Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic bread maker for use in general homes that can automatically produce bread by simply preparing predetermined bread ingredients in equipment.
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of automatic bread maker has been disclosed in, for example, JP-A-9-117375. That is to say, in recent years, with the diversification and upgrading of food culture, raisin bread, nut bread, cheese bread, etc. with bread-making auxiliary materials such as raisins, nuts, cheese, etc. are manufactured using a home automatic bread machine. Opportunities are increasing.
[0003]
Hereinafter, an example of a conventional automatic bread maker will be described. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of an automatic bread maker. In the figure, a base 7 in a main body 1 has a firing chamber 3 containing a heater 2 as a heating means built in the upper part thereof and is fixed by sandwiching it by a container mounting base 4, and a motor 5 is fixed to the lower surface. ing. Further, the base 7 holds and fixes the body 1 made of sheet metal by the bottom plate 6 at the lower end. Reference numeral 8 denotes an openable / closable main body cover that covers the baking chamber 3. The container 9 is detachably mounted on the container mounting base 4, and a blade 10 as a kneading means is supported on a central bottom portion of the container 9 so as to be rotatable about a shaft 12. 10 can rotate. The power supply board 19 is an electric circuit board for supplying power to the heater 2 and the motor 5, and is fixed on the base 7.
[0004]
The operation of the automatic bread maker configured as described above will be described below. When the bread material is put into the bread baking mold 9 and operated, the heater 2 and the motor 5 are controlled, the dough kneading process, the fermentation process, and the degassing process are sequentially performed, and finally the inside of the baking chamber 3 is heated to 150 to 230 ° C. A baking process is performed in which the bread is baked by heating to a high temperature. The bread making process takes about 4 hours in total. When making raisin bread, nut bread, cheese bread with baked raisins, nuts, cheese and other baking ingredients, container 9 together with the main bread making ingredients such as flour, water, butter, sugar, salt, yeast From the beginning of operation, the bread making process was carried out by adding the bread making auxiliary material. Also, depending on the equipment, when about 17 minutes of the kneading process of the bread material for about 20 minutes is completed, the user is notified of the timing of adding the bread making auxiliary material, and the user himself / herself selects the auxiliary material. In some cases, the main ingredients of bread making and the auxiliary ingredients were mixed by kneading for the remaining 3 minutes.
[0005]
In recent years, by adding sub-materials from a plurality of sub-material input means to one container, it is possible to input sub-materials at different points in the bread manufacturing process. There is also provided an automatic bread maker that can produce a variety of high-quality secondary material-mixed bread, such as covering.
[0006]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the secondary material input means includes a container 30 for storing the bread making secondary material to be input and a door 57 for opening and closing the inside of the main body lid 8, and the container 30 and the door 57 are synchronized. In some cases, the container 30 is tilted with the shaft 58 as a fulcrum, so that the bread making auxiliary material is put into the container 9, and the bread making auxiliary material can be put into the container 9 reliably and accurately. Further, if the container 30 is made of resin, the temperature rise of the container 30 can be suppressed, burns can be prevented and safety can be improved. Specifically, as shown in FIG. Then, the door shaft lever 56 is pushed by the solenoid 45 via the lever 55 to open the door 57 that opens to the baking chamber 3, whereby the container 30 is tilted around the container shaft 58 in the same manner as the door 57. Thereby, the bread-making auxiliary material 32 in the container 30 is thrown into the sliding container 9 on the container 30 in the shape of a slide. When the container 30 is tilted, the container 30 approaches the container 9 and the auxiliary material slides on the slide, so that the bread making auxiliary material 32 can be charged without splashing out of the container 9.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional configuration, the bottom of the container needs to be closed after the material is charged in order to prevent high temperature exhaust from being discharged to the main body lid while baking the bread. Although the container is removable, one end surface of the container is open on the slide, and that end surface is also used by a part of the main body cover, and if the main body cover becomes dirty, cleaning is necessary. Depending on the situation, cleaning may be difficult. Especially the smelly cheese and garlic are very troublesome to clean up later. Further, the container is rotated by nearly 90 degrees, and a space is required to put the contents in the container, and the size of the bread maker itself increases. Furthermore, consideration must be given to the case where the slide surface is not completely occluded. Furthermore, when carrying a container, there is a problem such as spilling the contents because it is not a complete container shape.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, an automatic bread maker of the present invention includes a main body of an automatic bread maker, a container that combines kneading and heating of bread materials in the main body, and a mixture of the bread materials. Kneading means for carrying out smelting, a firing chamber containing the container and provided with heating means, a main body lid body for opening and closing an upper portion of the firing chamber in the main body, and a removable inside of the main body lid body A container for storing the bread secondary material to be inserted; a container lid for closing the upper opening of the container; and a charging means for charging the secondary material in the container into the container by opening the bottom surface of the container; The upper surface of the main body lid is provided with an outer lid that covers the container lid, and further includes control means for controlling the bread making process and timing setting means for the charging means.
