Description
【0001】
【0024】
X=1000・(1―A/100)/(1―A0/100) (3)
VW1=VW・1000/X (4)
VC1=VC・1000/X (5)
VS1=VS・1000/X (6)
VG1=VG・1000/X (7)
VA0=(A0/100)・1000 (8)
W1=VW1・ρW (9)
C1=VC1・ρC (10)
S1=VS1・ρS (11)
G1=VG1・ρG (12)
【0025】
【0033】
Vm1=VW1+VC1+VS1 (15)
Wm1=W1+C1+S1 (16)
ρm=Wm1/Vm1 (17)
Vm2={M0―(1000―VA0)・ρG}/(ρm―ρG) (18)
VG2=1000―VA0―Vm2 (19)
【0034】
【0036】
VW2=VW1・Vm2/Vm1 (20)
VC2=VC1・Vm2/Vm1 (21)
VS2=VS1・Vm2/Vm1 (22)
W2=VW2・ρW (23)
C2=VC2・ρC (24)
S2=VS2・ρS (25)
G2=VG2・ρG (26)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a blending estimation method for estimating blending of fresh concrete including unit water amount mainly in the field.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In fresh concrete, it goes without saying that the moisture content has a great effect on the compressive strength and durability. When building an RC structure using such fresh concrete, the moisture content of the fresh concrete is used as the unit water content. It is necessary to measure and manage in advance.
[0003]
On the other hand, fresh concrete is usually manufactured at a batcher plant and transported to the site by a mixer truck. For example, the cement weighing can be controlled at the plant with an error range of about 1%, but the unit As for the amount of water, it is often difficult to accurately grasp the amount of surface water of the fine aggregates, and therefore, the amount of water is often not a value as indicated by the formulation at the time of shipment.
[0004]
Therefore, it is necessary to measure the unit water volume immediately before using fresh concrete, that is, when receiving fresh concrete from a mixer truck. Conventionally, mass difference method, volume difference method, water extraction method, reagent concentration difference Measurements were made by methods such as the neutron measurement method and neutron measurement method.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, none of these methods are quick and accurate measurement methods. That is, in order to reduce the sampling error, it is necessary to set the sampling volume to 5 liters or more as defined in JIS and the like, but under such conditions, the mass difference method and the volume difference method require time for measurement. Not only the measurement error reaches several percent in the water-cement ratio, but the water extraction method such as centrifugal dehydration increases the scale of the equipment. In the heat drying method, which is also a kind of water extraction method, the hydration reaction occurs during the heating process. The advanced reagent concentration difference method and neutron measurement method do not measure the absolute value of the moisture content, so there are various problems such as the need to recalculate the calibration curve when the quality of the material to be measured changes. Was produced.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for estimating the mixing ratio of fresh concrete capable of quickly and accurately measuring the water content of fresh concrete as a unit water amount. .
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the fresh concrete blending estimation method according to the present invention measures the air amount A 0 and the unit volume mass M 0 of the fresh concrete, and measures the measured air amount. In the case where A 0 is equal to the air amount A of the indicated blend when the fresh concrete is manufactured and the measured unit volume mass M 0 is equal to the unit volume mass M of the indicated blend, the indicated blend is that of the fresh concrete. If the measured air amount A 0 is not equal to the air amount A of the indicated composition, the indicated composition is adjusted so that the air amount matches the measured air amount A 0. When the volume correction is performed and the unit volume mass M 1 after the volume correction is equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 , the volume-corrected composition is the fresh concrete. When the unit volume mass M 1 after volume correction is not equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 , or the unit volume mass M of the indicated formulation is measured. If it is not equal to the unit volume mass M 0 , the fresh concrete is assumed to be a two-phase material of mortar and coarse aggregate, and the unit volume mass M 1 after volume correction is the measured unit volume mass M The display composition whose volume was corrected so as to match 0 or the unit volume mass M of the display composition matched with the measured unit volume mass M 0 was corrected by mass, and the mass correction was performed. The subsequent formulation is the actual formulation of the fresh concrete.
[0008]
The method for estimating the mixing ratio of fresh concrete according to the present invention can measure the cement and coarse aggregate with relatively high accuracy in producing fresh concrete, whereas the water depends on the surface water of the fine aggregate. The measurement error tends to be large due to the large influence. It is difficult to knead as designed in the first place. The material separation in the mortar during sampling (material separation between cement paste and fine aggregate) While it is relatively difficult to occur, there is a situation where material separation between mortar and coarse aggregate is relatively easy to occur, and as a result, it is difficult to knead fresh concrete as indicated. As a result of many experiments conducted by the applicant, the measurement of cement and coarse aggregate was accurate. On the assumption that the material separation in the mortar at the time of sampling is negligible, measure the air volume and unit volume mass of the fresh concrete produced, and then use the measured values to formulate It has been found that the actual composition can be estimated with high accuracy if it is corrected by a predetermined procedure.
