Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dry joint material suitable for being applied when waterproofing a joint groove formed between two outer wall panels fastened to a base material using a fastener, and a method of attaching the dry joint material. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing an example of a conventional dry joint material,
FIGS. 7A and 7B are cross-sectional views showing the state of application of the dry joint material shown in FIG. 6, in which FIG. 7A is a cross-sectional view in a portion where a fastener is provided, and FIG.
[0003]
When waterproofing this kind of joint groove, a method of filling the joint groove with a wet joint material such as a silicone resin or a urethane resin has been adopted for a long time. Not only does it need to be filled with care so that it does not protrude from the surface, but it must be cured in the state of not getting wet until the wet joint material hardens, which inevitably increases the construction period. Therefore, instead of this method, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a T-shaped stainless steel section is formed inside a joint body 2 having a D-shaped cross section made of flexible rubber or synthetic resin. There is a tendency to use a method in which a dry joint material 1 having rigidity imparted by burying a metal core 3 made of such a metal is manufactured in advance at a factory, and the dry joint material 1 is inserted into a joint groove 5 at a construction site. It is in.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the method using the dry joint material 1 has the following problems.
[0005]
That is, when the dry joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 5 and installed, the dry joint material 1 can be properly inserted into the joint groove 5 at a portion where the fastener 4 is not provided, as shown in FIG. Although it can be inserted so that it fits, in order to avoid the rise of the dry joint material 1 at the portion where the metal fastener 4 is present, it becomes an obstacle before the dry joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 5. As shown in FIG. 7A, it is necessary to cut out the lower part (the part corresponding to the fastener 4) of the dry joint material 1. Therefore, it is necessary to cut the joint metal 3 together with the joint body 2 of the dry joint material 1 in accordance with the position of the fastener 4 at the construction site, so that the waterproof treatment of the joint groove 5 is inefficient. Did not.
[0006]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a dry joint material that can be efficiently attached even if a stopper is present in the joint groove, and an object of the present invention.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, in the invention of the dry joint material of the present invention, a plurality of short receiving members (9) are detachably attached to the long external member (6) in a form that can slide in the longitudinal direction of the external member. A dry joint material (1), wherein the exterior member has elastically deformable lips (7b, 7c) projecting from left and right sides of a base (7a), and is formed on left and right sides of legs of the base. Each of the receiving members includes a main body (9a) having a U-shaped cross section, and elastically deformable lips protruding from left and right sides of the main body. (9b, 9c) and fitting projections (9d, 9e) formed on the upper part of the main body.
[0008]
On the other hand, the invention of the method for attaching a dry joint material of the present invention forms a joint groove (5) by contacting two outer wall panels (13, 14) with a pillar (10), and a plurality of joint grooves are formed in the joint groove. The above-mentioned dry joint material is provided in such a state that a plurality of fasteners (4) are arranged at a predetermined pitch and engaged with the engagement grooves (13a, 14a) of the outer wall panel, and the respective fasteners are fixed to the pillars. When mounting (1) in the joint groove, each receiving member (9) of the dry joint material is slid in the longitudinal direction of the external member (6) to avoid interference with the fastener, and the dry joint material is removed. The gist of the invention is to insert a joint material into the joint groove.
[0009]
In the invention of the method for attaching a dry joint material of the present invention, a joint groove (5) is formed by contacting two outer wall panels (13, 14) with a pillar (10), and a plurality of joint grooves are formed in the joint groove. The above-mentioned dry joint material is provided in such a state that a plurality of fasteners (4) are arranged at a predetermined pitch and engaged with the engagement grooves (13a, 14a) of the outer wall panel, and the respective fasteners are fixed to the pillars. When (1) is installed in the joint groove, after receiving each of the receiving members (9) of the dry joint material in the joint groove while avoiding interference with the fasteners, the dry joint is inserted from above. The gist of the present invention is to insert the dry joint material into the joint groove so as to cover the external member (6) of the material and fit the receiving member.
[0010]
The numbers and the like in parentheses are for convenience showing the corresponding elements in the drawings, and therefore, the present invention is not limited to the description on the drawings. The same applies to the fields of “claims” and “action”.
