Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for discharging waste water in which suspended matter and sediment are mixed.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
Conventionally, a wastewater discharge device stores a pump in a lower part of a storage tank having a wastewater inlet opened into the tank and a wastewater pumping pipe led out of the tank, and stored from the inlet. When the waste water flowing into the tank reaches a predetermined upper limit water level, the pump is activated to lift and discharge the waste water in the storage tank to the outside, and when the water level reaches a predetermined lower limit water level, the pump is stopped.
[0003]
However, many suspended matters and sediments are mixed in industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater.
[0004]
The pump suction water flow in the storage tank only removes solid matter around the suction port, and most of the suspended matter and sediment remain without being discharged. As a result, the spoiled scum generates gas and a bad odor drifts around. Moreover, due to the gradual increase of the residual deposit, the pump suction port is closed and the pumping function is impaired.
[0005]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide an effective device that can be sucked and discharged by a pump together with waste water without leaving floating matters and precipitates mixed in inflow waste water.
[0006]
[Structure of the invention]
In the wastewater discharge apparatus according to the present invention, the main inner tank and the spare tank are disposed in the lower bottom portion of the outer tank having the wastewater inlet opening into the tank and the wastewater pumping pipe extended to the outside of the tank. A tank is provided, the pump is accommodated only in the main inner tank , the suction port is opened to the lower bottom part of the main inner tank, and the discharge port is connected to the waste water pumping pipe, and the lower bottom part in the outer tank An inflow passage leading from the upper inner tank to the main inner tank is provided, and side grooves are vertically provided so as to reach the tank lower part from the upper edge along one side of the peripheral wall of each inner tank. and rylene allowed through by the open sewer shaped distribution groove for cast guide the direction facing away from, the waste water flows into the main tank in the spare tank in the suction and discharge action of the waste water with the pump drive in the main tank in the A swirling flow is formed and amplified in the main inner tank and the duration of the swirling flow is increased, and The water level in the tank pre-configured to decrease in line with the water level in the main tank.
[0007]
【Example】
Hereinafter, description will be made with reference to the drawings of the embodiments.
[0008]
Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer tank into which waste water flows, and has a waste water inlet 2 that opens toward the inside of the tank and a waste water pumping pipe 3 that extends toward the outside of the tank. The inner tub 4a and the spare inner tub 4b are recessed, and the peripheral wall of the main inner tub 4a is formed in a bowl-shaped inclined surface having a large diameter at the top and a small diameter at the bottom. 5a is a side groove vertically provided so as to reach the tank lower part from the upper edge along one side of the peripheral wall of the main inner tank 4a, and 5b extends from the upper edge to the tank lower part along one side of the peripheral wall of the auxiliary inner tank 4b. The side grooves 5 that are vertically arranged to reach the two are open channel- like flow grooves for extending the both side grooves 5a and 5b in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the pump to communicate the inner tanks 4a and 4b. is there. 6 is an inflow passage from the lower bottom of the outer tank 1 to the main inner tank 4a. In the drawing of the embodiment, a downward gradient is given from the lower bottom of the outer tank 1 to the main inner tank 4a and the pump rotates. It is the aspect extended in the direction opposite to the direction. 7 is an underwater filth pump accommodated so that the suction port 8 is opened to the lower part in the main inner tank 4a. Reference numeral 10 denotes an elevating guide used when the submersible filth pump 7 is attached and detached, and 11 denotes a scattering prevention cover attached near the opening of the wastewater inlet 2.
[0009]
[Action]
When the inside of the outer tub 1 rises to a predetermined startup water level due to the inflow of wastewater, the underwater filth pump 7 is started and the discharge and discharge of wastewater is started. After pumped discharge operation level to the upper edge of the main tank 4a and the spare tank 4b proceeds is reached, Ri wastewater in the main tank 4a is Do to be discharged pumped, the pump 7 pumped discharge wastewater inflow effect of acting on the result from the preliminary tank 4b into the main tank 4a through flow channels 5 Ji raw water level in the preliminary tank 4b is reduced in line with the water level in the main tank 4a However, since the side grooves 5a and 5b communicating with the flow grooves 5 are vertically arranged so as to reach the bottom of the tank from the upper edge of each of the inner tanks 4a and 4b, the waste water inflow action is performed in the spare inner tank 4b. Will flow into the main inner tank 4a along with the suspended matter at the surface layer and the sediment at the bottom of the tank . In addition, a swirl flow is formed and amplified in the main inner tank 4a by the waste water inflow action through the circulation groove 5, and the waste water swirls up from the peripheral part along the sloping bowl-shaped inclined surface and descends from the central part. A convection effect is produced, and therefore suspended matter and sediment in the wastewater are sucked from the pump suction port 8 while being vigorously stirred. And when the water level in both the inner tanks 4a and 4b reaches the predetermined stop water level near the tank bottom, the underwater filth pump 7 stops. During this time, not only the waste water in the main inner tank 4 a but also the waste water in the auxiliary inner tank 4 b is pumped and discharged through the flow groove 5. This does not simply mean that waste water does not remain in the auxiliary inner tank 4b. Accordingly, the formation time of the swirl flow is maintained. That is, the stirring time of the suspended matter and the precipitate in the main inner tank 4a is increased accordingly. Therefore, suspended matters and sediments are easily pumped and discharged together with the waste water and do not remain in the tank.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
According to the apparatus of the present invention, in the wastewater drainage apparatus in which the main inner tank and the spare inner tank are arranged in the lower bottom portion of the outer tank and the pump is mounted only on the main inner tank, the wastewater is discharged by driving the pump. Sometimes the waste water in the auxiliary inner tank can be sucked up and discharged at the same time with the waste water in the main inner tank, so that sediment does not accumulate in the auxiliary inner tank, and the swirl flows in the main inner tank. Is amplified and the duration thereof is increased, so that the stirring action of the wastewater is generated, which is effective for the lifting and discharging of suspended matter and sediment. Therefore, there is an advantage that generation of malodor caused by residual scum in the tank and blockage of the pump suction port due to deposits can be prevented.
