【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、壁パネルに壁形成用の役物が取り付けられてなる壁形成用の役物の取り付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の壁形成用の役物としては、例えば出隅部材や入隅部材、小パネル等が知られている。そして一般に、建物の施工にあたっては、このような役物は壁パネルに取り付けられず建物躯体側に取り付けられる。例えば建物躯体が柱を有する場合、役物は柱に取り付けられる。また建物躯体に柱がない場合、役物はその上下で建物躯体側のファスナーに取り付けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した従来の技術では、建物躯体に役物を取り付けるのに必ず柱やファスナー等の下地が必要であるという難点がある。また、実際の建物の施工では、建物躯体の特に出隅部分等に狂いが生じ易く、現場にて壁パネルと役物とを3方向、すなわち上下方向、左右方向および前後方向で調整することが必要な場合が多く発生する。ところが、壁パネルと役物とが別々に建物躯体側に取り付けられているため、上記した3方向の調整が非常に煩雑となっている。
また現場では、平板状の金物あるいは側面視L字状の金物を用いて壁パネルに役物を取り付けることも検討されているが、この場合には壁パネルと役物との水平方向の調整しかできない。

したがって、建物躯体側に柱やファスナー等の下地が設けられていなくても役物を取り付けることができるとともに、壁パネルと役物との3方向の調整を容易に行うことができる壁形成用の役物の取り付け構造の開発が切望されている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための本発明は、壁パネルに役物が取付金物を介して取り付けられ、この取付金物が、役物の内面側に取り付けられた役物取付片と、この役物取付片の壁パネル側の端部から壁パネルの外面と反対側に向けて略直角に折曲されるとともに壁パネルの端部と役物の端部とがなす目地の長さ方向に細長い第1長孔が穿設された第1折曲片とからなる役物取付金具と、壁パネルの内面側に取り付けられるとともに上記目地の長さ方向と同一面内にて略直交する方向に細長い第2長孔が穿設された壁パネル取付片と、壁パネル取付片の役物側の端部から役物取付金具の第1折曲片と同じ方向に略直角に折曲されるとともに壁パネルの厚み方向に細長い第3長孔が第1長孔に対応する位置に穿設された第2折曲片とからなる壁パネル取付金具とを備えている。そして壁パネル取付金具が、壁パネル取付片の第2長孔に挿通させた第1ボルトによって壁パネルに取り付けられるとともに、役物取付金具と壁パネル取付金具とが、第1折曲片の第1長孔と第2折曲片の第3長孔とに挿通させた第2ボルトによって接合されているものである。

本発明では、壁パネルに役物が取付金物を介して取り付けられているため、壁パネルと役物とが一体化されたものとなる。よって、壁パネルを建物躯体側に取り付ければ、必然的に役物が建物躯体側に取り付けられた状態になる。
また役物取付金具と壁パネル取付金具とが、役物取付金具の第1長孔と壁パネル取付金具の第3長孔とを挿通させた第2ボルトによって接合されているため、第2ボルトを緩めれば、壁パネル取付金具が取り付けられた壁パネルと役物取付金具が取り付けられた役物とを第1長孔、第3長孔の長さ方向に相対的にずらすことが可能になる。よって、壁パネルと役物とがなす目地の長さ方向を上下方向とした場合、第1長孔は上下方向に細長い孔となり、第3長孔は前後方向に細長い孔となるので、第2ボルトを緩めることにより、壁パネルと役物とを上下方向、前後方向に相対的にずらすことが可能になる。また第2ボルトを締めれば、上下方向、前後方向にずらした状態のまま壁パネルと役物とが再び一体化されることになる。
また役物取付金具が接合された壁パネル取付金具が、壁パネル取付片の第2長孔に挿通させた第1ボルトによって壁パネルに取り付けられているため、第1ボルトを緩めれば、壁パネルと役物とを第2長孔の長さ方向に相対的にずらすことが可能になる。よって、壁パネルと役物とがなす目地の長さ方向を上下方向とした場合、第1ボルトを緩めれば、壁パネルと役物とを左右方向に相対的にずらすことが可能になる。そして第1ボルトを締めれば、左右方向にずらした状態のまま壁パネルと役物とが再び一体化されることになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る壁形成用の役物の取付構造の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は本発明の第1実施形態を示す斜視図であり、壁形成用の役物として出隅部材を用いた例を示したものである。また図2は第1実施形態で用いる取付金物の分解斜視図、図3は第1実施形態の組み立て分解斜視図、図4は第1実施形態の平面図である。

