Description
【0001】

【0048】
Qob=N×3.14×d1 2 ×H×n×η/4 …(2)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a scroll compressor used as a refrigerant compressor for refrigeration and air conditioning, a refrigerator, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-9973 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-51950), the scroll compressor of the prior art is supplied with refrigerant gas compressed by a scroll compression mechanism from an upper discharge chamber. It reaches the motor room via the communication path. Next, the refrigerant gas flows out from the discharge pipe of the compressor through the periphery of the electric motor. The back pressure chamber on the back of the end plate of the orbiting scroll has a structure in which the lubricating oil discharged from the seal ring can be easily stored.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional techniquesIn the artIn the back pressure chamber(Low pressure chamber)Contains the lubricating oil discharged from the hydraulic chamber, which is a high-pressure chamber, through the throttle passage provided in the seal ring, and the oil flows through the thrust bearing surface to the suction chamber side. . The oil amount is adjusted by the size of the oil film thickness of the throttle passage provided in the seal ring and the thrust bearing surface provided on the back surface of the outer periphery of the end plate of the orbiting scroll. In such a configuration, since there is only a single oil amount adjustment function, and a large amount of oil tends to flow out even at a small throttle part, the oil amount adjustment is unstable,HighThere is a problem in that the volumetric efficiency of the compressor is reduced due to the heating action of the suction refrigerant gas due to the oil path through which the pressurized oil flows into the suction chamber side.
The present inventionThe purpose of the present invention is to obtain a scroll compressor that can easily realize the amount of oil flowing from a high pressure hydraulic chamber to a low pressure chamber within an appropriate range.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a high pressure hydraulic chamber and a low pressure chamber are provided on the rear plate portion of the orbiting scroll via a seal portion, and a hole having a diameter equal to or smaller than the seal ring width of the seal portion is provided on the rear plate portion of the orbiting scroll. As the orbiting scroll having the hole makes an orbiting circular motion, the oil in the hydraulic chamber accumulates in the hole and constitutes an oil leakage means that is discharged on the low pressure chamber side across the seal ring. It is said.
[0005]
Alternatively, a high-pressure hydraulic chamber and a low-pressure chamber are provided on the rear plate portion of the orbiting scroll via a seal portion, and the stationary side frame pedestal facing the rear surface of the orbiting mirror plate has a hole diameter equal to or smaller than the seal ring width of the seal portion. As the orbiting scroll having the seal ring of the seal portion that seals both chambers moves in a circular motion, the oil in the hydraulic chamber accumulates in the hole, and the seal ring straddles the hole. Is intermittently set to a low-pressure atmosphere to constitute oil leakage means for discharging oil accumulated in the hole in the low-pressure chamber.
[0006]
In such a configuration, the amount of oil leakage from the sealing means to the low pressure chamber or the back pressure chamber is made very small, and after the small amount of oil lubricates sliding parts such as the Oldham part, it is provided in the end plate part of the orbiting scroll. It is characterized by a structure in which oil is injected into the compression chamber through the fine pores. By adopting such a configuration means, by optimizing the amount of oil flowing from the high pressure
[0007]
Oil is injected into the compression chamber through the pores provided in the end plate of the orbiting scroll, so that the oil is discharged smoothly from the back pressure chamber and the intermediate pressure of the conventional machine fluctuates. Is avoided. In addition, if the amount of oil is small, stirring loss does not occur. Further, the trace amount of oil moves to the Oldham
[0008]
Further, as a specific oil leakage structure added to the sealing means, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, it is provided in the annular groove on the end surface of the center portion of the frame at the tip surface of the orbiting boss portion having the orbiting scroll bearing portion. Provided with a hole having a hole diameter equal to or smaller than the seal ring width, and as the turning boss part having the orbiting scroll bearing part having the hole makes a turning circular motion, the oil in the hydraulic chamber around the spindle accumulates in the hole, There is an embodiment in which an oil leakage means is formed such that the oil is discharged on the back pressure chamber side across the seal ring.
[0009]
The transfer by this structure is hereinafter referred to as “oil pocket type transfer method”. As shown in FIG. 27, the amount of leaked oil (Qob) by the oil pocket type transfer method is not determined by the differential pressure between the high pressure hydraulic chamber and the back pressure chamber, but the number of rotations of the crankshaft and the total volume of the holes. As a result, the oil leakage amount can be kept constant regardless of the operating pressure conditions, and can be improved including the problems of performance degradation and performance variation caused by the oil of the conventional machine. There is an action and an effect that can prevent the lowered reliability.
