Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an outdoor floor laying method and an outdoor floor laying structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a wooden floor structure using a wooden deck material shown in FIG. 9 is known as a floor structure arranged outdoors. In this wooden floor structure, support legs 61 are erected on a floor slab 69, hard wooden joists 62 are arranged between the support legs 61, and hard wooden deck materials are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the joists 62. 63 is laid with a predetermined gap.
[0003]
When laying the deck material 63, the deck material 63 is dimensioned so that all the joints of the deck material 63 are arranged directly above the joist material 62, and wood screws are used as fastening devices for fixing the deck material 63 to the joist material 62. 64 is used. Two wood screws 64 are used at each of the locations where the joists 62 intersect, and four seams between the deck materials 63 are used, two at the end of each deck material 63, for a total of four. In addition, when the wood screws 64 are used, pilot holes are made in the deck material 63 and the joist material 62 in advance. The size of the pilot hole is about the diameter of the screw in terms of workability, and smaller than the diameter of the screw in terms of the holding force of the screws.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Now, in laying the above-mentioned conventional wood floor, the length of the deck material 63 is determined by the interval between the joist members 62, so it is necessary to use a fixed deck material 63 that is a multiple of the interval between the joist members 62. is there. Further, since the wood screw 64 is hit at the end portion of the deck material 63, there is a problem that the wood screw 64 stop portion at the end portion is chipped or cracked due to shrinkage of wood due to secular change.
[0005]
Further, in order to fix the end of the deck material 63 by screwing, all the joints of the deck material 63 are arranged directly above the joist material 62, and the end of the deck material 63 is fixed using two wood screws 64, respectively. Therefore, the four wood screws 64 are gathered together, but the portion that is not a seam is fastened by the two wood screws 64, so that there is a problem that the appearance is uneven and not refreshed. Further, when the wood screw 64 is fixed to the end portion of the deck material 63, the end area cannot be sufficiently secured, so that the deck material 63 is likely to be cracked, and when the hard deck material 63 is screwed, Is drilled in the deck material 63 and the joist material 62, there is a concern that this pilot hole will cause the wood screw 64 to become loose later.

[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of an outdoor floor laying method and an outdoor floor laying structure according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
FIG. 1 shows the outdoor floor laying structure. In this outdoor floor laying structure, a floor support leg 1 is erected on a floor slab 9, and joists 2 are arranged in parallel with each other on the upper part, and the floor board is long in a direction perpendicular to the joists 2. 5 is laid, and the end reinforcement 4 is interposed at the joint between the floor plates 5.
[0017]
The floor plate 5 is a long plate material made of hard wood, and grooves 7 are formed in the long direction on both side surfaces of the floor plate 5 on the long side. The end reinforcement 4 is made of a metal such as stainless steel, steel, light metal, or synthetic resin, and has a rectangular contact piece that contacts the back surface of the floor plate 5 on the left and right sides as shown in FIG. It comprises a contact portion 11, a standing plate 12 that rises from the central portion of the contact portion 11 and has a predetermined plate thickness, and a fitting portion 13 that has left and right protruding pieces formed from the upper end portion of the standing plate 12. Yes.
[0018]
The joist member 2 is made of a metal having corrosion resistance, and is a long material having a hat-like cross section having a top plate portion 16 and flange portions 17 respectively formed outward from the lower end portion through both side portions. The floor support leg 1 has a support plate 19 attached to an upper part of a support bolt 18 so that the height can be adjusted. The floor support leg 1 has a lower end embedded and fixed to the floor slab 9 to prevent the floor from being lifted.
[0019]
In the construction of the outdoor floor laying structure, as shown in FIG. 1, the joist 2 is placed on the floor support legs 1 erected at predetermined intervals. The joist 2 is arranged in parallel with a predetermined interval, and the flange portion 17 of the joist 2 is fixed to the support plate 19 of the floor support leg 1 using a fastening tool such as a screw.