図1、図3に示すように第1実施形態に係る壁形成用の役物の取付構造は、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とが互いに端部同士を対向させた状態で配置され、かつ壁パネル1に出隅部材2が取付金物3を介して取り付けられて構成されたものである。
壁パネル1および出隅部材2はそれぞれ、その厚み内にこれら壁パネル1、出隅部材2の長さ方向に細長い中空部11、21が複数形成されたもので、壁パネル1の端部とこれに対向する出隅部材2の端部とによって目地6が形成されている。

壁パネル1の中空部11内には、図3および図4に示すように後述する壁パネル取付金具の取り付け位置に第1受け金物71が設けられており、第1受け金物71には後述する第1ボルト用の孔71aが形成されている。そして壁パネル1の内面側にも、その第1受け金物71の孔71aに対応する位置に第1ボルト用の孔13が穿設されている。
また出隅部材2の内面22は、壁パネル1の内面12にほぼ面一に配置された第1面22aと、その第1面22aに対して略直角に形成された第2面22bとからなる。第2面22b側の中空部21内には、後述する役物取付金具の取り付け位置に第2受け金物72が設けられており、この第2受け金物27には後述する第3ボルト用の孔72aが形成されている。そして出隅部材2の第2面22bにも、その第2受け金物72の孔72aに対応する位置に第3ボルト用の孔23が穿設されている。

壁パネル1に出隅部材2を取り付けるための取付金物3は、出隅部材2に取り付けられる役物取付金具4と、壁パネル1に取り付けられる壁パネル取付金具5とから構成されている。
役物取付金具4は、出隅部材2の内面22に当接する状態で取り付けられる役物取付片41と、役物取付片41の壁パネル1側の端部から壁パネル1の外面と反対側に向けて略直角に折曲された第1折曲片42とからなる。この第1実施形態では、役物取付片41は出隅部材2の内面22側の入隅に沿う形状に形成されている。

一方、壁パネル取付金具5は、図4に示すごとく、壁パネル1の内面12側に取り付けられる壁パネル取付片51と、壁パネル取付片51の出隅部材2側の端部から役物取付金具4の第1折曲片42と同じ方向に略直角に折曲された第2折曲片52とから平面視略L字状に形成されている。壁パネル1と出隅部材2とがなす目地6の長さ方向を上下方向とした場合、壁パネル取り付け片51には左右方向に細長い第2長孔53が穿設されており、第2折曲片52には第1折曲片42の第1長孔44に対応する位置に、前後方向に細長い第3長孔54が穿設されている。

この壁パネル取付金具5は、壁パネル取付片51の第2長孔53、壁パネル1の孔13および第1受け金物71の孔71aに挿通させた第1ボルト100と、ワッシャー101とを用いて壁パネル1に取り付けられている。また役物取付金具4は、役物取付片41の取付調整孔43、出隅部材2の孔23および第2受け金物72の孔72aに挿通させた第3ボルト300と、ワッシャー301とを用いて出隅部材2に取り付けられている。

さらに役物取付金具4の第1折曲片42の第1長孔53と、壁パネル取付片51の第2折曲片52の第3長孔54とに挿通させた第2ボルト200と、ワッシャー201およびナット202とによって、第1折曲片42と第2折曲片52とが重ね合わされた状態で役物取付金具4と壁パネル取付金具5とが接合されている。この際、上記したように役物取付金具4の役物取付片41は、出隅部材2の内面22側の幅にほぼ等しい長さを有しているため、壁パネル1と出隅部材2との目地6位置に第1折曲片42と第2折曲片52との重ね合わせ部分が位置した状態となっている。そして役物取付金具4と壁パネル取付金具5とが接合されることにより、壁パネル1に出隅部材2が取り付けられて一体化されている。

上記の出隅部材2の取り付け構造を構築するにあたっては、予め第1受け金物71、第2受け金物72を装着した壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを、それぞれの内面12、22側を上方に向けかつ互いに端部同士を対向させた状態で平置きする。そして壁パネル1と出隅部材2との目地6の長さ方向に所定の間隔で取付金物3を、第1ボルト100〜第3ボルト300を用いて取り付け、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを一体化する。この際、役物取付金具4の役物取付片41が出隅部材2の内面22の第1面22a、第2面22bに当接するよう役物取付金具4を取り付ける。前述したように役物取付片41の取付調整孔43は、目地6の長さ方向を上下方向とした場合に前後方向に長い孔である。したがって壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを平置きした場合、上下方向に長い孔となる。よって、取付調整孔43に挿通させた第3ボルト300を緩めることにより、役物取付片41を上下方向にずらすことができ、これにより役物取付片41を出隅部材2の内面22に確実に当接させることができる。

