Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall plate material and a wall body that are excellent in durability, particularly excellent in strength against wind pressure due to strong wind, and that can be easily and quickly performed in construction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various wall board materials exist. Many wall materials are arranged side by side on a structural material such as a trunk edge, and end portions of adjacent wall plate materials are connected to each other. At this time, by improving the appearance, the connecting portion is not exposed to a fixing tool such as a screw. And the edge part of an adjacent wall board material is made to superpose | polymerize or is connected by various latching structures.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the connection part between the conventional wall plate materials is the strength of the side that is fixed to the structural material such as the trunk edge via the fixing tool, but the adjacent wall plate material is the front wall plate material. In many cases, the portions locked and connected to the ends are relatively weak. Therefore, an external force is applied so that the wall plate material is peeled off by the negative pressure acting on the wall surface by strong wind or the like.
[0004]
Therefore, especially the negative pressure by a strong wind acts on the connection location of the edge parts of a wall board material, and the edge part of the wall board material located in the surface side will peel off, and the wall body itself will be damaged. Therefore, the connection part of adjacent wall board materials must hold | maintain sufficient intensity | strength. However, if the structure has sufficient strength, the structure becomes complicated first, and accordingly, the construction of the wall body becomes complicated and troublesome.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, as a result of earnestly researching the inventor in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is devised from the main plate, the side portion bent at both sides in the width direction of the main plate, and the side portion on one side. A folded portion formed on the inner side parallel to the main plate and a folded portion formed from the inner end of the folded portion, and the inserted void chamber portion is constituted by the folded portion, and at the outer end thereof Is formed at the corner of the folded position between the side plate and the folded portion, and a part of the folded plate from the folded portion. A locked portion formed so as to protrude and formed toward the mounting plate portion side, an insertion plate portion formed from the other side portion toward the outer side of the main plate, By making it a wall plate material consisting of a locking portion formed on the surface side of the insertion plate portion and its wall body, etc., it has excellent durability, especially Excellent strength against wind pressure by the wind is obtained by solving the above problems can be performed easily and quickly even in and construction.
[0006]

The specific formation position of the latching | locking part 8 is formed in the outer-end part of the insertion board part 7 [refer FIG.2 (B)].
[0018]
Further, the shape of the locking portion 8 is such that the outer end portion of the insertion plate portion 7 is formed in a folded shape. Moreover, as another shape of the latching | locking part 8, if it is a position which can be latched to the said to-be-latched part 3, it will be in the shape of a protrusion on the surface side in appropriate places other than the outer edge part of the said insertion board part 7. FIG. It may be formed.
[0019]
The locking portion 8 is engaged with the locked portion 3 when the insertion plate portion 7 is inserted into the inserted gap chamber portion s formed between the folded-back portion 4 and the mounting plate portion 5. It comes to stop. Further, the insertion plate portion 7 is superposed on the mounting plate portion 5, and the back surface side of the insertion plate portion 7 is supported by the support projection portion 6 so that the locked portion 3 and the locking portion 8 are locked. Is to maintain.
[0020]
Next, the construction of the wall body using the wall plate material A will be described. First, a structural material 10 such as a trunk edge is constructed. The structural material 10 is a channel steel material, a lip groove type material, or the like having a substantially C-shaped cross section. A plurality of the structural members 10 are applied in the vertical direction. The wall plate A is disposed at right angles to the structural member 10 and the mounting plate 5 is fixed by a fixing tool 11 such as a drill screw [see FIG. 5 (A)].
[0021]
Next, the insertion plate portion 7 of the adjacent next wall plate material A is inserted into the insertion space chamber portion s of the front wall plate material A (see FIGS. 4A and 4B). At this time, the adjacent next wall plate material A is inserted into the insertion plate portion 7 in an inclined shape with respect to the front wall plate material A (see FIG. 5A). When the insertion plate portion 7 is inserted into the insertion gap chamber portion s, the locking portion 8 and the locked portion 3 are locked (see FIG. 5B).
[0022]
Then, by making the adjacent next wall plate material A flush with the front wall plate material A, the locked portion 3 and the locking portion 8 are reliably locked. Further, the insertion plate portion 7 of the next wall plate material A is substantially pressed by the support protrusion 6 formed on the mounting plate portion 5 of the front wall plate material A, and is locked with the locked portion 3. The locked state with the part 8 can always be maintained constant. In this way, adjacent wall plate materials A and A are connected to each other by inserting the insertion plate portion 7 into the inserted gap chamber portion s and repeating this, and the wall body is constructed [FIG. 1 (A), (See (B) and FIGS. 4 (A), (B), etc.)].
