Description

【0001】
【0014】
前記遊技盤Mの縁には、その遊技領域6に発射装置E(この発明の発射手段に相当する。)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball game machine such as a pachinko game machine, and more particularly to an antistatic mechanism for a ball game machine that removes the charged charge of the game ball.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional ball game machine, for example, a pachinko game machine, is provided with a game board having a game area formed on the front side thereof, and a game ball fired from a launch device in response to a player's launch operation is released from the game board. The game is guided to an outer guide rail and an inner guide rail standing upright in a substantially circular shape from the apparatus and is launched into the game area. However, in this kind of game ball, it often passes through many guide rods and collective plates in the mechanism board of the pachinko game machine, and is often charged by contact friction with these.
[0003]
This charged game ball comes into contact with a game ball guiding member such as a nail provided in the game area and generates electrostatic induction noise due to a discharge phenomenon, which needs to be prevented. Conventionally, a launching ball backflow prevention piece (for example, a later-described figure) made of an elastic thin plate-like metal member provided in the inner guide rail in the launching ball guiding path formed between the outer guide rail and the inner guide rail. 3 (see reference numeral 87 in FIG. 3) and a game ball, and a convex metal piece provided on a frame plate portion such as a glass frame member that is attached to the front side of the pachinko gaming machine so as to be openable and closable and fixes glass or the like. Is brought into contact with the inner guide rail and grounded (grounded) via a grounding member such as a grounding wire provided in advance in the game facility through the metal piece of the glass frame member.
[0004]
However, when a metal piece is provided on a frame plate portion such as a glass frame member that can be freely opened and closed as described above, and this is brought into contact with the inner guide rail, the metal piece such as a glass frame member is used. Because of the requirement for reliable contact with the inner guide rail, it is necessary to perform the attachment a little tightly. For this reason, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to open and close because of a large resistance when the glass frame member is opened and closed. In addition, the glass frame member on the front side of this type of gaming machine is frequently opened and closed for game board repairs, maintenance inspections, etc., so that the metal piece attached to it has metal fatigue, wear and deformation. In such a case, the contact between the metal piece and the inner guide rail becomes incomplete or impossible, and the charge removal of the game ball cannot be performed effectively. There was a problem.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such circumstances, and proposes an antistatic mechanism for a ball game machine that is not affected by the opening and closing of the glass frame member and more effectively removes the charged charge of the game ball. Therefore, it is an object to suppress electrostatic induction noise caused by a discharge phenomenon of a charged game ball.

The conducting member 60 arranged in this manner abuts the conducting member 60 against the outer guide rail 4 by a force that constantly urges the outer guide rail 4 in the X direction by the elastic portion 61. The location where the conducting member 60 contacts the outer guide rail 4 needs to be a location that prevents the outer guide rail 4 from being deformed by the urging force of the elastic portion 61 provided in the conducting member 60. Therefore, the guide rail 4 is firmly fixed to the game board M by being driven so as to fix the contact portion between the conducting member 60 and the outer guide rail 4 to the game board M so as to bite the guide rail 4. It is in the vicinity of the pin 62 (corresponding to the guide rail fixing member of the present invention).
[0024]
Also, one end of the conducting member 60 is connected to a relay board 65 made of a metal plate disposed on the front frame 20 by being fixed to the upper left of the front frame 20 with a screw or the like, similarly to the conducting member 60. Further, as will be described later, the relay board 65 is connected to the power receiving board 106 by a ground line G3, and the power receiving board 106 is grounded by a ground line G connected thereto. Therefore , the conductive member 60 is configured to be grounded by a ground wire G connected to the power receiving substrate 106 via the relay substrate 65. Then, the connection between the one end of the conductive member 60 and the relay substrate 65 is welded to form the conductive member 60 integrally with the relay substrate 65.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 8, the relay board 65 includes the relay board 65 and the ball game machine related parts of the ball game machine 1 separately from the conductive member 60 formed integrally with the relay board 65. A plurality of connectors (two connectors C1, C2 in this embodiment) which are a plurality of connecting portions that can be connected by the ground lines G1, G2 are formed. For this reason, the ball game machine-related parts different from the conductive member 60 are connected to the relay board 65 so as to be energized by the ground lines G1 and G2. In this embodiment, the ball-ball game machine related parts connected to the relay board 65 so as to be energized are released from the closed state of the machine frame 11, the front frame 20, and the glass frame member 30, as shown in FIG. The key portion frame 12A to be operated and the shield plate 114A of the power supply substrate are used. However, the ball game machine related parts connected to the relay board 65 are not limited to the frame portion 12A of the key portion, and other appropriate ball game machine related parts are connected to the relay board 65. May be.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the relay board 65 in which the outer guide rail 4, the frame portion 12A of the key portion, and the shield plate 114A of the power supply board are connected by the conductive member 60 and the ground lines G1 and G2, respectively. The power receiving board 106 is connected to the power receiving board 106 by a ground line G3 that connects the connector C3 formed on the relay board 65 and the power receiving board 106 (corresponding to the control means of the present invention). With such a configuration, the frame portion 12A, which is different from the conductive member 60, and the power board shield plate 114A (both ball and ball machine related parts) are connected to the power receiving board 106 (control means) via the relay board 65. It is connected so that it can be energized. In addition, the code | symbol H in a figure is the harness which connects the said frame decoration lamp 35 and a lamp control board.