このように壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを一体化した後は、第1受け金物71、第2受け金物72の図示しない長ナットに、緩衝ゴムを挿着した吊り上げボルトをねじ込み、この吊り上げボルトを利用して壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを垂直に持ち上げる。つまり、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とがなす目地6の長さ方向が上下方向となるように持ち上げる。そして、建物躯体のチャンネル材に取り付けた後、後述するごとく壁パネル1と出隅部材2との3方向の調整、すなわち上下方向、左右方向および前後方向の調整を行う。

このように構築される出隅部材2の取付構造では、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とが取付金物3によって一体化されているため、壁パネル1が建物躯体に取り付けられることで出隅部材2が建物躯体に設けられることになり、出隅部一体の壁を形成することができる。

また役物取付金具4と壁パネル取付金具5とが、役物取付金具4の第1長孔44と壁パネル取付金具5の第3長孔54とを挿通させた第2ボルト200によって接合されているので、第2ボルト200を緩めることにより、壁パネル取付金具5が取り付けられた壁パネル1と役物取付金具4が取り付けられた出隅部材2とを第1長孔44、第3長孔54の長さ方向に相対的にずらすことができる。よって、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とがなす目地6の長さ方向を上下方向とした場合、第1長孔44は上下方向に細長い孔となり、第3長孔54は前後方向に細長い孔となるので、第2ボルト200を緩めれば、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを上下方向、前後方向に相対的にずらすことができる。また第2ボルト200を締めれば、上下方向、前後方向にずらした状態のまま壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを再び一体化できる。

さらに役物取付金具4が接合された壁パネル取付金具5が、壁パネル取付片51の第2長孔53に挿通させた第1ボルト100によって壁パネル1に取り付けられているため、第1ボルト100を緩めることにより、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを第2長孔53の長さ方向に相対的にずらすことができる。よって、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とがなす目地6の長さ方向を上下方向とした場合、第1ボルト100を緩めれば、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを左右方向に相対的にずらすことができる。そして第1ボルト100を締めれば、左右方向にずらした状態のまま壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを再び一体化できる。

したがって、この出隅部材2の取付構造では、建物躯体に出隅部材2を取り付けるための柱やファスナー等の下地がなくても、建物躯体に出隅部材2とを取り付けることができるとともに、壁パネル1と出隅部材2との上下方向、左右方向、前後方向の3方向の調整を容易に行うことができる。この3方向の調整は、壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを建物躯体側に取り付けた直後だけでなく、建物完成時に壁パネル1と出隅部材2との間にずれが生じた場合にも当然のことながら実施することができる。

さらに役物取付金具4は、第3ボルト300によって出隅部材2に取り付けられているため、建物躯体に壁パネル1と出隅部材2とを取り付けた後でも出隅部材2を取り外すことができる。そして、取り外した出隅部材2を再度取り付ける際にも壁パネル1と出隅部材2との3方向の調整を行うことができる。

なお、第1実施形態では、壁パネル1に出隅部材2を取付金物3を介して取り付けて一体化した後、これを建物躯体に取り付ける例を述べたが、例えば役物取付金具4を出隅部材2に取り付けない状態で壁パネル1に取付金物3を取り付けておき、この壁パネル1を建物躯体に設けた後に取付金物3を介して出隅部材2を壁パネル1に取り付けることも可能である。その場合にも、壁パネル1と出隅部材2との3方向の調整を行えるのはもちろんである。

図5に示すように第2実施形態では、役物が入隅部材8であることと、役物取付金具4の役物取付片45の形状とが第1実施形態と相違している。
すなわち、入隅部材8は出隅部材2と同様に、その厚み内に入隅部材8の長さ方向に細長い中空部81が複数形成されたもので、壁パネル1の端部とこれに対向する入隅部材8の端部とによって目地6が形成されている。

上記の入隅部材8の取り付け構造は、出隅部材2の取り付け構造と同様にして構築されるが、このとき平面視略L字状の役物取付片45によって、入隅部材8の隅部の位置出しを行うことができる。
