近年の型枠工の高齢化と人手不足又コスト削減は安全で熟練工でなくても安全に施工出来る工法が急務であると考える。現在一般で施工されている方法は、壁部分のみコンクリートを打設し梁スラブを同時に打設する方法の為に梁型枠部分が手払し解体になり危険であり手間が掛かり工程の短縮が計りずらいためにどうしても一作業で安全に早く進める点が解決すべき課題とされている。

したがって本発明の目的は大版型枠の梁付部分の解体を効率よく安全、確実に建込・解体作業が一貫して出来るシステム型枠を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための手段として、本発明に係る大版型枠の建込・解体方法は、図面に実施例を示したとおり大版の梁付壁の型枠の本体(A)と梁底部(B)をボルトにて固定しコンクリート打設固化後固定しているボルトをゆるめ、クレーンにて本体(A)を少し斜めにクレーンにて引張る事によりA部分がはがれ、ボルトのゆるみ量にて遅れてB部分がA部分に付いて解体出来、ボルトを締め直す事で次のセット部に移動出来ることを特徴とする。

大版の壁型枠の本体(A)と梁底部(B)をボルトにて固定しクレーンにて建込むサポートにて直立させ反対側の大版パネルをクレーンにて建込み外パネル・内パネルをボルトナットにて固定する。

【実施例】
図面に示した本発明の実施例を説明する。地上にて本体(A)に(B)をボルトにて固定しクレーンにて吊上げセット位置に直立させる。サポートにて直立を維持し反対側のパネルに合わせセパレーター緊結用ボルトナットにて両者を一体化させる。その後コンクリートを流し込みコンクリート固化後セパレーター緊結用ボルトナットをはずし両パネルの一体化を解除した後、本体(A)と(B)を固定しているボルトをゆるめ、本体Aをクレーンにて斜めに引く事により(B)部材が少し遅れて梁底部よりはずれ解体が完了する。同じ事の繰返しにて、大版型枠の工程を進める。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る大版型枠のシステム工法は、梁型付壁部分の大版型枠を同時に建込み、同時に安全に解体出来、型枠大工でなくても迅速に一連の作業を行える方法でクレーン作業がフル稼動となり能率(生産性)を大幅に上げる事が出来工費の節減と工期の短縮に大きく寄与する。