[0009]
That is, in the fresh concrete blending estimation method according to the present invention, first, the air amount A 0 and the unit volume mass M 0 of the fresh concrete are measured.
[0010]
Next, when the measured air amount A 0 is equal to the air amount A of the indication composition when fresh concrete is manufactured and the measured unit volume mass M 0 is equal to the unit volume mass M of the indication composition, such indication Presumes that the mix is an actual mix of fresh concrete.
[0011]
On the other hand, when the measured air amount A 0 is not equal to the air amount A of the indication composition, the above-described indication composition is volume corrected so that the air amount matches the air amount A 0 .
[0012]
Next, when the unit volume mass M 1 after volume correction is equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 , it is estimated that the volume corrected mix is an actual mix of fresh concrete.
[0013]
On the contrary, if the unit volume mass M 1 after volume correction is not equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 , the fresh concrete is assumed to be a two-phase system material of mortar and coarse aggregate, and the volume as unit volume mass M 1 after correction matches the unit volume mass M 0 that is measured, and further mass corrected volume corrected How to Display blended, then fresh concrete blending after being the mass correction The actual composition of
[0014]
In addition, also when the unit volume mass M of the combination is not equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 , mass correction is performed in the same procedure as described above. That is, assuming that the fresh concrete is a two-phase material of mortar and coarse aggregate, the above-described composition blend is mass-corrected so that the unit volume mass M of the composition blend matches the measured unit volume mass M 0. Then, the blend after the mass correction is made the actual blend of fresh concrete.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a fresh concrete blending estimation method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that components that are substantially the same as those of the prior art are assigned the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0016]
FIG.1 and FIG.2 is the flowchart which showed the procedure of the mixing | blending estimation method of the fresh concrete which concerns on this embodiment. As shown in the figure, in the fresh concrete blending estimation method according to the present invention, first, the air amount A 0 and the unit volume mass M 0 of the fresh concrete are measured (step 101).
[0017]
Here, in manufacturing fresh concrete, it shall be performed based on the formulation shown in the following formula. That is,
[0018]
V W + V C + V S + V G + V A = 1000 (1)
W W + W C + W S + W G = M (2)
[0019]
Here, V W , V C , V S , and V G represent the volume per unit volume (1000 liters) of water, cement, fine aggregate, and coarse aggregate, respectively, and VA represents the unit volume of air. Represents the volume (liter). Further, W W, W C, W S, W G represents water per unit volume (1000 liters), cement, fine aggregate, a respective mass of coarse aggregate, M represents a unit volume mass.
[0020]
Regarding the measurement of the air amount and the unit volume mass, a method defined by JIS and other known methods can be appropriately employed, but it is desirable to select a method having the highest possible measurement accuracy.
[0021]
Next, the measured air amount A 0 is equal to the air amount A in the indicated blend when fresh concrete is manufactured (step 102, YES), and the measured unit volume mass M 0 is the unit volume mass M in the indicated blend. (Step 103, YES), it is presumed that the actual blending of the fresh concrete is the same as the blending shown by the formulas (1) and (2) (step 104).
[0022]
On the other hand, when the measured air amount A 0 is not equal to the air amount A of the indicated composition (step 102, NO), the air amount is shown in the equations (1) and (2) so as to match the air amount A 0. The volume of the indicated formulation is corrected (step 105).
[0023]
Volume correction here means that the total volume, which should originally be 1000 liters, was a different value because the air volume did not enter as indicated, and first the concrete volume X at that time After that, the work of recalculating the composition of each constituent material per unit volume (1000 liters) using the concrete volume X is said. That is,
[0024]
X = 1000 · (1-A / 100) / (1-A 0/100 ) (3)
V W1 = V W · 1000 / X (4)
V C1 = V C · 1000 / X (5)
V S1 = V S · 1000 / X (6)
V G1 = V G · 1000 / X (7)
V A0 = (A 0/100 ) · 1000 (8)
W 1 = V W1 · ρ W (9)
C 1 = V C1 · ρ C (10)
S 1 = V S1 · ρ S (11)
G 1 = V G1 · ρ G (12)
[0025]
Here, ρ W , ρ C , ρ S , and ρ G represent the densities of water, cement, fine aggregate, and coarse aggregate, respectively.
[0026]
In the state where the capacity is corrected in this way, the following expression is established. That is,
[0027]
V W1 + V C1 + V S1 + V G1 + V A0 = 1000 (13)
[0028]
Further, the unit volume mass M 1 corrected in volume, that is, corrected by the amount of air is expressed by the following equation.
[0029]
W 1 + C 1 + S 1 + G 1 = M 1 (14)
[0030]
Next, when the unit volume mass M 1 after volume correction is equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 (step 106, YES), the actual blending of fresh concrete is expressed by the equations (4) to (12). It is presumed that the composition is shown (step 107).
