Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plastic electrostatic separation facility that breaks recycled plastic into plastic pieces and separates them for each type for reuse.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the collected plastic is washed, then crushed into a predetermined size, washed and dried, and the separation device to separate these plastic pieces by type is charged between the plastic pieces by frictional contact and formed between the electrodes. By passing through the electrostatic field, the electrostatic charge that is charged according to the charge train and changes the falling trajectory of the plastic piece corresponding to the different polarity and charge amount for each type of plastic piece, and separates the plastic piece by type A separate type has been proposed.
[0003]
In the above-mentioned plastic electrostatic separation equipment, if foods such as edible fats and oils, fruit juice, and salt are attached to the surface of the crushed plastic piece, the separation performance deteriorates, so the plastic piece is washed. Then, since it is necessary to dry a plastic piece by a post process while using a lot of linear water purification, there exists a problem that an installation cost and a running cost increase. For this reason, a dry cleaning apparatus for cleaning the surface of a plastic piece by rubbing the plastic pieces has been proposed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the dry cleaning device, when contaminated dust is peeled off from the surface of the plastic piece or plastic dust is scraped off, the plastic piece is accompanied by dust and supplied from the triboelectric charging device to the electrostatic separation device. However, there is a problem that the electrostatic separation accuracy is lowered due to a change in the charging characteristics of the plastic piece.
[0005]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and can supply a plastic piece to a friction charging device without entraining dust while using a low-cost dry cleaning device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a plastic electrostatic separation facility capable of separating the components.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a dry cleaning device that contacts a plastic piece to remove contaminants attached to the surface, and a friction charging device that frictionally contacts and charges the plastic piece after cleaning. And a plastic electrostatic separation facility comprising: an electrostatic separation device that supplies a charged plastic piece to an electrostatic field formed between electrodes to change a fall trajectory and separates the plastic piece by type. A dust removing device is provided between the device and the friction charging device, and the dust removing device is provided with a mesh plate for supporting the plastic piece from below, vibration means for vibrating the mesh plate, and dust accompanying the plastic piece. Dust suction means for sucking and removing through the mesh plate is provided.
[0007]
According to the above configuration, the plastic piece discharged from the dry dust collector is put on the mesh plate, and the plastic piece is vibrated and agitated through the mesh plate by the vibration means, and the dust is sucked by the dust suction means. The dust separated from the surface can be effectively removed from the plastic piece. Dust generated by cleaning can be effectively removed from the plastic piece and supplied to the friction charging device and electrostatic separation device while using a low-cost dry cleaning device that does not require drying. Without deteriorating the separation accuracy, the plastic pieces can be separated by type with high accuracy.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, a charge eliminating means for neutralizing the charge of the plastic piece is disposed above the mesh plate of the dust removing device. According to the above configuration, the static electricity is removed by neutralizing the charge generated by rubbing the plastic pieces by the static elimination means, thereby preventing the adsorption between the plastic pieces and the plastic pieces and dust. Dust can be removed effectively.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dry cleaning device for contacting a plastic piece to remove contaminants attached to the surface, a friction charging device for frictionally charging the plastic piece after washing, and a charged plastic piece. In a plastic electrostatic separation equipment comprising an electrostatic separation device for separating a plastic piece by type by changing the fall trajectory by supplying an electrostatic field formed between the electrodes to the electrostatic field. A pre-stage dust removing device disposed on the outlet side of the cleaning device, a pre-stage dust removing device incorporated in the dry cleaning device or disposed on the outlet side of the dry cleaning device, the pre-dust removing device and the friction charging device And a mesh plate that supports the plastic piece from below, and the powder accompanying the plastic piece. And a dust suction means for sucking and removing through the mesh plate, and the latter dust removing device is accompanied by a mesh plate for supporting the plastic piece from below, a vibrating means for vibrating the mesh plate, and the plastic piece. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention of claim 1, the plastic piece discharged from the dry dust collector is put on the mesh plate, and the plastic piece is vibrated and stirred through the mesh plate by the vibration means. By sucking dust with the dust suction means, dust separated from the surface can be effectively removed from the plastic piece.
[0039]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the static electricity is removed by neutralizing the charges generated by rubbing the plastic pieces together to eliminate static electricity, thereby preventing adsorption between the plastic pieces and between the plastic pieces and dust. Dust can be effectively removed from plastic pieces.
[0040]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the coarse dust having a large diameter is sucked and removed from the plastic piece by the mesh plate and the dust suction means of the upstream dust removing device, and then the plastic piece is vibrated on the mesh plate by the downstream dust removing device. In addition, by neutralizing the charge of the plastic piece with the charge eliminating means, the plastic piece and the dust can be separated and the fine dust having a small diameter can be effectively sucked and removed by the suction means. Thereby, the contaminants on the separated surface can be removed to the extent that the separation accuracy such as purity and recovery rate does not decrease. Therefore, it is possible to effectively remove dust generated by cleaning from the plastic piece and supply it to the friction charging device and electrostatic separation device while using a low-cost dry cleaning device that does not require drying. Without deteriorating the separation accuracy, the plastic pieces can be separated by type with high accuracy.
