【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記の如き塩化ビニル樹脂組成物は、耐光性、接着性に優れているものの、製品の廃棄に際して、焼却処分をすると、塩素ガスやダイオキシンが発生し公害となるという問題があった。又、この問題に着目して、オレフィン系の合成樹脂に木粉を混合し製品廃棄寺の問題を解消することも検討されたが、木粉の流動性や分散性が悪く、木粉とオレフィン系合成樹脂とのなじみが悪く、成型品が所要の強度が得られないという問題があった。

そこで本発明者は従来の欠点に鑑み鋭意研究の結果、木粉の流動性、分散性の向上を図り、成型品が所要の強度を得られる合成樹脂組成物を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明請求項1記載の木質合成樹脂組成物の製造方法は、攪拌衝撃翼を装備するミキサーに木粉と樹脂改質剤を投入して攪拌衝撃翼を回転させ、この攪拌衝撃翼の回転により、木粉に発生する摩擦熱により木粉を乾燥させ且つ樹脂改質剤をゲル化させると共に、該樹脂改質剤と木粉とを混練し、次いでそれを冷却して得られた混練物とオレフィン系合成樹脂とを混合し、該混合物を押し出し成形するものであって、前記混合物の配合を、オレフィン系合成樹脂100部に対して、木粉5〜200部、樹脂改質剤1〜20部とすることを特徴とするもので、樹脂改質剤により木粉の流動性、分散性が向上され、木粉とオレフィン系合成樹脂のなじみが良好となり、成型品の強度が強化される。本発明において木粉はオレフィン系合成樹脂100部に対して5〜200部配合される。木粉が5部未満では木質感がでにくく、200部を超えると成形性に問題があるためである。又樹脂改質剤はオレフィン系合成樹脂100部に対して1〜20部配合される。樹脂改質剤が1部未満では樹脂改質剤の効果がほとんどなく、20部を超えると合成樹脂組成物から製造される成型品の剛性が不足するためである。本発明に於ける樹脂改質剤とは、無水マレイン酸変性ポリオレフィンやアクリル酸変性ポリオレフィンなどの変性ポリオレフィン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル系改質剤、アニオン系イオン活性剤や非イオン系活性剤や両性活性剤などの界面活性剤などのオレフィン系合成樹脂の改質剤のことをいう。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明に付いて説明する。
図1は本発明木質合成樹脂組成物の製造に用いられるミキサーの一例であり、円筒形の容器の底部中央に回転軸1が設けられ、この回転軸1に平面視等角度で6枚の羽が設けられて攪拌衝撃翼2となされている。この容器の上部から、木粉と樹脂改質剤が投入され、攪拌衝撃翼2が高速で回転されることにより木粉が乾燥されるとともに樹脂改質剤がゲル化され、木粉と樹脂改質剤が混練される。
