The bracket body 100 having a flat cross section in the form of a depression has a shape as shown by welding or casting. A set of fastening mechanisms including one bolt member 101 and two nut members 102 is fastened through the bracket body 100 and the glass panel P. The bolt member 101 is a mood bolt is used as shown, the nut member 102 is a disk of the type that can be fastened by hand.

Since the glass panel P must be continuously installed, the bracket main body 100 includes a wall fixing plate 110 and a pair of panel fixing plates 120 extending at right angles to both ends of the wall fixing plate 110. 110 and the panel fixing plate 120 is usually formed integrally by welding or casting. Therefore, the production cost of the bracket body 100 has become a factor that increases.

In addition, in the process of installing the glass panel (P) to hold the nut member 101, align the fastening hole (H) of the glass panel and the female screw hole 103 of the nut member 102, and then tighten the bolt member 101 to be fastened. However, this work is difficult, it takes a lot of time and manpower to install the railing.

An object of the present invention for the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a railing mounting bracket that allows easy and safe construction of handrails in the form of panels such as tempered glass panels. Another object of the present invention is to lower the manufacturing cost of the handrail mounting bracket.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a jig for railing installation that can facilitate the railing installation work.

The above purpose is to be attached to a fixture such as a column or a wall by bolts or welding, and the wall fixing plate to which the fastening holes are perforated, and the through hole is perforated as being connected to the wall fixing plate at one or both ends of the wall fixing plate at right angles. A bracket body composed of a panel fixing plate;

A bolt member for sandwiching the glass panel between the panel fixing plates and then fixing the bracket body and the glass panel;

A nut member screwed to the bolt member;

The panel fixing plate and the wall fixing plate are integrally formed by bending molding in the form of Di (c) or needle (b);

The nut member is achieved by a handrail mounting bracket, characterized in that it is coupled to one side panel fixing plate.

According to a feature of the present invention, the nut member may be fixed by being pressed into a seating groove or a seating hole provided in the panel fixing plate.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying Figures 2 to 4 will be described in detail the specific content of the present invention.

The present invention relates to a glass railing bracket. Although the present invention is intended for glass railings, the scope of the present invention is not limited to railings made of glass panels. That is, the present invention can be applied to a case where a metal, wood or synthetic resin in a panel form is used as a handrail.

The bracket of the present invention is composed of the bracket body 1, the bolt member 3 and the nut member (5, 6). The bracket body 1 is integral and consists of a wall fixing plate 7 and a panel fixing plate 9. The wall fixing plate 7 is attached to a fixture such as a column or a wall by bolt or welding or the like. To this end, at least two fastening holes 11 are drilled in the wall fixing plate 7.

According to the present embodiment, the panel fixing plate 9 is formed in a pair and parallel to each other, and extends at right angles with the wall fixing plate 7 at both ends of the wall fixing plate 7. The panel fixing plate 9 is provided by bending the cut metal plate at a right angle. The gap between the panel fixing plates 9 corresponds to the thickness of the glass panel.

The panel fixing plate 9 is perforated so that the through holes 13 that can penetrate the bolt member 3 face each other. A seating groove or a seating hole 15 is drilled at a point where the through hole 13 'of the panel fixing plate 9' is provided. The seating groove is to be dug to a certain depth and the seating hole 15 means completely perforated. Depending on the thickness of the panel fixing plate 9 will be determined whether or not to be a seating hole or a seating groove.

The panel fixing plate 9 is fixedly provided with nut members 5 and 6 which are screwed to the bolt member 3. The nut member is shown in a circular shape, but is not limited thereto. In particular, when molded by injection molding or casting, it is possible to manufacture the nut members (5, 6) in more various forms.

According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the nut members 5 and 6 have a female screw 17 formed at a central portion thereof, and one side surface of the outer nut 5 has a cylindrical fitting protrusion 19 formed thereon. The female screw 17 is usually formed only to a certain depth without penetrating the nut members 5 and 6 for aesthetic appearance.

The outer nut 5 refers to a nut that is installed outside the building or the hallway, that is, on a side which is hard to reach. The inner nut 6 is the reverse. The fitting protrusion 19 formed on the outer nut 5 has a diameter and a height that can be closely fitted to the seating groove 15 of the panel fixing plate. The fitting protrusion 19 of the nut member 5 is coupled to the seating groove 15 by pressing.

In order to prevent the fitting protrusion 19 fitted to the panel fixing plate 9 from being rotated, the fitting protrusion 19 may be formed in a polygon such as a quadrangle or a pentagon instead of a circle. In this case, the seating hole 15 should also be provided in a corresponding shape. However, this type is difficult to cut, so it will be suitable for manufacturing by a manufacturing method such as casting or when using a synthetic resin material rather than a metal.

On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, the bolt member 3 is made of tanned bolts, but the inner nut 6 and the bolt member 3 may be integrated. The bracket body 1 is preferably made of stainless steel which prevents corrosion and has good luster.

If the glass panel P is sandwiched between the panel fixing plates 9 and the bolt members 3 and the nut members 5 and 6 are screwed together, the panel fixing plate 9 presses the glass panel P from both sides. The bracket body 1 and the glass panel P are combined. When installing the handrail, the worker may not hold the outer nut 5. This is because only the inner nut 6 is tightened from the inside. Therefore, railing installation work can be made very convenient and safe.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, a disc-shaped packing 21 made of silicon, rubber or urethane may be sandwiched between the bracket member and the glass panel P. These materials can be temporarily attached to smooth glass. One side of the packing 21 may be attached to the double-sided adhesive tape in order to solidify the adhesive force.

Another embodiment of the present invention is shown in Figs. 6 (a) (b). According to this embodiment, the structure which makes it possible to install a handrail without the fastening hole H of a glass panel is proposed. As shown, the ratios of the lengths L1 and L2 of the left and right sides of the panel fixing plate 9 are approximately similar to the center of the through hole 13 for penetrating the bolt member 3 to the panel fixing plate 9. It is. For example, it may be L1: L2 = 0.8 to 1.2: 1. According to such a structure, the glass panel can be strongly gripped by the pressing force of the panel fixing plate, without making a hole in the glass panel P.

This configuration is such that the panel fixing plate 9 is extended longer than the normal length by having the extension portion 22. As the bolt member 3 is strongly fastened, the extension part 22 serves as a tong. Between the panel fixing plate 9 and the glass panel P, a protective gasket 24 such as a synthetic resin, silicone, rubber or urethane having rigidity is preferably interposed.

Another object of the present invention is achieved by the jig described below. Hereinafter, a description will be given with reference to FIGS. 7 to 8.

The jig 30 has a cylindrical holder member 31 made of urethane or rubber provided with one side of the groove 35 to which the head of the nut or bolt can be seated as a key component. The other side of the holder member 31 is coupled to the wrench bar 33 coupled to the chuck of the hand drill. According to the present embodiment, the groove 35 is recessed in the shape of a conical column or a polygonal column in which a taper is formed such that the cross section becomes smaller as it is deeper as shown in FIG. 7.

The wrench bar 33 may be integrally formed by insert injection into the holder member 30. Wrench rods can also be of the type that the bush is insert-inserted and inserted therein.

When the wrench bar 33 of the holder member 30 is fixed to the chuck of a widely used hand drill and then rotated while pressing the nut member 6 into the groove 35 as shown in FIG. 7, the nut member 6 is rotated. The glass panel P is installed while being fastened to the bolt member 3. Therefore, when constructing the handrail made of glass panel (P) does not require the hand of the hand can reduce the fatigue of the operator can be improved work efficiency.

The configuration shown and described above is merely a preferred embodiment based on the technical idea of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