[0023]
A state when negative pressure p, p,... By strong wind acts on the wall body constructed as described above will be described. When negative pressure p, p,... Acts on the wall plate material A, an external force is applied in the direction in which the wall plate material A is peeled off (see FIG. 6A). At that time, since the mounting plate portion 5 is fixed to the structural material 10 by the fixing tool 11, the wall plate material A is actually inserted from the insertion space chamber portion s of the front wall plate material A on the insertion plate portion 7 side. An external force to be released is applied [see FIG. 6B].
[0024]
Further, in a state where the negative pressures p, p,... Are applied to the wall plate material A, the wall plate material A bends in a substantially flat arc shape, and the insertion plate portion 7 is also inserted into the front space of the wall plate material A. It tries to come off from the part s while being inclined. However, since the locking portion 8 formed on the insertion plate portion 7 and the locked portion 3 formed on the front wall plate material A are locked, the insertion plate portion 7 becomes the front wall plate material A. Can be prevented from coming off from the inserted void chamber portion s of the material (see FIG. 6C).
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
The invention of claim 1 includes a main plate 1, side portions 2 formed on both sides in the width direction of the main plate 1, and folding formed on the inner side parallel to the main plate 1 from the one side portion 2. The part 4 and the folded part 4 are formed in a folded shape from the inner end, and the folded part 4 constitutes an insertion space chamber portion s, and a folded rising edge 5a is formed at the outer end thereof. Is formed at the corner of the folding position between the side plate 2 and the folded portion 4, and a part of the folded plate portion 4 protrudes in a substantially bulging shape. And a locked portion 3 formed toward the mounting plate portion 5 side, and an insertion plate portion 7 formed from the other side portion 2 toward the outer side of the main plate 1. By using the wall plate material formed of the engaging portion 8 formed on the surface side of the insertion plate portion 7, it is simple and quick to construct the wall body with the wall plate material. It can be carried out. Moreover, the shape is simple and the manufacture can be performed efficiently.
[0026]

As a result, the supporting protrusion 6 supports the insertion plate portion 7 of the adjacent wall plate material so as to press it from the back surface side, whereby the locking portion 8 formed on the insertion plate portion 7 can be The locked state with the part 3 can be made even stronger.
[0031]
Next, the invention of claim 3 is formed on the inner side parallel to the main plate 1 from the main plate 1, the side portion 2 bent at both sides in the width direction of the main plate 1, and the side portion 2 on one side. The folded-back portion 4 is formed in a folded shape from the inner end of the folded-back portion 4, and the inserted void chamber portion s is constituted by the folded-back portion 4, and a folded-up rise at the outer end. It is formed in the corner | angular part of the folding position of the attachment board part 5 in which the edge 5a was formed, and the said side part 2 and the folding | returning-shaped part 4, and the one part is substantially bulging from this folding | returning-shaped part 4. A locked portion 3 formed to protrude and formed toward the mounting plate portion 5 side, and an insertion plate formed from the other side portion 2 toward the outer side of the main plate 1 A wall plate member mounting plate portion 5 comprising a portion 7 and a locking portion 8 formed on the front surface side of the insertion plate portion 7 is fixed to a structural material via a fixing tool and is adjacent to the structural member. The insertion plate portion 7 of the next wall plate material is inserted into the insertion space chamber portion s of the front wall plate material, the locking portion 8 and the locked portion 3 are locked, and the insertion plate portion 7 is By adopting a wall body that is substantially in contact with the rising edge 5a formed on the mounting plate portion 5, the construction is simple and the durability by strong wind can be improved.
[0032]
Adjacent wall plate materials A and A, which describe the above-mentioned effect in detail, are inserted into the inserted gap chamber portion s formed on one side thereof, and the adjacent plate member 7 on the other side wall plate material is inserted into the adjacent wall plate material A. It is the structure where the to-be-latched part 3 and the latching | locking part 8 of board | plate material A and A latch. Therefore, the insertion plate portion 7 inserted into the insertion space chamber portion s has a structure that is difficult to come off. In particular, when a negative pressure p, p,... Is applied, one of the wall plate materials A is pulled outward, whereby the locked portion 3 and the locking portion 8 are further strengthened. It will contact | abut, and durability with respect to a strong wind can be improved.
