前記複数の床パネルは、居室の床となる居室床部とバルコニーの床となるバルコニー床部とが予め設定されてなるものであり、前記複数の床パネルの中間部に、前記床を居室床部とバルコニー床部とに区画するように直立して固定される仕切用の壁パネルを取り付け、該仕切用の壁パネルには、前記複数の建物ユニットの床パネルを跨いで開口する出入用の開口部が形成されていることを特徴とするユニット建物の施工方法。
