この発明はパチンコ機のような遊技機を製造する際に、検査で不良と認定された遊技基板又は遊技基板に意匠図の描かれた遊技盤を搬送ラインより自動的に排出する装置に関する。

パチンコ機メーカーでは、ベニヤ板のような遊技基板の片側表面に意匠図の描かれたセルシートを一体に結合するセル貼付工程、事後工程での作業の位置決めとなる基準孔やガイドレールの取付用孔を切削加工する多軸穴空け工程、遊技釘や遊技機能部品取付用の下穴を押し空けるゲージプレス工程、遊技機能部品取付用の開口を切削加工するルータ工程、遊技釘を打ち込む釘打ち工程、ガイドレールや遊技機能部品を取り付ける組み立て工程、遊技機能部品が正常に動作するか検査する検査工程等を順に経て遊技盤(ゲージ盤)を製造している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
遊技基板又は遊技盤の外形寸法、厚さ、直角度、反り等の物理的諸元が所定範囲に入っていないと、セル貼付工程でセルシートの位置決め不良やセルシート貼付不良を生じ、ルータ工程で座繰りの深さ不良を生じ、釘打ち工程で遊技釘が打ち込めないような打ち込み不良を生じたり、又、完成した遊技盤が当該遊技盤をパチンコ店の島に取り付けるための機枠に入りにくいという不都合がある。このようなことから、木工メーカーより略方形に切断されたベニヤ板のような遊技基板が例えば4枚平面的に格子状に並べられた組をパレット上に70段〜80段程度積み重ねられて納入された遊技基板ブロックを1ロットとし、作業者が1ロット毎に数枚の遊技基板を抜き取って所定の検査項目に従って測定する抜き取り検査を行っており、生産効率の低下が否めなかった。

そこで、この発明は遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送ライン上で検査した際に、不良と認定された遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送ラインより自動的に排出して、生産効率を高めることができる遊技機製造用不良遊技基板又は不良遊技盤の排出装置を提供しようとするもである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る遊技機製造用不良遊技基板又は不良遊技盤の排出装置は、遊技基板又は遊技基板に意匠図の描かれた遊技盤を搬送する搬送ラインを搬送ラインの搬送方向の中間部で上流側搬送ラインと下流側搬送ラインとに分割し、分割された上流側搬送ラインと下流側搬送ラインとを互いに上記搬送方向に離隔配置して、上流側搬送ラインと下流側搬送ラインとの相互間に遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送姿勢のまま取り込むための不良排出空間を形成し、上流側搬送ラインには当該上流側搬送ラインで搬送される遊技基板又は遊技盤の不良を検出するための検査装置を設け、不良排出空間には、上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に向けて遊技基板又は遊技盤を上記搬送方向と同じ方向に搬送する搬送機構と、この搬送機構の下方に位置して当該搬送機構より落下する不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤を受け取って不良排出空間より排出する排出機構とを設け、上記不良排出空間に設けられた搬送機構は、上記搬送方向と交差する方向に相対峙してアクチュエーターで前進後退する一対の可動板と、一対の可動板の内側に設けられて上記搬送方向と同じ方向に上流側搬送ラインより受け取った遊技基板又は遊技盤を下流側搬送ラインにアクチュエーターで遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送する搬送路を形成するように上記搬送方向と交差する方向に相対峙する一対の搬送部とを備え、一対の可動板がアクチュエーターにより不良排出空間の上記搬送方向と交差する外側から不良排出空間の方向に向けて互いに近づく方向に前進して停止しており、一対の搬送部がアクチュエーターにより遊技基板又は遊技盤を上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間を経由して下流側搬送ラインに搬送する形態において、検査装置が上流側搬送ラインで搬送される遊技基板又は遊技盤の不良を検出し、検査装置で不良として検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤が上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に到達した場合は、一対の可動板がアクチュエーターにより不良排出空間から上記搬送方向と交差する外側に向けて後退することによって、一対の搬送部の相対峙する間隔が上流側搬送ラインより受け取った不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送路より搬送姿勢のまま排出機構に向けて落下させるための空間として形成されることを特徴としている。本発明に係る遊技機製造用不良遊技基板又は不良遊技盤の排出装置によれば、上流側搬送ラインと不良排出空間に設けられた搬送機構および下流側搬送ラインが遊技基板又は遊技盤を上流側搬送ラインから下流側搬送ラインに向けて搬送する過程において、検査装置が上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に設けられた搬送機構に送られる遊技基板又は遊技盤を不良と検出し、この不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤が搬送ラインより搬送機構における一対の搬送部を経由して不良排出空間に到達すると、搬送機構における一対の可動板が後退して当該不良と認定された遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送姿勢のまま一対の搬送部から下方に落下し、この搬送姿勢のまま落下する遊技基板又は遊技盤を排出機構が受け取って不良排出空間より排出することにより、不良排出空間より下流側での無駄な製品作りを不良と認定された遊技基板又は遊技盤に行うことなく、コストダウンを図り、生産効率を向上することができる。