The corner hole 4 is a through hole formed at the corner from the bottom wall 3 to the side wall 2, and has both functions as a drain hole and a ventilation hole. The corner holes 4 may be opened after connecting the plurality of pots 5, but from the viewpoint of workability, the corner holes 4 should be opened in each of the pots 5 before connection. Is preferred. However, the size and shape of the corner holes 4 are not limited. The width dimension does not need to be the same over the entire length, but if the width dimension of the corner hole 4 is too wide, it is necessary to provide, for example, a mesh body or the like, because the soil buried in the pot body 5 leaks. However, since it is very troublesome, it is preferable to make the hole so narrow that the cultivation soil does not flow out.

Each of the pots constituting these cultivation containers may be molded by sheet molding or injection molding, but a plurality of corner holes 4 are formed in the corners of the blow molded pot 5. Opening, the upper end opening edge 1 of the side wall 2 is arranged so as to be planar along one plane, and a part of the opening edge 1 of the pot body 5 adjacent to each other is integrally formed by heat fusion, respectively. This is preferable because existing equipment can be used as it is without forming a new mold and can be formed extremely easily, and cost can be reduced.

The cultivation tray 20 has a configuration in which six openings 21 are formed in the horizontal direction and four openings 21 in the vertical direction (a total of 24), and one pot 5 can be held in each opening 21. It was done. The cultivation container 10 of the embodiment has 6
In this case, four (in total, 24) pots 5 in the vertical direction are arranged at positions corresponding to the 24 openings 21 opened in the cultivation tray 20. Therefore, if the cultivation tray 20 is provided so as to cover the cultivation container 10, it is needless to explain again that the pots 5 can be inserted one by one into each of the 24 openings 21. That is, instead of inserting single pots into the opening 21 one by one as in the related art, the pots can be inserted at the same time, and the setting effect can be obtained quickly and reliably. Then, seedlings or seedlings are planted by putting soil into each of the pots, fertilized if necessary, and then raised with appropriate watering. Since four corner holes 4 are respectively formed at the corners of the pots 5, a function as a drainage hole (drainage hole) is exhibited, so that appropriate drainage and appropriate water retention can be maintained. In addition, it can function as an air vent to maintain optimum air permeability and promote root development.

Next, when carrying out so-called transplanting for extracting the seedlings from the pots 5 and replanting them, or for so-called pot-lifting work for replanting the extracted seedlings into a larger pot, the pots are extremely easily removed. Since the work can be taken out as an independent pot and the operation of removing the root winding part at the time of planting or transplanting as in the related art is not required, the work efficiency is improved.

In the cultivation tray 20, for example, four cultivation containers in which three pots are connected in a horizontal direction and two pots in a vertical direction (a total of six) can be used. It can be configured to apply two cultivation containers in which three pots are connected in the direction and four pots are connected in the vertical direction (a total of 12 pots). Needless to say, it is possible to obtain substantially the same operation and effect as the operation and effect described above. Therefore, such a cultivation container is also included in the cultivation container of the present invention according to the claims.

On the other hand, as schematically shown in an enlarged perspective view of a main part in FIG. 9, since the pot 5 cannot rotate freely in the circumferential direction, the position of the corner hole 4 can be positioned and fixed. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which all the corner holes 4 are arranged in advance at positions that do not overlap with the legs 32 formed on the cultivation tray 30 of the type shown in FIG. Then, in addition to the above-described effects, water leaking from the pot or water sprinkled from the pot can be removed from the gap formed between the leg portion 32 and the pot 5 without collecting the water. The effect of preventing mold growth and root rot can be obtained. In particular, it corresponds to the embodiment of the cultivation container according to the invention of claim 4.
