BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic test apparatus for a radiation monitoring apparatus (abbreviation: RMS) that automatically inputs an appropriate simulation signal when testing the radiation monitoring apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when an alarm set value confirmation test of a radiation monitoring apparatus (RMS) is performed, an alarm set value is confirmed by inputting a simulation signal to the radiation monitoring apparatus from a test signal generator and actually operating an alarm.
FIG. 5 is a block diagram in which a test signal generator is connected to the radiation monitoring apparatus during testing of the conventional radiation monitoring apparatus. In the figure, 1 is a measurement processing unit of a radiation monitoring apparatus, 2 is a test signal generator, 3 is a control circuit provided in the

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the test signal generator in the conventional radiation monitoring apparatus is configured as described above, after the operator manually sets the input count rate, the switch is manually operated while checking the count rate indicating value indicated by the radiation monitoring apparatus. This is a difficult task that cannot be performed by a person without knowledge.
In addition, the radiation monitoring apparatus test requires a lot of labor since the same test is periodically performed on many channels. Therefore, it is necessary to save labor by setting parameters in advance and programming them.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to obtain an automatic test apparatus for a radiation monitoring apparatus that can automatically input an appropriate simulation signal without requiring a switch operation. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An automatic test apparatus for a radiation monitoring apparatus according to the present invention is based on a test signal generator for inputting a simulation signal to the radiation monitoring apparatus and a simulation signal input pattern set in advance while reading the count rate instruction value of the radiation monitoring apparatus. A workstation that selects an optimum count rate of the simulation signal and inputs the count rate signal to the test signal generator, and a CRT that displays a time transition of the count rate are provided.
[0007]
In addition, the workstation has a simulation signal optimum input pattern for each of many measurement channels of the radiation monitoring apparatus.
[0008]
Further, in the test signal output accuracy test of the test signal generator, the workstation sequentially selects several test signals having a predetermined count rate and instructs the test signal generator to output.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an automatic test apparatus for performing an alarm set value confirmation test among tests of a radiation monitoring apparatus with simulated signal input according to
In FIG. 1,
The workstation 8 reads the value of the

[0010]
Next, the operation will be described. Alarm setting value Xn, input count rate setting value Xn × a, Xn × b, and Xn × c (a, b, and c are fixed values and c <1 <b <a) are set in advance on the program in the workstation 8 To do. Next, when the alarm set value confirmation test is started (selected with the button on the CRT 9 screen), the signal of the input count rate set value is input from the workstation 8 to the
The value of the
That is, when the count value R of the
When the count value R rises to near Xn (R ≧ Xn × c) (202), the input count rate is changed and input at a constant rate until the count rate Xn × b (c <1 <b <a). This is called ramp input (203).
The above operation is performed because the
In this way, first, a certain large value Xn × a is input in a stepwise manner, the count value is brought close to the alarm set value Xn at high speed, and then the input count is used to finely change the count value near the alarm set value Xn. The rate is input in a ramp shape up to a value slightly larger than the alarm set value Xn.
By doing so, the alarm set value can be confirmed in a shorter time.
Such a change pattern of the input count rate is called a simulated signal optimum input pattern.
Of course, when there are a plurality of alarm set values, the program can be implemented in the same manner as described above with a program that changes the input count rate.
[0011]
As described above, based on the test signal generator for inputting the simulation signal to the radiation monitoring apparatus and the simulation signal input pattern set in advance while reading the count rate instruction value of the radiation monitoring apparatus, the optimum counting of the simulation signal is performed. With a workstation that selects the rate and inputs the count rate signal to the test signal generator, the radiation monitoring device can be automatically tested without manual setting of the test signal and visual confirmation of the count value. Can do.
[0012]
In addition, the radiation monitoring device has an independent measurement processing unit for each different measurement point (channel) in the plant, and there is an individual alarm setting value in each measurement processing unit, so that the simulated signal optimum input for each channel By setting the pattern in the workstation in advance, the work can be performed more efficiently.
[0013]
In the first and second embodiments, the alarm set value confirmation test has been described. However, the alarm operation confirmation test for confirming whether the alarm operates reliably, or the input of the radiation monitoring apparatus for several predetermined count rates. In the input / output characteristic test for confirming the characteristics of the signal and the output signal, and also in the overrange characteristic test for confirming whether the radiation monitoring apparatus takes a predetermined operation with respect to the overrange count rate input, The same effect as 2 is obtained.
[0014]
In a test for confirming whether the
That is, in FIG. 4, a predetermined simulated input count rate is set on the program of the workstation 8, and the
Whether the measurement result is within a predetermined accuracy range is determined in advance in the program by setting a determination criterion in the program, and the soundness of the
In this way, in the program of the workstation 8, several test signals having a predetermined count rate are selected in order and the output is instructed to the
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0016]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a simulation signal is generated based on a test signal generator for inputting a simulation signal to the radiation monitoring apparatus and a simulation signal input pattern set in advance while reading the count rate instruction value of the radiation monitoring apparatus. And a workstation that inputs the count rate signal to the test signal generator, so that the radiation monitoring device can be tested without manual setting of the test signal and visual confirmation of the count value. Can be done automatically.
[0017]
Further, according to the invention of
[0018]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in a test for confirming whether the test signal generator itself outputs a predetermined count rate signal with a predetermined accuracy, some predetermined count rates are determined by the workstation program. Since the test signals are sequentially selected and the output is instructed to the test signal generator, the process of manually setting the test can be simplified.