[0027]
By the antistatic mechanism 200 of the ball game machine 1 shown in FIG. 9, the charged charge of the game ball driven into the game area 6 along the outer guide rail 4 and the artificial noise entering from the frame portion 12A of the key portion. The charge generated on the shield plate 114A of the power supply board due to the electrostatic induction noise generated by the discharge phenomenon of the charged game balls passing through the plurality of induction baskets formed on the mechanism board 3 is the outer guide. The rails 4 and the relay board 65 are connected to the relay board 65 by the conductive members 60 and the ground lines G1 and G2, respectively. Further, the charges collected on the relay board 65 are collected on the power receiving board 106 by the ground line G3 that connects the relay board 65 and the power receiving board 106 in the same manner as the ground lines G1 and G2.
[0028]
The power receiving board 106 is disposed on the mechanism board 3 provided on the back side of the front frame 20 of the ball game machine 1, and the power receiving board 106 is used as a ball of a game facility where the ball game machine 1 is installed. The power receiving board 106 is grounded on the back surface side of the front frame 20 by connecting to a ground wire G (corresponding to a ground member of the present invention) connected to a ground wire connecting portion provided in advance on the gaming machine installation island. Therefore, as can be understood from the illustrated antistatic mechanism 200 , the conductive member 60 is connected via a ground line G3 (wiring member) that connects the relay substrate 65 to which the conductive member 60 is connected and the power receiving substrate 106. The back side of the front frame 20 is connected to the ground line G and grounded. With the antistatic mechanism 200 configured as described above, the charges collected on the power receiving substrate 106 can be grounded and removed by the ground line G.
[0029]
The FG relay board 113 is connected to the power receiving board 106 constituting the antistatic mechanism 200 by a ground line G4 connected in the same manner as the ground line G3. Further, the sheet metal 102A of the tank rail 102 and the payout control board 118 are connected to the FG relay board 113 by ground lines G5 and G6 by the same connection method as the ground line G4. The shield plate of the payout control board 118 and other parts related to the ball game machine are connected to 113 by ground lines. By the antistatic mechanism 200 configured in this way, the charged charge of the game ball generated by the friction between the game balls for payout that are thrown into the tank rail 102 from the island where the ball game machine is installed, connected to the payout control board 118 Shield plate of the payout control board 118 due to the electric charge caused by artificial noise entering from the prepaid card unit and the electrostatic induction noise generated by the discharge phenomenon of the charged game ball passing through the plurality of induction baskets The charges generated in the above and other charges are collected on the FG relay board 113 by ground lines G5 and the like connecting the sheet metal 102A of the tank rail 102 and the FG relay board 113, respectively.
[0030]
Further, the electric charges collected on the FG relay board 113 are collected on the power receiving board 106 by a ground line G4 connecting the FG relay board 113 and the power receiving board 106, and the ground line connected to the power receiving board 106 is collected. The charges collected on the power receiving substrate 106 by G can be grounded and removed.
[0031]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented by appropriately changing a part of the configuration without departing from the spirit of the invention. In the above embodiment, the conducting member 60 is brought into contact with the outer guide rail 4 by the force by which the elastic portion 61 of the conducting member 60 bent into a substantially U shape biases the outer guide rail 4. For example, by using a spring member that can be energized by a charged electric charge of a game ball driven into the game area 6 along the outer guide rail 4, the spring force is applied to the outer guide rail 4 by the biasing force of the spring member. It is good also as a structure where a member contact | abuts.
[0032]
