従来、上述例のような段ボール箱に被覆された包装袋を封鎖する方法としては、例えば、図13に示すように、段ボール箱Aの各短手側フラップAa,Aa及び各長手側フラップAb,Abに被覆された包装袋Bの投入口Baを上方に捲上げた後、フラップ開放機構73を駆動して、段ボール箱Aの各短手側フラップAa,Aa及び各長手側フラップAb,Abを4枚の各開放板74…により外側に開放し、左右の各押圧ローラ75,75により包装袋Bを下方から順次押圧して抜気し、一対の各加熱板76,76により包装袋Bの投入口Baを加熱して密封した後、同包装袋Bの投入口Baを巻回又は折曲げて段ボール箱A内に収納する方法がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のように段ボール箱Aの各短手側フラップAa,Aa及び各長手側フラップAb,Abを開放した場合、包装袋Bの抜気及び巻回が妨げられず、段ボール箱Aに被覆された包装袋Bの封鎖作業が容易に行えるが、箱搬送経路上に設定した箱停止位置に段ボール箱Aの各短手側フラップAa,Aa及び各長手側フラップAb,Abを開放するためのフラップ開放機構73を設置しなければならない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の請求項1記載の袋封鎖装置は、上記箱体の一側対向辺部に形成した各フラップと対向する上部位置に2本の各袋緊張棒を回動自在に軸支し、該各袋緊張棒を袋体の投入口に挿入して袋緊張方向に回動する袋緊張手段を設け、前記箱体の他側対向辺部に起立して形成した各フラップと対向する両側位置に2枚の各袋押圧板を配設し、上記起立した各フラップと袋体との対向面間に上記各袋押圧板を降下させ挿入させる昇降手段と、前記各フラップが起立した状態のまま上記各袋押圧板を袋押圧方向に移動させる進退手段とで構成した袋抜気手段を設け、前記袋緊張手段により緊張された袋体の投入口と対向する高さ位置に2本の各袋巻回棒を水平方向に向けて配設し、該各袋巻回棒間に上記各袋緊張棒により緊張された袋体の投入口を挿入して袋巻回方向に回転する袋巻回手段を設けた袋封鎖装置であることを特徴とする。

【作用】
この発明の請求項1記載の袋封鎖装置は、袋緊張手段を駆動して、箱体内部に敷設された袋体の投入口を2本の各袋緊張棒で緊張すると共に、同箱体の一側対向辺部に形成した各フラップを2本の各袋緊張棒で開放する。次に、袋抜気手段を駆動して、2枚の各袋押圧板を降下して起立した各フラップと袋体の間に挿入し、前記各フラップが起立した状態のまま、2本の各袋緊張棒により緊張された袋体の両側面を2枚の各袋押圧板で押圧して抜気する。次に、袋巻回手段を駆動して、2本の各袋緊張棒により緊張された袋体の投入口を2本の各袋巻回棒で巻回することにより、袋体の封鎖作業及び箱体の封函作業が容易に行える。

【発明の効果】
この発明によれば、箱体の他側対向辺部に形成した各フラップを起立した状態のままで、同箱体の上面側開口部に被覆された袋体の投入口を機械的に巻回封鎖するため、従来例のように箱体の各フラップを開放及び復元するための各機構を夫々設ける必要が無く、装置全体の構成及び構造を簡素化して、製作コストの低減を図ることができる。且つ、2本の各袋緊張棒により緊張された袋体の開口側を、2枚の各袋押圧板により下方から順次に押圧して抜気するので、袋体内に収納された充填物が吸い出されず、袋体の投入口を箱体内部に収納される大きさに巻回封鎖して、その袋体の両端部を箱体内部の前後内壁面に沿って差込み収納することができ、袋体の封鎖作業及び箱体の封函作業が容易に行える。且つ、袋体内に収納された充填物及び金属部品を取り出すとき、袋体の投入口を巻き戻して開口するので、袋体を破いたり、切り裂いたりする必要がなく、袋体を繰り返し使用することができる。且つ、箱体の一側対向辺部に形成された各フラップの開放作業及び巻回された袋体の両端部を作業者の手で箱体内部に差込み収納する手間が省け、袋体の封鎖作業に要する処理時間を短縮して、作業の省力化及び能率アップを図ることができる。

この発明の一実施例を以下図面に基づいて詳述する。
図面は箱体の一例として段ボール箱に被覆された包装袋を封函する作業に用いられる袋封鎖装置を示し、図1及び図2に於いて、この袋封鎖装置1は、装置前段の充填工程(図示省略)から供給される段ボール箱Aを箱送り方向に向けて搬送する箱送りコンベア2と、同箱送りコンベア2上の箱停止位置に搬送された段ボール箱Aを適宜高さに持上げる箱昇降機構3と、同段ボール箱Aの各短手側フラップAa,Aa及び各長手側フラップAb,Abに被覆された包装袋Bの投入口Baを捲上げる袋捲上げ機構4と、同包装袋Bの投入口Baを捲上げた状態のまま前後方向に緊張する袋緊張機構5と、同包装袋Bの投入口Baを緊張した状態のまま左右方向に押圧して抜気する袋抜気機構6と、同包装袋Bの投入口Baを抜気した状態のまま巻回する袋巻回機構7と、同包装袋Bの投入口Baを巻回した状態のまま段ボール箱Aの前後隙間に差込みする袋差込み機構8とから構成される。

上述の段ボール箱Aは、図4に示すように、箱形態に組立てられた段ボール箱Aの内部に、透明又は半透明の合成樹脂フィルムで形成した包装袋Bを上向きに開口して敷設すると共に、同段ボール箱Aの短手側辺部に起立した各短手側フラップAa,Aa及び長手側辺部に起立した各長手側フラップAb,Abに包装袋Bの投入口Baを二つに折返して被覆固定している。なお、段ボール箱A内に敷設した包装袋Bには、例えば、粉状原料や粒状原料等の充填物、又は、防錆油が塗布されたボルトやナット等の金属部品を所定量投入している。