[0011]
[Action]
With the above configuration, the invention of the dry joint material of the present invention works so that the work of cutting the dry joint material (1) at the construction site in accordance with the position of the fastener (4) becomes unnecessary.
[0012]
On the other hand, in the invention of the method of attaching a dry joint material of the present invention, since the receiving member (9) can slide in the longitudinal direction of the appearance member (6), interference between each receiving member and the stopper (4) is prevented. Since it is easily avoided and the receiving member is detachable from the external member, the insertion operation of each receiving member is completed before the external member is inserted into the joint groove (5), and the external member is inserted. It works to improve the workability of the installation.
[0013]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a dry joint material according to the present invention,
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of an external member constituting the dry joint material shown in FIG. 1, (a) is a perspective view, (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of (a),
3 is an enlarged view of a receiving member constituting the dry joint material shown in FIG. 1, (a) is a perspective view, (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of (a),
4A and 4B are cross-sectional views showing the state of application of the dry joint material shown in FIG. 1, wherein FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view of a portion having a fastener, FIG.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the fitting of the joint portion of the outer wall panel.
[0014]
The dry joint material 1 according to the present invention has a long external member 6 as shown in FIG. 1, and the external member 6 is made of flexible rubber or synthetic resin as shown in FIG. A main body 3 having a T-shaped cross section and a metal core 3 made of a metal such as stainless steel having a T-shaped cross section for imparting rigidity to the external main body 7. The appearance body 7 has a base 7a having a T-shaped cross section, and elastically deformable lips 7b and 7c are provided on both right and left sides of the base 7a so as to project in a line-symmetrical manner. Fitting pieces 7d and 7e are formed outwardly on both left and right sides of the legs of the base 7a, respectively, and the core metal 3 is embedded inside the base 7a.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of short receiving members 9 made of a hard synthetic resin such as hard PVC are detachably mounted on the external member 6, and each receiving member 9 is shown in FIG. As described above, the main body 9a has a U-shaped cross section. Elastically deformable lips 9b and 9c are provided on both right and left sides of the main body 9a so as to be symmetrical with each other, and fitting protrusions 9d and 9e are formed on the upper part of the main body 9a inward. Is established. Since these fitting projections 9d and 9e can be fitted to the fitting pieces 7d and 7e of the exterior body 7, respectively, the receiving member 9 can be fitted to the exterior member 6 and the fitted state is maintained. The outer member 6 can be slid in the longitudinal direction as it is.
[0016]
Since the dry joint material 1 according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the waterproofing of the joint groove 5 using the dry joint material 1 is performed according to the following procedure.
[0017]
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, two outer wall panels 13 and 14 are brought into contact with the pillar 10 via the backing material 12 to form the joint groove 5, and the plurality of fasteners 4 are provided in the joint groove 5. The dry joint material 1 is fixed to the pillar 10 by arranging them at a predetermined pitch and engaging with the engaging grooves 13 a and 14 a of the outer wall panels 13 and 14, and fixing the fasteners 4 to the pillars 10 by tapping screws 11. Inserted inside. At this time, the receiving member 9 is moved and inserted so that the receiving member 9 fits between the stoppers 4. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4A, at the portion where the fastener 4 is present, the receiving member 9 does not exist, and the outer member 6 is sealed. As shown in b), since the external member 1 and the receiving member 2 are sealed in a fitted state, the fastener 4 does not become an obstacle and the dry joint material 1 does not rise. When the dry joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 5, as shown in FIG. 4, the lips 7b and 7c of the external body 7 of the external member 6 and the lips 9b and 9c of the receiving member 9 are elastically deformed, and the outer wall panel is deformed. Since the dry joint material 1 is held in the joint groove 5 in a form of being pressed against the end faces of the joints 13 and 14, the dry joint material 1 does not fall off from the joint groove 5, and the work of inserting the dry joint material 1 is smooth. It is performed in.
