell is arranged .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As equipment for carrying out this recovery method, a pre-processing device with a table that can be moved up and down by placing a scrap car, a body parts recovery device with a body cradle, and a functional part with a table that can be raised and lowered Each device in which a recovery device, a non-ferrous metal component recovery clamp and a non-ferrous metal component recovery device composed of a vehicle body holding jig are continuously arranged in a straight line, and a transport device that can travel between the devices is further arranged. The array can be
[0010]
The recovered iron scrap has a copper content of 0.1% by weight or less and a tin content of 0.01% by weight or less so that the recovered iron scrap can be applied to steelmaking raw materials for steel plates. The lead elution value from the shredder dust can be 0.1 ppm or less.
[0011]
【Example】
FIG. 1 shows the working process of the present invention. In the figure, in the pre-treatment process A, after removing tires, batteries, etc. from the scrapped vehicle, there is a risk of fire and the like inherent in the subsequent process, and fuel, oils and cooling water, refrigerant that interfere with the work Consumables such as the above are removed and collected by opening the discharge valve, making a hole in the storage container, or by using a suction pump. In the next body part collection step B, body parts that can be used as repair parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors are collected, and sheets are removed and collected. Continue to transport the scrap car to the next process, and in functional parts recovery process C, separate the engine, gear case, suspension system, and muffler functional parts from the body, remove and recover them, then transport to the next process, nonferrous metal parts recovery process D Remove and collect non-ferrous metal parts such as harnesses and motors. Subsequently, the vehicle body having only the outer shell is conveyed, and after press E or light pressure pressing, the shredder F is processed to obtain high-grade iron scrap G that can be used as a steelmaking raw material for steel sheets.

Table 1 shows examples of components of shredder scrap (recovered iron) grades published by the Steel Association as conventional methods.
[0027]
[Table 1]
The acceptable level of copper and tin as a steelmaking raw material for steel sheets is about 0.06 to 0.1% by weight of copper, and the conventional method has insufficient quality, but the method of the present invention allows copper and tin to be acceptable. You have cleared the level. In the conventional method, the separation of iron and non-ferrous metal is performed by magnetic separation and manual selection, but there is a thing in which non-ferrous metal is entangled with iron, and the selection is insufficient.
[0028]
Most of the tin is contained in the solder portion and is removed when the harness and the electrical components are removed.
[0029]
Table 2 shows the results of the Pb elution test of shredder dust that occurred at that time, based on Notification No. 13 of the Environment Agency, after treating two scrapped cars under the conditions of the above-described embodiment. Examples 1 and 2 are shown.
[0030]
At this time, after performing a process that does not remove the motor, harness, and the like simulating the conventional method, the shredder process is performed in the same manner, and the elution value of Pb of the shredder dust generated at that time is shown as the conventional method.
[0031]
According to the present invention, it can be seen that the elution amount of Pb is reduced.
