Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an X-ray apparatus, and in particular, X-ray imaging in a state where an abdomen of a patient on a top plate is compressed with a compression rod by an X-ray generator and an X-ray receiver attached to both ends of a C-arm. The present invention relates to an X-ray apparatus that performs the above.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 is a block diagram of the main part of an X-ray apparatus T0 equipped with a conventional compression rod.
As shown in FIG. 5, the X-ray apparatus T 0 has an X-ray generator 102 fixed to the upper end of a C-arm (video system support unit) 101 and an image intensifier (II) 103 at the lower end. Is fixed. X-ray generator 102 and I.I. I. A top plate 104 on which a patient (not shown) is placed is disposed between the device 103 and the device 103.
[0003]
A compression cylinder 106 that drives a compression rod 105 that compresses the patient's abdomen and the like in the vertical direction (compression operation direction) is disposed at the center of the C-arm 101. The C-arm 101 is configured to be rotatable about the rotation axis R in the direction of the arrow R1 by a C-arm rotation device 107 that forms part of an X-ray apparatus main body (not shown).
[0004]
When X-ray imaging is performed, for example, a patient who takes barium or the like is supine on the top plate 104, and the abdomen of the patient follows the center line C of the X-ray cone in a predetermined direction and intensity by the compression rod 105. The X-ray imaging under a predetermined condition is performed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional X-ray apparatus T 0, the compression rod 105 and the compression cylinder 106 are rotated in the same direction simultaneously with the C arm 101 as shown in FIG. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6B, the direction Y1 for fluoroscopy / photographing with X-rays and the direction Y2 for compression cannot be changed. H is the installation direction (horizontal line direction) of the X-ray apparatus main body.
[0006]
In addition, depending on the X-ray device, there is a type that can be switched between AP (antero-posterior, abdominal back direction) and PA (postero-anterior, front-rear direction). Can only shoot from either AP or PA.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an X-ray apparatus in which the direction of fluoroscopic imaging with X-rays and the direction of pressing with a compression rod can be operated independently of each other.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention described in claim 1 is to fix the X-ray generation unit and the X-ray image receiving unit to both ends of the support member, respectively, In an X-ray apparatus provided with a compression rod driving unit for placing a compression plate between the top plate and driving a compression rod for pressing the patient's abdomen on the top plate,
The compression rod driving unit is supported to be rotatable independently of the rotation direction of the support member.
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the compression rod drive unit (compression cylinder) 4 is rotatably supported independently of the rotation direction of the support member (C arm) 101. . Therefore, since the compression part 105 of the patient (not shown) on the top 104 can be compressed with the compression rod 105, the X-ray generator 102 and the X-ray receiver (II) 103 are viewed from the viewpoint of the imaging direction. The patient can be squinted and the diagnostic ability can be improved.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to already demonstrated part and duplication description is abbreviate | omitted.
FIGS. 1A and 1B are a front view and a side view of an X-ray apparatus T1 according to this embodiment. The X-ray apparatus T1 is a switchable type between AP (abdominal back direction) and PA (rear front direction).
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1 (A) and 1 (B), a cylindrical compression cylinder support member 1 protrudes in parallel with the horizontal direction H on the left side surface of the C-arm rotation device 107, and the compression cylinder support member 1 The central axis coincides with the compression cylinder rotation central axis R. A driven sprocket 2 is rotatably fitted on the base side of the compression cylinder support member 1, and an inner ring of the bearing 3 is fixed to the distal end portion of the support member 1.
[0011]
Further, the right side surface of the compression cylinder 4 having a vertically long rectangular parallelepiped shape is fixed to the outer ring of the bearing 3.
Therefore, the compression cylinder 4 is rotatable about the central axis R at the distal end portion of the compression cylinder support member 1. A compression rod 105 is attached to the left side surface of the compression cylinder 4 so as to be movable up and down (in the compression operation direction). The compression rod 105 is configured to be rotatable in the direction of the arrow R2 around the fulcrum 105a.
[0012]
A motor 5 is fixed to the front side surface of the C-arm rotation device 107, and a drive sprocket 6 is attached to the output shaft of the motor 5. A chain (not shown) is stretched between the driven sprocket 2 and the drive sprocket 6, and the rotation of the motor 5 is transmitted to the driven sprocket 2 via the drive sprocket 6 and the chain.
[0013]
A brake 7 is attached to the back side of the motor 5, and the compression cylinder 4 is temporarily fixed at a desired angle (see FIG. 2) by the operation of the brake 7.
Next, the operation will be described. As described above, the X-ray apparatus T1 of this embodiment is a type that can be switched between AP and PA, and will be described separately for AP and PA.
(1) Operation of compression cylinder and compression rod when set to AP As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, when the C arm 101 is temporarily fixed vertically to the horizontal direction H The compression rod 105 is moved up and down with respect to the abdomen of a patient (not shown) lying on the top plate 104. Then, X-rays are irradiated downward from the X-ray generator 102, and I.V. I. X-ray imaging is performed when the image is captured at 103 and both the C-arm 101 and the compression rod 105 are set vertically.
[0014]
FIG. 2 is a front view when the C-arm 101 is inclined by an angle α with respect to the vertical line, and the compression cylinder 4 and the compression rod 105 are driven in the vertical direction.
In this case, first, the motor 5 is driven and the compression cylinder 4 is inclined with respect to the central axis of the C arm 101 by an angle α, and the brake 7 is operated and temporarily fixed in the state of the angle α.
[0015]
Next, the abdomen of a patient (not shown) or the like on the top plate 104 is compressed in the vertical direction to the depth of imaging conditions by the compression rod 105, and X-ray imaging is performed.
In this way, X-ray imaging can be performed from a desired angle when the patient who is supine on the top board 104 is pressed with the pressing bar 105.
(2) Operation of compression cylinder and compression rod when set to PA FIGS. 3A and 3B show the state of PA when the X-ray apparatus T1 is switched from the AP state (see FIG. 1A). It is the front view and side view when it is set to.
[0016]
When X-ray imaging is performed, X-rays are irradiated upward from the X-ray generator 102, and I.V. I. A desired X-ray image is taken after being imaged at 103.
FIG. 4 is a front view when the C-arm 101 is inclined by an angle β with respect to the vertical line, and the compression cylinder 4 and the compression rod 105 are driven in the vertical direction.
[0017]
In this case, first, the motor 5 is driven and the compression cylinder 4 is inclined with respect to the central axis of the C arm 101 by an angle β, and the brake 7 is operated and temporarily fixed in the state of this angle β.
[0018]
Next, the abdomen of a patient (not shown) or the like on the top panel 104 is compressed in the vertical direction to the depth of the imaging conditions with the compression rod 105, and X-ray imaging is performed.
In this way, X-ray imaging can be performed from a desired angle when the patient who is supine on the top board 104 is pressed with the pressing bar 105.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, the case where the angle between the C arm and the compression cylinder is set by driving and driven sprockets has been described. However, for example, gears and pulleys may be used.
In the present embodiment, the rotation axis of the C arm and the rotation axis of the compression cylinder are made common, but the rotation axis of the C arm and the rotation axis of the compression cylinder may be separated.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the compression rod driving unit is supported so as to be rotatable independently of the rotation direction of the support member (C arm), the patient's compression site on the top board is supported. It is possible to improve the diagnostic ability.