[0018]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the dry joint material 1 with the plurality of receiving members 9 mounted on the external member 6 is inserted into the joint groove 5 has been described. After inserting only 9 into the joint groove 5 so as not to interfere with the stopper 4, the dry joint material 1 may be inserted so as to be fitted on the receiving member 9 by covering the outer member 6 from above. It is possible. When only the receiving member 9 is inserted into the joint groove 5, the lip 9b, 9c of the receiving member 9 is elastically deformed, and the receiving member 9 is held in the joint groove 5 in a form of being pressed against the end surfaces of the outer wall panels 13, 14. Therefore, the receiving member 9 does not fall off from the joint groove 5, and the subsequent work of inserting the external member 6 can be performed smoothly.
[0019]
In the above-described embodiment, the dry joint material 1 having the appearance member 6 in which the metal core 3 having a T-shaped cross section is embedded in the exterior main body 7 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and when the rigidity of only the appearance main body 7 is sufficient, the core metal 3 may be omitted.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention of the dry joint material of the present invention, a plurality of short receiving members 9 are attached to and detached from the long external member 6 in such a manner that they can slide in the longitudinal direction of the external member 6. In the dry joint material 1 which is freely mounted, the outer appearance member 6 is formed on elastically deformable lips 7b and 7c protruding from left and right sides of a base 7a and left and right sides of legs of the base 7a. Each of the receiving members 9 includes a main body 9a having a U-shaped cross section, and elastically deformable lips 9b and 9c protruding from left and right sides of the main body 9a. And the fitting projections 9d and 9e formed on the upper part of the main body 9a, so that there is no need to cut the dry joint material 1 in accordance with the position of the fastener 4 at the construction site. Therefore, even if the joint 4 has the stopper 4, it can be efficiently taken Possible to provide a dry joint material 1 capable delivers it to become.

Further, since the outer member 6 and the receiving member 9 are used, a fire-resistant function can be added to the dry joint material 1 at a low cost by adding a flame-retardant material or a fire-resistant foam sealing tape to only the receiving member 9. Can be. Further, even if the depth of the joint groove 5 changes, either the external member 6 or the receiving member 9 may be replaced, so that the cost is lower than that of a dry joint material in which the external member 6 and the receiving member 9 are integrated. It becomes. In addition, when a problem occurs in the weather resistance such as fading of the dry joint base material 1, only the appearance member 6 needs to be replaced, so that the replacement work is easy and the cost is advantageous.
[0022]
On the other hand, according to the invention of the method for attaching a dry joint material of the present invention, two outer wall panels 13 and 14 are brought into contact with the pillar 10 to form the joint groove 5, and a plurality of stoppers are formed in the joint groove 5. With the metal fittings 4 arranged at a predetermined pitch and engaged with the engaging grooves 13 a and 14 a of the outer wall panels 13 and 14, the dry joint material 1 is removed while each of the metal fittings 4 is fixed to the pillar 10. When installing in the joint groove 5, each of the receiving members 9 of the dry joint material 1 is slid in the longitudinal direction of the external member 6 to prevent the dry joint material 1 from interfering with the stopper 4. Since the receiving member 9 can be slid in the longitudinal direction of the appearance member 6 because the receiving member 9 is configured to be inserted into the joint groove 5, interference between each receiving member 9 and the stopper 4 is easily avoided. Therefore, even if the joint 4 has the stopper 4 in the joint groove 5, it can be installed efficiently Mounting of Chizai it is possible to provide a.

Further, according to the invention of the method for attaching a dry joint material of the present invention, two outer wall panels 13 and 14 are brought into contact with the pillar 10 to form the joint groove 5, and a plurality of stoppers are formed in the joint groove 5. With the metal fittings 4 arranged at a predetermined pitch and engaged with the engaging grooves 13 a and 14 a of the outer wall panels 13 and 14, the dry joint material 1 is removed while each of the metal fittings 4 is fixed to the pillar 10. At the time of installation in the joint groove 5, each receiving member 9 of the dry joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 5 while avoiding interference with the stopper 4, and then the dry joint material 1 is placed thereon. The dry joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 5 by fitting the outer member 6 to the receiving member 9 to cover the outer member 6. Before the external member 6 is inserted into the joint groove 5, Since the setting operation is completed and the workability of inserting the external member 6 is improved, it is possible to provide a method of attaching a dry joint material that can be efficiently attached even if the fastener 4 is present in the joint groove 5. It becomes possible.