[0009]
This prevents crushing of bread-making auxiliary materials such as raisins when kneading dough, and the container is a detachable independent container, so that it can be handled easily and a high-quality auxiliary material-containing bread can be easily produced.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 includes a main body of an automatic bread maker, a container that combines kneading and heating of bread material in the main body, kneading means for kneading the bread material, and the container A baking chamber provided with heating means, a main body lid for opening and closing the upper portion of the baking chamber in the main body, and a bread secondary material to be detachably inserted in the main body lid. A container, a container lid that closes the upper opening of the container, an input means that allows the auxiliary material in the container to be introduced into the container by opening the bottom surface of the container, and an upper surface of the main body lid on the container lid And a control means for controlling the bread making process and a timing setting means for the dosing means.
[0011]
As a result, for example, crushed bread making ingredients such as raisins are prevented from being crushed and the container is a detachable independent container, so that handling is easy and a high quality accessory material mixed bread can be easily produced.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the side lid of the container and the main body lid corresponding to the side portion are configured to exhaust air generated during the bread making process. By providing an exhaust port that discharges to the outside, high-temperature exhaust during the baking process to bake bread is exhausted through the exhaust port from the inside of the container to the outside of the main body lid, and between the main body lid and the outer lid The amount of water droplets that accumulate can be reduced.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to the first aspect, the closing means is an electromagnetic means that locks the bottom surface of the container and performs a closing operation in accordance with an output signal of the timing setting means. Is released to open the bottom surface. As a result, the bread secondary material can be automatically fed at an optimum time by a preset program.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to the third aspect, the bottom surface of the container is opened by its own weight and its own weight when the lock is released, and the main body lid is closed. By providing the locking piece that does not release the locking by the impulse, the bottom surface of the container is not opened by the impact when closing the main body lid on the main body.
[0015]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the open end of the bottom surface of the container after the auxiliary material has been added is substantially aligned with the upper edge portion of the container. In this position, the open end is prevented from coming into contact with the bread during the bread making process, and the secondary material is reliably put into the container and does not spill around.
[0016]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, a rib contacting the inner edge of the container is provided on the back surface of the container lid, and an elastic piece is integrally provided on the upper surface, and is pressed by the outer lid. At the same time, the elastic piece can be used as the handle of the container lid, thereby preventing high temperature exhaust from leaking from the container lid during the bread manufacturing process. Further, the elastic piece on the upper surface of the container lid can be used as a handle for opening and closing the container lid.
[0017]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the structure of the sixth aspect, the container bottom surface is exposed to high-temperature exhaust during the bread manufacturing process because the bottom surface of the container is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant material and the inner surface is formed with a number of irregularities. The degree of adhesion to the bottom surface can be reduced even with an adhesive sub-material.