[0010]
In the case of the conventional machine, as shown by the two-dot chain line (straight line (a)) and broken line (straight line (b)) in FIG. 27, the oil leakage amount characteristic proportional to the differential pressure between the high pressure hydraulic chamber and the back pressure chamber. Therefore, dozens of kg / cm2For example, 100cmThreeWhen it is desired to keep it below 1 minute, the passage area of the throttle part in the above cited example is about 0.05 mm.2Therefore, there is a problem or a problem that the oil leakage amount has an oil leakage amount characteristic having a large variation as shown in the straight line (a) and the straight line (b) in FIG.
[0011]
Further, as another minute oil leakage structure added to the sealing means, a recess portion having an opening equal to or larger than the seal ring width is provided on the tip surface of the swivel boss portion, and the swivel boss portion having the recess portion performs a swivel motion. As a result, the oil in the hydraulic chamber around the main shaft accumulates in the recess and constitutes an oil leakage means that drains oil on the back pressure chamber side across the seal ring, and the center position of the recess rotates. It is characterized in that it is set inward or outward from the center diameter of the annular seal ring fitted in the annular groove on the end face of the frame center with respect to the center.
[0012]
By doing so, the hydraulic chamber and the back pressure chamber around the spindle are intermittently communicated via the recess. The larger the eccentric dimension, the shorter the communication period between the two chambers, and the oil leakage amount can be adjusted. Further, as another oil leakage structure added to the sealing means, a dimple-shaped fine hole may be provided on the tip surface of the orbiting boss portion having the orbiting scroll bearing portion. The dimple-like micropore structure on the tip surface of the swivel boss has the effect of reducing the deformation of the sliding surface of the resin seal ring, and has the effect of extending the life of the resin seal ring. In addition, a minute gap (abutment gap) provided in the circumferential direction of the seal ring can prevent creep deformation due to thermal expansion.
[0013]
Furthermore, in this structure, since the high-temperature oil leakage action from the side space of the conventional machine to the suction chamber can be prevented, the internal heating amount of the suction gas in the suction chamber can be reduced. For this reason, the overall heat insulation efficiency can be greatly improved by improving the volumetric efficiency and reducing the stirring loss by reducing the internal heating amount of the suction gas. In addition, this effect and action are significant in the present invention under the operating conditions in the high pressure ratio region of the conventional machine in which the bearing oil amount increases and the internal heating amount of the suction gas increases.

According to the above embodiment, the high-temperature oil leakage action from the side space seen in the conventional machine to the suction chamber 5f can be suppressed to a minute amount as much as possible, so that the internal heating amount of the suction gas in the suction chamber can be greatly reduced. . For this reason, the overall heat insulation efficiency can be greatly improved by improving the volumetric efficiency and reducing the stirring loss by reducing the internal heating amount of the suction gas. In addition, this effect and action are remarkable in high pressure ratio operation conditions in which the bearing oil amount increases and the internal heating amount of the intake gas increases as compared with the conventional machine using the differential pressure oil supply method.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
[0055]
(1) By the orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll and the seal part,In the orbiting boss of the orbiting scrollSince oil leakage means is provided for intermittently discharging the oil in the high pressure hydraulic chamber to the low pressure chamber side, the amount of oil flowing from the high pressure hydraulic chamber to the low pressure chamber can be easily adjusted to an appropriate range. In comparison, since the amount of oil flowing from the high pressure hydraulic chamber to the low pressure chamber can be significantly reduced, the oil pool phenomenon in the low pressure chamber space can be avoided. As a result, it is possible to reliably supply an appropriate amount of oil to the Oldham sliding part and the like, and to reduce the oil to an appropriate minimum amount. As well as achieving higher performance, the amount of oil rising from the compressor to the outside can also be reduced.
[0056]
(2) According to the inventions of claims 1 and 2,In the orbiting boss of the orbiting scrollSince a constant amount of oil flowing from the high pressure hydraulic chamber to the low pressure chamber can always be secured regardless of the differential pressure, it is possible to more reliably avoid the oil shortage phenomenon at the sliding portion between the back pressure chamber and the Oldham chamber.