[0020]
The floor plate 5 is laid in order from one end of the floor. First, a plurality of floor boards 5 are connected to each other by a long method, and the butting portions 6 of the floor boards 5 are shifted from above the joists 2 so as to be positioned between the joists 2. And as shown in FIG. 2, the continuous floor board 5 which attached the edge part reinforcement tool 4 and connected the several floor board 5 to the elongate direction in the site | part of the butt | matching part 6 of floor boards 5 is formed.
[0021]
The end reinforcement 4 has the contact portion 11 in contact with the back surface portions of both floor plates 5, and the protruding pieces of the fitting portions 13 are inserted and fitted so as to straddle between the groove portions 7 of both floor plates 5. The end reinforcements 4 are respectively attached to both side portions of the butted floor board 5. The other protruding piece of the fitting portion 13 in the end reinforcement 4 is fitted into the groove portion 7 of the other adjacent floor plate 5. The end reinforcement 4 has a configuration in which the floor plate 5 is sandwiched between the contact portion 11 and the fitting portion 13, and thus also serves to prevent deformation due to warping or twisting of the end portion of the floor plate 5.
[0022]
And the floor board 5 is fixed to the joist board 2 using the screw 3 from the upper part of the floor board 5 about the part where the joist board 2 and the floor board 5 intersect. When the screws 3 are fixed, a pilot hole is made in advance at a corresponding portion of the floor plate 5, but the joist member 2 is screwed by using a self-drilling function of the screws 3. Two screws 3 are used at each intersection.
[0023]
Next to the continuous floor board 5, similarly, a new continuous floor board 5 connected using the end reinforcement 4 is laid. At this time, one of the butted portions 6 of the new continuous floor plate 5 is shifted between the other joist members 2 so as not to be located between the same joist members 2 and the butted portion 6 of the continuous floor plate 5. Arrange. And the groove part 7 of this new floor board 5 is fitted to the protrusion piece in which the fitting part 13 in the edge part reinforcement tool 4 attached to the said floor board 5 was formed.
[0024]
As described above, the abutting portions 6 of the adjacent floor plates 5 are arranged between the different joists 2 because the other protruding piece of the fitting portion 13 of the end reinforcement 4 is placed on the floor plate 5 where the abutting portion 6 is not located. This is because the end reinforcing tool 4 is firmly fixed by being fitted to strengthen the reinforcement. Further, a gap for drainage of rainwater or the like is necessary between adjacent floor plates 5, but as shown in FIG. 5, the standing plate 12 of the end reinforcement 4 is sandwiched between the floor plates 5. A gap (A) having a size corresponding to the width of the standing plate 12 is naturally formed between the floor plates 5.
[0025]
Similarly, as shown in FIG. 3, the floor plates 5 are arranged in a plurality of rows, and the abutting portions 6 of the plurality of floor plates 5 constituting each row are arranged so as to be shifted from each other. Further, the butting portion 6 at the end of the floor board 5 in each row is arranged between the joists 2 by removing the upper portion of the joist 2, and the butting section 6 at the end of the floor board 5 is directly above the joist 2. Avoid being located. In this way, the outdoor floor of the outdoor floor laying structure using the construction method in which the end reinforcement 4 is interposed at the butting portion 6 at the end of the floor board 5 and the intersection of the joist 2 and the floor board 5 is fastened with the screw 3. Get.
[0026]
Next, a method for fixing the floor board 5 to the joist 2 using the floor board coupler 10 shown in FIG. The floor plate coupler 10 is provided with a rectangular fixed plate 21 fixed to the upper part of the joist member 2, and is erected at a position slightly away from the center of the fixed plate 21, and the side surface of the floor plate 5 in the longitudinal direction. A plate-like protruding piece formed on the left and right from the upper portion of the standing plate 22 and fitted into the groove portion 7 of the floor plate 5. The floor board coupler 10 is made of a metal such as stainless steel, steel, light metal, or a synthetic resin.
