Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seedling raising tray suitable for use in pot cultivation of plant seedlings such as flowers and vegetables.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional tray for raising seedlings is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-27314. This type of tray has a plurality of storage portions into which soft pots for raising seedlings are inserted, and facilitates handling of the seedlings.
[0003]
On the other hand, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-31288 discloses a storage portion comprising a bottom plate, a leg plate raised at the peripheral end portion of the bottom plate, and a frame plate fixed to the upper end of the leg plate in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. A horticultural tray provided continuously in a direction, which has a structural feature when a notch groove is formed in an upper end portion of a frame, is disclosed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, according to the seedling raising tray disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-27314, etc., when moving seedlings from the tray to other places, the pots are picked and taken out one by one from the storage unit, There was a problem that it was time consuming and cumbersome and its work efficiency was extremely poor.
[0005]
On the other hand, according to the
[0006]
In addition, according to these conventional trays for raising seedlings, for example, water that has sprinkled between the legs and the pot may accumulate due to capillarity, and mold or the like may grow. There is also a problem that it is easy to cause a phenomenon called a looping phenomenon.
[0007]
The present invention has been devised in view of such circumstances, and the problem to be solved is to solve the above-mentioned problems and problems of conventional seedling raising trays, and the purpose thereof is The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cell tray for raising seedlings that has a simple structure and can easily take out a plurality of soft pots without damaging plants.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the means adopted by the present invention to solve the above problems is as described in the appended claims.
[0009]
According to the seedling raising tray of the present invention adopting such a configuration, when a soft pot is placed in the storage portion, each soft pot can be supported and held by a substantially Y-shaped side frame, and the upper end of each pot. A plurality of pots can be taken out simultaneously by overlapping the upper end portions of the pots adjacent to each other. Moreover, since the lower end part of the side frame is formed not in the horizontal direction but in an oblique direction, it is difficult for the lower end part to bite into the peripheral wall of the soft pot filled with soil. Therefore, even if the soil in the pot is lowered due to irrigation or the like and the soil is tightly tightened, it can be easily extracted simply by picking up the upper end of the pot.
[0010]
Next, the drainage hole opened at the lower end of the side frame can prevent, for example, water that has been sprinkled, for example, between the legs and the pot. Therefore, generation | occurrence | production of the mold etc. in this position is prevented.
[0011]
In particular, according to the seedling raising tray adopting the configuration as claimed in
[0012]
In addition, the protruding line walls in the vertical direction can be formed in the soft pot by each protrusion, the internal volume of the pot can be reduced, and the amount of cultivated soil that can be stuffed can be saved. Further, when the root grows and extends in the circumferential direction along the inner surface of the pot, the root growth point abuts on the ridge line wall and extends downward without extending further in the lateral direction. Therefore, the root winding phenomenon is prevented.
[0013]
The plurality of protrusions provided with the side frames improve the strength of the tray.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail based on more specific examples shown in the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples unless it exceeds the gist of the present invention.

By the way, the height of the protrusion 15 (the height of the rising wall) is preferably 0.3 to 4 mm. If it is less than 0.3 mm, the effect of preventing root winding and the ventilation effect are poor, and if it exceeds 4 mm, it is difficult to overlap the pots. In addition, when the protrusion is rounded, the effect of preventing root winding and the ventilation effect are poor. The width of the ridge (the width of the top wall) is also preferably 0.3 to 4 mm.

The present invention is not limited to the seedling raising tray described in the above examples, and can be implemented with appropriate design changes without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the seedling raising tray of the present invention has a very simple structure and can be manufactured very easily by a plastic molding technique, and can be overlapped with pots in terms of suitability for mass production. Therefore, it can be said to be extremely advantageous economically in that it does not become bulky during storage and transportation.
[0031]
Furthermore, the seedling raising tray of the present invention is
(1) The point that each soft pot can be supported and held by a substantially Y-shaped side frame, and the upper end of each pot can be stably supported
(2) Even if the soil in the pot is lowered due to irrigation etc. and the soil is tightly tightened, the tops of the adjacent pots can be overlapped and a plurality of pots can be taken out simultaneously,
(3) A drainage hole is formed at the lower end of the side frame, and in particular, for example, water sprayed, for example, can be prevented from accumulating between the leg and the pot, and generation of mold or the like at this position can be prevented. In other words, watering work, water retention management, and aeration management can be performed very easily and efficiently to maintain an optimal growth environment for plants,
(4) Since the side frame is provided with protrusions that protrude inward of the storage part, the outer peripheral wall of the soft pot can be placed partially floating from the surface of the side frame, and the pot is removed. The point that can reduce the sliding resistance when
(5) Between the side frame surface and the outer peripheral wall of the soft pot, it is possible to form a gap that allows air movement in the vertical direction, and in particular, it is possible to prevent an excessively humid atmosphere near the center,
(6) Each ridge can form a vertical line wall in the soft pot, reducing the internal volume of the pot, saving the amount of soil that can be stuffed, and growing the roots. When extending in the circumferential direction along the inner surface of the pot, the root growth point abuts on the ridge line wall and extends downward without extending further in the lateral direction. Therefore, it is possible to cultivate seedlings that can prevent the root winding phenomenon and have excellent growth after survival,
Is extremely effective.
[0032]
It also has sufficient strength during storage, transportation and seedling raising.
