【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主に所定のパン材料を機器に準備するだけで自動的にパンの製造を行なうことが出来る一般家庭で使用するパン製造機に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、食文化の多様化・高級化に伴い、家庭用パン製造機を用いて、レーズン、ナッツ類あるいはチーズ等の製パン副材料を加えたレーズンパン、ナッツパン、あるいはチーズパン等を家庭でも焼くようになってきた。

この種のパン製造機としては、例えば、特許文献1に記載されているようなものがあった。図9は、前記特許文献1に記載された従来のパン製造機の断面図である。

図9において、本体1内に設けたシャーシ2はその上部に加熱手段であるヒータ3を内蔵した焼成室4をパン容器取り付け台5により狭持して固定しており、下部にはモータ6を固定している。またシャーシ2は下端部で底板7により板金製の本体1を狭持して固定している。8は焼成室4を開閉する外蓋である。パン容器9は、パン容器取り付け台5に着脱自在に載置されており、パン容器9内の中央底部には上方に混練手段としての練り羽根10が、軸11で回転自在に軸支され、モータ6により回転される。12はヒータ3やモータ6への通電を制御する制御装置である。

以上のように構成されたパン製造機について、以下その動作を説明する。パン容器9にパン材料を入れ運転すると、ヒータ3、モータ6を制御し、パン生地の混練工程、発酵工程、ガス抜き工程を順次行い、最後に焼成室4内を150〜200℃の高温に加熱し、パンを焼き上げる焼成工程を行う。製パン工程はパンの種類等によって差があり、前記工程全体で約2〜7時間程度の時間を要する。レーズン、ナッツ類、チーズ等の製パン副材料を加えたレーズンパン、ナッツパン、チーズパン等をつくる場合には、パン容器9に小麦粉、水、バター、砂糖、塩、イースト等の製パン主材料と共に運転当初から、前記製パン副材料を入れて前記の製パン工程を運転していた。

また機器によっては、約20分程度のパン材料の混練工程のうち約17分間程度を経過した時点で、使用者に製パン副材料投入の時期の報知を行い、使用者が自分で副材料の投入を行い、その後残り約3分間の混練により製パン主材料と副材料の混合を行っていた。

特許文献1は前述のパンの焼成工程を基本とし、さらに利便性の向上と仕上がりの多様化を図るためにパンの焼成工程と異なる時点で副材料を投入できるようにしている。以下、図10を用いて副材料の投入構成について説明する。

図10(a)は蓋容器の着脱構成を示したものである。図に示すように副材料投入手段には、投入する製パン副材料を収容する蓋容器13と、蓋容器13の底を開閉する開閉板14と、製パン副材料をセットする際に蓋容器13上方を開閉する容器蓋20とを有し、蓋容器13と開閉板14を同期させ蓋容器13を容器軸15を支点として傾けることによりパン容器9に製パン副材料を投入するものであり、確実で正確にパン容器9内に製パン副材料を投入できる。また、蓋容器13を樹脂製とすれば、蓋容器13の温度上昇を抑制することができ、火傷を防ぎ安全性を向上することが出来る。

また、図10(b)は蓋容器の動作機構を示したもので、図に示すように、副材料の投入は、ソレノイド16によりレバー17を介して軸レバー18を押し、焼成室3に開閉板14を開いて、容器軸15を中心に蓋容器13を開閉板14と同様に傾けることにより行う。これにより蓋容器13内の副材料19は、滑り台状に蓋容器13上をすべりパン容器9内へ投入される。蓋容器13は傾く際、パン容器9に近づき、また滑り台上に副材料が滑っていくため、副材料19がパン容器9の外へ飛び散ることなく投入が行えるというものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら前記従来の構成では、パンの焼成中に高温の排気が容器蓋20側に排出されないようにするために副材料の投入後は開閉板14を閉塞する必要があるが、滑り台状の面が完全に閉塞されず、開閉板14の周囲に隙間が生じることがあった。また、容器蓋20と蓋容器13あるいは蓋8の間も、完全なシールが為されておらず隙間が開いているため、パン焼成中の蒸気を含んだ高温の排気が容器蓋20の周囲から洩れ出し、その近傍に結露が生じていた。さらに、うっかり使用でパン容器9のセットを忘れて空焼き運転すると、容器蓋20周囲から洩れる排気がさらに高温になり、容器蓋20周囲の蓋8が熱変形することがあった。

また、蓋容器13の内壁が平面で形成されているため、洋酒漬けのレーズンやバナナ等の粘着性の強い副材料を使用すると、副材料が内壁面にくっついてしまい、開閉板14を開放しても副材料が落ちきらず、蓋容器13内に残ることがあった。さらに、副材料を入れて蓋容器13の持ち運びをすると、投入側が開口されており完全なる容器の形ではないので、収容物をこぼしやすいという課題があった。

また、蓋容器13は副材料の引掛り防止や容量、収納性確保のため、凹凸形状を形成することができず、着脱時の摘み形状が設けられていないので、着脱操作性が悪かった。特に、蓋容器13中に副材料を入れた状態では着脱操作性が悪く、副材料をこぼさずに蓋容器13を着脱することは困難であった。

本発明は前記従来の課題を解決するもので、蓋容器およびその周辺の構成を工夫することにより、排気の漏出による結露や熱変形の防止、または機能の向上を図り利便性をよくしたパン製造機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記従来の課題を解決するために、本発明のパン製造機は、蓋に設けられパンの副材料を収納する蓋容器を開閉する容器蓋と前記蓋容器との間にシール用のパッキンを設けると共に、前記蓋と前記容器蓋とをロックするロック手段を設ける構成とした。

この構成により、前記蓋と前記容器蓋とをロックすることで、前記蓋容器と容器蓋との間に設けたパッキンが押圧され確実にシールすることができ、排気が外部に漏出するのを実質的に防止することができる。また、蓋を開いても容器蓋が開くことがないため、副材料のこぼれや蓋容器の落下を防止することができる。

請求項1に記載の発明は、パン材料の混錬と加熱を行うパン容器とヒータとを具備した焼成室と、前記焼成室を開閉する蓋と、前記蓋に設けられパンの副材料を収納する蓋容器と、前記蓋容器を開閉する容器蓋と、前記蓋容器の底を開き副材料を前記パン容器に投入する投入手段と、製パン工程を制御する制御手段とを備え、前記容器蓋に前記蓋容器と前記容器蓋の間をシールするためのパッキンを設けると共に、前記蓋と前記容器蓋をロックするロック手段を設けたことにより、蓋容器と容器蓋の間がパッキンで確実にシールされるため、外蓋や容器蓋の結露や熱変形を防止することができる。