[0027]
The fixing plate 21 partitioned by the upright plate 22 is formed on one narrow side with a fixing piece to be inserted between the joist 2 and the floor plate 5 at the time of attachment, and on the other wide side is a center. A fixed piece provided with a screw hole 24 for fixing the screw 15 to the part is formed. In the screw hole 24, a dish-shaped depression is formed so that the head of the screw 15 does not protrude from the surface of the fixing plate 21.
[0028]
As shown in the figure, the floor plate connector 10 is configured such that one fixed piece of the fixed plate 21 is inserted between the joist member 2 and the floor plate 5, and at the same time, one protruding piece of the fitting portion 23 is inserted into the groove portion of the floor plate 5. 7 is fitted. Then, the other fixing piece of the fixing plate 21 is inserted into the screw hole 24 and tightened to fix the fixing plate 21 to the upper portion of the joist 2. When this floor board coupling tool 10 is used, as shown in FIG. 5, a gap (B) having a thickness of the fixing board 21 is formed between the joist 2 and the floor board 5, and air permeability is good.
[0029]
FIG. 6 shows a construction state of a floor using the floor board coupler 10. Similarly to the above, a continuous floor plate 5 is formed by attaching the end reinforcement 4 to the part of the butting portion 6 between the floor plates 5 and connecting the plurality of floor plates 5 in the longitudinal direction. And the floor board | substrate coupling | bonding tool 10 is attached by the method mentioned above about the location where the joist material 2 and the floor board 5 cross | intersect, and the floor board 5 is fixed to the joist material 2. FIG. This floor board coupler 10 is one, and fixes each end of both adjacent floor boards 5.
[0030]
As shown in the construction example of FIG. 6, the floor plate coupler 10 is connected to the portion where the joists 2 and the floor plate 5 cross each other, and the butt portion 6 and the continuous floor plate 5 to which the end reinforcement 4 is first attached. It attaches to the site | part applicable to the butt | matching part 6 of the floor board 5 which is going to lay from now on. And the groove part 7 of the new floor board 5 is fitted to the protrusion piece of each fitting part of the said floor board coupling | bonding tool 10 and the edge part reinforcement tool 4, and the floor board 5 is connected together in the elongate direction.
[0031]
Similarly, the floor plates 5 are arranged in a plurality of rows, and the butting portions 6 of the plurality of floor plates 5 constituting each row are arranged so as to be shifted from each other. Further, as in the construction described above, the butting portions 6 at the end portions of the floorboards in each row are arranged by removing the upper portions of the joist members 2, and the butting portions 6 at the end portions of the floor plates 5 are located directly above the joist materials 2. Do not do that. In this way, the outdoor floor laying structure using the construction method in which the end reinforcement 4 is interposed at the butting portion 6 at the end of the floor board 5 and the intersection of the joist 2 and the floor board 5 is fixed using the floor board coupler 10. Get the outdoor floor.
[0032]
FIG. 7 shows an end reinforcement 34 according to the second embodiment. The end reinforcing member 34 is formed in a contact portion 31 that contacts the back surface portion of the floor plate 5, a standing plate 32 that rises from the contact portion 31, and a laterally extending from the standing plate 32, and is fitted in the groove portion 7. The fitting part 33 is formed. The end reinforcing member 34 has the same shape as the end reinforcing member 4 except that the standing plate 32 protrudes further upward from the center upper portion of the fitting portion 33. Since the material and handling of the end reinforcement 34 are the same as those of the end reinforcement 4, description thereof is omitted here. The upper piece of the standing plate 32 protrudes upward from the fitting portion 33, and the upper piece prevents the deformation of the upper space of the gap between the floor plates 5 due to the deformation of the floor plate 5, thereby preventing the deformation. To do.
[0033]
FIG. 8 shows an end reinforcement 44 according to the third embodiment. The end reinforcement 44 is formed so as to protrude from the abutting portion 41 that abuts against the back surface portion of the floor plate 5, the standing plate 42 that rises from both ends of the abutting portion 41, and the standing plate 42 from side to side. A fitting portion 43 to be fitted into the groove portion 7 is provided.