[0018]
【Example】
(Example 1)
FIG. 1A is a cross-sectional view of the automatic bread maker according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1B is an external perspective view of the automatic bread maker, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an exhaust flow of the automatic bread maker. FIG. 3 (a) is a cross-sectional view of the main part in which the bottom surface of the container is closed, FIG. 3 (b) is a cross-sectional view of the main part showing a state in which the bottom surface is open, and FIG. The principal part longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the relationship between a bottom surface and (b) is the principal part cross-sectional view. Since the basic functions of the bread maker are the same as those already described in the prior art, description thereof is omitted. The difference lies in the configuration of the container for putting the secondary material for bread into the container, and therefore this component will be mainly described. In addition, the same code | symbol is used about the same component as a prior art example.
[0019]
In the figure, a bottom surface 31 of a container 30 detachably accommodated in the main body lid 8 from the top surface is rotatably supported around one side of the bottom surface 31 of the container 30, and the bottom surface is fixed in a closed state by the locking piece 31. ing. The locking piece 41 is unlocked by the solenoid 45 and the bottom surface 31 is completely opened, and the bread sub-material 32 previously stored in the material container 30 is set in the container 9 by the program setting button 16 in advance. Inserted at the timing. The container 30 is closed by a container lid 12 at the upper opening of the container 30. The container lid 12 may be completely separate from the container 30 or may be rotated by being pivotally supported by the container 30. The container lid 12 is covered with an outer lid 11 above the container lid 12 to prevent the container lid 12 from being lifted.
[0020]
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the main part showing the flow of high-temperature exhaust generated during baking of bread. As shown in the figure, the side surface of the container 30 and the main body lid 8 are provided with exhaust ports 14 and 15 for allowing high-temperature exhaust gas generated during baking to pass through, so that the container 30 and the container lid 12 and the container can be attached and detached. The amount of water droplets accumulated between the main body lid 8 and the outer lid 11 due to the steam leaking from the gap between the parts is reduced.
[0021]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the bread secondary material 32 is put into the container 9 from the container 30. As shown in the figure, when the locking of the bottom surface 31 is released, the bottom surface 31 is pivotally supported on one side of the lower end of the container 30 so that the bottom surface 31 is opened to the right direction by its own weight and the weight of the bread sub-material 32. The open end of the bottom surface 31 is a position where the container 30 is attached to and detached from the main body lid 8 so that both the direction and the position of the upper edge of the container 9 substantially coincide with each other. Therefore, when the bread secondary material 32 is put into the container 9, it does not spill out of the container 9, and during the production of the bread, the expansion of the bread is not disturbed as shown in the figure, so that the finish of the bread is improved. .
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 4, the claw portion 41 </ b> A of the locking piece 41 provided with the rotation center 42 is locked in the opening 43 provided in the bottom surface 31, and the rotation center 42 is provided directly above the locking position. The locking piece 41 is always urged by the elastic body 44 so as to be pressed into the opening 43. A solenoid 45 is provided for releasing the locking by generating a pushing stroke by energizing the end opposite to the claw portion 41A below the rotation center 42 of the locking piece 41. As a result, the position of the claw 41A is positioned directly below the rotation center 42, so that the locked state is not released unless the solenoid 45 is operated in the normal impulse associated with the opening and closing of the main body lid 8.
[0023]
Further, by providing a large number of irregularities 46 on the bottom surface 31, adhesion of the bread sub-material is reduced.
[0024]
A rib 12A having a sufficient height (preferably about 5 mm) is provided on the entire lower surface of the container lid 12 so as to contact the inner edge surface of the container. Therefore, the container lid 12 is not deformed, and a slight rise from the container 30 prevents leakage of high temperature exhaust. Further, since the elastic piece 13 provided by integral molding is provided on the upper surface of the container lid 12, the container lid is pressed from the upper surface of the outer lid 11, so that it is more reliable. Further, the elastic piece 13 can be used as a handle for the container lid 12.