[0031]
On the other hand, when the unit volume mass M 1 after volume correction is not equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 (step 106, NO), fresh concrete is converted into a two-phase system of mortar and coarse aggregate. suppose materials, unit volume mass M 1 after being volume corrected to match the unit volume mass M 0 that is measured, further mass corrected volume corrected How to Display formulated (step 108).
[0032]
The mass correction referred to here means that the unit volume mass, which should originally be the indicated blending value M, has caused material separation between the mortar and the coarse aggregate, in other words, the composition ratio of the mortar and the coarse aggregate. Considering that the unit volume mass has become a different value due to the fluctuation, first, the volume of the mortar and coarse aggregate is set so that the unit volume mass becomes M 0 while keeping the unit volume (1000 liters) constant. This is an operation for calculating and then recalculating the composition of each constituent material per unit volume using each volume. That is,
[0033]
V m1 = V W1 + V C1 + V S1 (15)
W m1 = W 1 + C 1 + S 1 (16)
ρ m = W m1 / V m1 (17)
V m2 = {M 0 − (1000−V A0 ) · ρ G } / (ρ m −ρ G ) (18)
V G2 = 1000−V A0 −V m2 (19)
[0034]
Here, W m1 and ρ m represent the mass and density of the mortar, and ρ G represents the density of the coarse aggregate. Also, V m1, V m @ 2 is the volume of the mortar after the volume and mass correction mortar mass before correction, the V G2, respectively represent the volume of coarse aggregate after mass correction.
[0035]
Therefore, under the premise that no material separation occurs in the mortar,
[0036]
V W2 = V W1・ V m2 / V m1 (20)
V C2 = V C1・ V m2 / V m1 (21)
V S2 = V S1・ V m2 / V m1 (22)
W 2 = V W2 · ρ W (23)
C 2 = V C2 · ρ C (24)
S 2 = V S2 · ρ S (25)
G 2 = V G2 · ρ G (26)
In the state where the mass is corrected in this way, the following expression is established. That is,
[0037]
V W2 + V C2 + V S2 + V G2 + V A0 = 1000 (27)
W 2 + C 2 + S 2 + G 2 = M 0 (28)
[0038]
And it estimates that the actual mixing | blending of fresh concrete is a mixing | blending shown by (20)-(26) Formula (step 109).
[0039]
Even when the unit volume mass M of the indicated composition is not equal to the measured unit volume mass M 0 (step 103, NO), mass correction is performed in the same procedure as described above. That is, assuming that the fresh concrete is a two-phase material composed of mortar and coarse aggregate, mass correction is performed on the indicated formulation so that the unit volume mass M matches the measured unit volume mass M 0 (step 110). That is,
[0040]
V ′ m1 = V W + V C + V S (15 ′)
W ′ m1 = W W + W C + W S (16 ′)
ρ ′ m = W ′ m1 / V ′ m1 (17 ′)
V ′ m2 = {M 0 − (1000−V A ) · ρ G } / (ρ m −ρ G ) (18 ′)
V ′ G2 = 1000−V A −V ′ m2 (19 ′)
[0041]
Here, W ′ m1 represents the mass of the mortar, V ′ m1 and V ′ m2 represent the mortar volume before and after the mass correction, and V ′ G2 represents the coarse bone after the mass correction. Each represents the volume of the material.
[0042]
Therefore, under the premise that no material separation occurs in the mortar,
[0043]
V ′ W2 = V W · V ′ m2 / V ′ m1 (20 ′)
V ′ C2 = V C · V ′ m2 / V ′ m1 (21 ′)
V ′ S2 = V S · V ′ m2 / V ′ m1 (22 ′)
W ′ 2 = V ′ W2 · ρ W (23 ′)
C ′ 2 = V ′ C2 · ρ C (24 ′)
S ′ 2 = V ′ S2 · ρ S (25 ′)
G ′ 2 = V ′ G2 · ρ G (26 ′)
In the state where the mass is corrected in this way, the following expression is established. That is,
[0044]
V ′ W2 + V ′ C2 + V ′ S2 + V ′ G2 + V A = 1000 (27 ′)
W ′ 2 + C ′ 2 + S ′ 2 + G ′ 2 = M 0 (28 ′)
[0045]
Then, it is estimated that the actual blending of the fresh concrete is the blending represented by the equations (20 ′) to (26 ′) (step 111).
[0046]
As described above, according to the fresh concrete blending estimation method according to the present embodiment, the air content and unit volume mass of the manufactured fresh concrete are measured, and then the indicated blending is performed using the measured values. By correcting with the procedure described above, it is possible to estimate the actual formulation, for example, the unit water amount with high accuracy. In addition, the measurement of the air amount and unit volume mass can be easily performed at the construction site because it can be performed with, for example, a device conforming to JIS without making a new capital investment.
[0047]