一対の搬送部より上方に突出する一対の可動板の内側面が一対の搬送部で搬送される遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送方向に誘導するガイド部として形成されれば、搬送機構における一対の搬送部が遊技基板又は遊技盤を上流側搬送ラインから下流側搬送ラインに的確に誘導することができる。不良排出空間の下流側にはアクチュエーターで可動板と同じ方向に前進後退する基板ストッパーが設けられ、検査装置で不良と検出されていない遊技基板又は遊技盤が上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に送られる場合は、基板ストッパーがアクチュエーターにより搬送機構における搬送部の搬送路から後退して停止しており、検査装置で不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤が上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に送られる場合は、基板ストッパーがアクチュエーターにより搬送機構における搬送部の搬送路に突出して上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に送られた不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤を不良排出空間に停止すれば、排出しようとする不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤の位置を正確に決めて、当該遊技基板又は遊技盤を的確に排出することができる。不良排出空間には不良排出空間に設けられた搬送機構から排出機構に不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤を搬送姿勢のまま受け渡す受渡機構を設け、受渡機構は、上記搬送方向と交差する方向に相対峙してアクチュエーターで可動板と同じ方向に前進後退する一対の受体と、上記搬送方向と交差する方向に相対峙する一対の突当棒とを備え、検査装置で不良と検出されていない遊技基板又は遊技盤が上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に送られる場合は、一対の受体がアクチュエータにより不良排出空間から不良排出空間の上記搬送方向と交差する外側に向けて後退して停止しており、検査装置で不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤が上流側搬送ラインから不良排出空間に到達した場合は、一対の受体がアクチュエーターにより不良排出空間の上記搬送方向と交差する外側から不良排出空間の方向に向けて互いに近づく方向に前進して停止することによって搬送機構における一対の搬送部の上に位置する遊技基板又は遊技盤の下に潜り込んで搬送機構における一対の可動板の後退に伴う一対の搬送部の間より落下する遊技基板又は遊技盤を搭載させた後に、一対の受体がアクチュエーターにより不良排出空間から不良排出空間の上記搬送方向と交差する外側に向けて後退することによって、一対の受体の相対峙する間隔が上流側搬送ラインより受け取った不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤を一対の受体より搬送姿勢のまま排出機構に向けて落下させるための空間として形成され、この一対の受体の相対峙する間隔が上流側搬送ラインより受け取った不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤を一対の受体より搬送姿勢のまま排出機構に向けて落下させるための空間として形成される過程において、一対の突当棒が一対の可動板の後退により一対の可動板よりも不良排出空間の方向である内側に突出することによって遊技基板又は遊技盤を後退する一対の受体と共連れしないように押して一対の受体から落下させれば、一対の受体から落下する遊技基板又は遊技盤が落下時にそれ以外の部分に鋭角状に衝突して損傷を受けるような不都合を解消することができる。排出機構は、搬送機構から落下した遊技基板又は遊技盤を多数枚積み重ねてブロックに形成するリフターと、リフターより搬送されたブロックを受け取る積替機構とを備えれば、不良と検出された遊技基板又は遊技盤を多数枚一塊として、搬送ラインより所定の不良材料貯留所に運搬することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1〜8は一実施形態を示している。図1において、遊技基板1を搭載して搬送方向Xに向けて搬送する搬送ライン2は、遊技基板1の搬送方向Xと直交する前後方向に所定間隔を以て相対峙された一対のコンベアフレーム2aに複数のローラー2bを搬送方向Xに並列配置したローラーコンベアに形成されている。搬送ライン2には遊技基板1が1枚だけ搬送姿勢のまま取り込める平面積を有する不良排出空間3が形成されている。実際には、搬送ライン2を搬送方向Xの中間部で分割し、分割された上・下流側のライン構成要素を互いに搬送方向Xに離隔配置して、ライン構成要素の相互間に不良排出空間3を形成するが、図を簡明にすることから、図1では上流側のライン構成要素のみを、搬送ライン2として図示し、下流側のライン構成要素を省略してある。不良排出空間3には装置本体4を搬送ライン2から搬出される遊技基板1と干渉しないように配置してある。
