Description
【0001】
【0054】
K2=k1+S×K2+VS×k3+W3×k4+Ls×k5(kn:係数) ・・・・・・(1),
【0073】
K1=k1+S×K2+V×k3+W3×k4+Ls×k5(kn:係数)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air bag system for a vehicle, for example, an air bag system for an automobile as a typical vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In automobiles, which are typical vehicles, in recent years, so-called airbag systems that mitigate the impact on passengers in the event of an accident have been rapidly spreading due to the increased interest in safety of users.
[0003]
Moreover, as such an air bag system, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-165008 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-277123 detect the situation of an occupant of a vehicle and perform an operation of deploying an air bag according to the detected condition. Techniques for controlling timing and deployment pressure have been proposed.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-165011 proposes a method for notifying the occupant when the airbag is not deployed.
[0005]
Furthermore, in recent years, a smart airbag system has also been proposed in which a so-called multistage inflator is used to control the airbag deployment pressure in response to an external impact.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the airbag system using the conventional multistage inflator, the occupant or service person can easily recognize how much the inflator is used when the airbag is deployed after the airbag is deployed. I can't.
[0007]
In such a case, since it is impossible for the occupant to recognize whether or not the second and subsequent airbags are to be deployed, there is a possibility that he / she may hesitate to determine the action to be performed after the first impact. In addition, for service personnel, when repairing or disposing of a used airbag unit, the handling of unused explosives in the inflator remaining in the used airbag unit must be handled carefully. The work cannot be done quickly.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle airbag system that notifies the state of an inflator after deployment of an airbag.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the vehicle airbag system of the present invention is characterized by the following configuration.
[0010]
That is, an air bag system for a vehicle comprising: an initiating means for deploying an air bag provided in a vehicle; and a control means for initiating the initiating means based on a state of an occupant of the vehicle, wherein the controlling means includes: Including an informing means for informing a state after use of the detonation means when the airbag is deployed. When the airbag is deployed, the notification means displays the state after use of the detonation means for a predetermined time on a display provided on the vehicle. It is characterized by. Thereby, a passenger is notified of the state of the detonation means after the airbag is deployed.
[0011]
Also,An air bag system for a vehicle, comprising: an initiating means for deploying an air bag provided in a vehicle; and a control means for initiating the initiating means based on a state of an occupant of the vehicle, wherein the control means includes an air bag Including an informing means for informing a state after use of the detonation means,The control means is characterized in that when the airbag is deployed, the control is continued by an unused explosive among the explosives included in the explosive means. As a result, the passenger is notified of the state of the detonator after the airbag is deployed. Also,Responding to so-called multistage collision accidents, etc., by controlling the deployed airbag with an unused initiatorit can.
[0013]
Further, the vehicle airbag system includes: an explosion means for deploying an airbag provided in the vehicle; and a control means for detonating the explosion means based on a state of an occupant of the vehicle, wherein the control means includes: Including an informing means for informing a state after use of the initiating means when the airbag is deployed; The control means recognizes an explosive that is scheduled to be used among the explosives included in the explosive means based on a current output signal of a sensor that detects the state of the occupant before the airbag is deployed. Preferably, the notification means notifies the state after use of the initiation means by the notification means when the control means deploys an airbag, and the initiation means has If the amount of the initiator that was scheduled to be used among the initiators is different from the amount of the initiator actually used, the reason for the difference may be notified. As a result, the passenger is notified of the state of the detonator after the airbag is deployed. As a result, it is possible for the occupant to recognize whether or not the second and subsequent airbags are to be deployed, and to easily determine the action to be performed after the first impact.
[0014]
Further, the vehicle airbag system includes: an explosion means for deploying an airbag provided in the vehicle; and a control means for detonating the explosion means based on a state of an occupant of the vehicle, wherein the control means includes: Including an informing means for informing a state after use of the initiating means when the airbag is deployed; The control means further includes storage means for storing a state after use of the initiation means. The control means determines, based on the current output signal of the sensor that detects the state of the occupant before the airbag is deployed, the amount of the initiator to be used among the initiators included in the initiator. It is possible to notify recognizable by the notifying means, and the storage means is the amount of the initiating agent scheduled to be used among the initiating agents of the initiating means when the control means deploys the airbag. And the amount of the explosive actually used, and the storage means is the explosive that was scheduled to be used among the explosives possessed by the explosive means when the control means deployed the airbag. When the amount of the agent is different from the amount of the initiator actually used, the reason for the difference is also stored. As a result, the passenger is notified of the state of the detonator after the airbag is deployed. Also,For example, the safety of workers during maintenance is improved.
