上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の外壁パネル間の目地用2次止水材の取付構造は、建築物の外壁パネル間の目地に1次止水用のガスケットが圧入されたその外壁パネルの内面と、外壁パネルの内側に設けられた鉄骨との間に挿入され、目地と目地に対向する鉄骨間の隙間をシールするシール部からなる外壁パネル間の目地用2次止水材の取付構造において、前記鉄骨間の隙間に圧入される脚部又は突部を前記シール部に一体成形するもので、前記シール部はEPDMスポンジゴム製であり、かつ脚部又は突部はEPDMソリッドゴム製であることを特徴とするものである(請求項1)。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。なお、従来例と同一の部分には同一符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係る外壁パネル間の目地用2次止水材10を示す断面図であり、図2は図1に示す目地用2次止水材10を取り付けた状態を示す断面図である。なお図2は、本発明の実施の形態に係る図6のA−A線拡大断面図に相当するものである。

外壁パネル間の目地用2次止水材10は、長手方向に延びるシール部11とそのシール部11の中央に一体成形された同じく長手方向に延びる脚部(突部)12からなる押出成形品である。
シール部11は、建築物1の外壁パネル2,2間の目地3に1次止水用のガスケット4が圧入されたその外壁パネル2の内面2aと、外壁パネル2の内側に設けられた鉄骨5との間に挿入されており、これにより目地3と目地3に対向する鉄骨5,5間の隙間5aをシールするようになっている。
一方、脚部(突部)12は、その先端に係止部12aが形成されており、目地3と目地3に対向する鉄骨5,5間の隙間5aに圧入され係止部12aが隙間5aに係止することにより外壁パネル間の目地用2次止水材10が固定され、位置ずれが防止されるようになっている。

また、図4(a)に示すように、シール部51及び脚部(突部)52をEPDMソリッドゴム製で一体成形し、更にシール部51の両端部の外壁パネル側の面にEPDMスポンジゴム製の部材23を一体成形して、部分的にシール性を向上させるようにしてもよい。更に、図4(b)に示すように、シール部51を水膨張性ゴム製にしてシール性を一層向上させるようにしてもよい。また、図4(c)に示すように、シール部51の外壁パネル側の面に凸部43を一体成形してより一層の位置ずれの防止を図るようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