[0034]
The end reinforcement 4 is used in a pair of forms on the left and right side surfaces of the floor plate 5, whereas the end reinforcement 44 is a single piece and serves as the pair of end reinforcements 4. Contributes to the reduction of points. As described above, the end reinforcing member 44 has an abutment portion 41 integrated and a substantially C-shaped cross section as compared with the pair of end reinforcing members 4. In addition, the reinforcement of the end portion of the floor board 5 is enhanced.
[0035]
When attaching the end reinforcing member 44, the left and right fitting portions 43 of the end reinforcing member 44 are fitted into the groove portions 7 on the left and right side surfaces of the floor plate 5 from the end side of the floor plate 5. Then, the end portions of the floor plate 5 are fitted from the front and rear sides of the end reinforcing member 44, and both are abutted at the center of the end reinforcing member 44. The outward projecting piece of the fitting portion 43 is fitted with the groove portion 7 of the adjacent floor plate 5 to obtain the strength of the floor plate 5 without the adjacent butting portion 6, thereby further increasing the reinforcement strength. Since the material of the end reinforcing member 44 and the construction of the floor laying structure are the same as those of the end reinforcing member 4, the description thereof is omitted here.
[0036]
Therefore, according to the above embodiment, when the floorboards 5 are arranged in a plurality of rows, the abutting portions 6 of the floorboards 5 in each row are arranged so as to be shifted from each other, and the abutting portions 6 are arranged between the joists 2. However, in the present embodiment, there is no such restriction, although only the floor plate having a length that is a multiple of the interval between the joists can be used by connecting the floor plate 5 using the end reinforcement 4. Therefore, even when constructing irregular floors, the floor board yield is good and economical, and the floor board cutting process is reduced and the workability is improved. To do.
[0037]
Moreover, when fixing the floor board 5 to the joist material 2, since the site | part near the center instead of the edge part of the floor board 5 is fastened with a screw, there exists an advantage that a chip | tip and a crack of a floor board are hard to produce. Further, since two screws are used at the intersections of the joists 2 and the floorboard 5, an orderly aesthetic appearance can be obtained. In addition, since the floor board 5 is fixed to the metal joist 2 with screws, the bonding force between the screw and the metal joist is increased, and no looseness due to the thinness of the wooden joists due to a change in diameter does not occur.
[0038]
Moreover, the pilot hole should just be provided only in a floor board, and the omission | removal of the screw from the joist which is the cause of peeling of a floor board and a joist is reduced compared with the case where wood is used for the joist. In addition, since the joist is made of metal, there is almost no shrinkage compared to wood, and there is no worry about loosening of the screw or coming off. On the other hand, in the construction using the floor board coupling tool, since no fixtures or the like appear on the surface of the floor board, the aesthetics are good.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】

[0042]
The end reinforcement includes an abutting portion that abuts against the back surface portion of the floor plate, a standing portion that rises from the abutting portion, and a fitting portion that is formed laterally from the standing portion and fits into the groove portion. Therefore, there is an effect that the butt portion between the floorboards is reinforced reliably and firmly, and the end reinforcement does not appear on the surface of the floorboard, so that the beauty is good.
[0043]
In the outdoor floor laying structure according to the present invention, the floorboards are arranged in a plurality of rows, and the butted portions of the plurality of floorboards constituting each row are arranged so as to be shifted from each other between the rows. Is arranged with the top of the joists removed, end reinforcements are provided at the ends of the floorboards to be abutted, and the floorboards are fixed using fasteners such as screws, so the floorboard dimensions are relatively free It can be used even if it is a long length, and even when constructing an irregular floor, the yield of the floorboard is good and economical, and the cutting process of the floorboard is reduced and the workability is improved. There is an effect. In addition, since the end reinforcement does not appear on the surface of the floor board, it is excellent in aesthetics, and since the center part instead of the edge part of the floor board is fastened with screws, there is an effect that the floor board is not easily chipped or cracked. .
