【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は濾過器としても、篩器としても使用できる濾過器兼篩器に関する。

【従来の技術】
塗装用スプレーガンには塗料をガンに供給するカップが付属しているが、カップの容量は大きくても1立程度で少ないため、大量に塗装をする場合は何回もカップに塗料を補給しなければならず、補給に手間取り、塗装の作業効率が低下する。このため、バケツ式の提手を有する容量4立程度のホッパ形で、開閉コックを有する底の給液口に可撓チューブの一端部を連結し、塗装用スプレーガンからは付属のカップを外し、ガンのカップ取付口に上記チューブの他端部を連結し、提手を適宜のフックに引掛けて吊下げ、ガンに塗料を供給する通称ポリタンクを使用することが行われている。いずれの場合も、塗料のなかに異物が含まれていると、その異物がスプレーガンの中に浸入し、スプレーガンのノズルを詰まらせ、塗料をスプレーすることができなくなる。この傾向は、前日などに使い残した塗料を再使用する場合に多く発生する。こうなると塗装作業を中断し、スプレーガンを分解し、ノズルに詰まっている異物を除去しなければならず、非常に手数がかゝり、手も汚れる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、スプレーガンのカップや、前述のポリタンクなど容器の大きさに対応したメガホン形の紙製円錐筒の小径開口部を、濾布(メッシュ100〜200程度)を張って塞いだ使い捨て用濾過器が市販されているので、それを使用し、スプレーガンのカップやポリタンクに入れる塗料を濾過している。この濾過器は、メガホン形の紙製円錐筒の小径開口部に濾布を取付けて塞ぐのに手数がかゝるため比較的高価であり、1回使用しただけで捨てるのは省資源に反する。更に、濾過面積はメガホン形の円錐筒の小径開口部の開口面積に依存するので、円錐筒内に大径部から入れた塗料の全量を濾過し終わるまで非常に時間がかゝる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上述した問題点を解消し、篩器としても使用できる濾過器を提供するために開発されたもので、請求項1の濾過器兼篩器は、環状枠、上記環状枠から半径方向外向きに突出した把手を有する虫メガネ形の、同大の上フレーム及び下フレームと、上記上下の両フレームの重合した環状枠の間に周縁部を挟まれて支持される可撓な透過シートとからなり、上記下フレームの環状枠には外周側と内周側とに円周方向に一定の間隔を保って同心状の複数の外側弧状スリットと、内側弧状スリットとを設け、上フレームの環状枠の下面には上記外側弧状スリットと同心状で、同じ間隔を円周方向に保った複数の下向き突起と、内側弧状スリットと同心状で、同じ間隔を円周方向に保ち、上記下向き突起と位相を異にし、且つ下向き長さが上記下向き突起よりも短く、下向き突起が上記外側弧状スリットの間隔上に位置しているときは内側弧状スリットの上面から上に離れ、下向き突起が外側弧状スリットに突入したときは内側弧状スリットに突入する下向き刺片とを設け、フレームの環状枠に半径方向外向きに突出した複数の張り出し片を設け、下フレームの上記張り出し片には、両フレームの環状枠を重合状態で回動し、両環状枠の半径方向に突出した把手が上下に重なったときに、フレームの環状枠の上記張り出し片と、上記透過シートの周縁部の一部とを受入れ、両環状枠と、その間に透過シートを重合状態に保持する保持片を設けた

【発明の実施の形態】
図1、図2は請求項1の一実施例、図3、図4は請求項2の一実施例であり、両実施例は虫メガネ形の、ほゞ同大の、例えばプラスチックで成形された上フレームAと、下フレームBとを有する。上フレームAと下フレームBは内外に回転自在に嵌合する円筒部1A、1B(下フレームの円筒部1Bの内周に上フレームの円筒部1Aが嵌合する。)と、上記各円筒部1A、1Bの外周から鍔状に張り出した環状枠2A、2Bと、各環状枠から半径方向外向きに突出した把手3A、3Bとを有し、環状枠2Aと2Bとは外径が同一であり、把手3Aと3Bとは図2(B)、図4(B)で示したように上下に重なることができる。つまり、上、下のフレームAとBとは、環状枠2A、把手3Aと、環状枠2B、把手3Bとを有するのでほゞ同大の虫メガネ形なのである。
