Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a window hole structure suitable for corrugated cardboard and a corrugated cardboard box formed by forming window holes in a side plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A square window hole may be formed in the side plate of the cardboard box in order to take out the product from the side. Conventionally, this window hole is formed by cutting out a rectangular through-hole in a corrugated cardboard, and attaching a molding member in a shape of a U-shaped cross-section to each side of the through-hole and obliquely cutting both ends. It is comprised so that a part may be faced | matched.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional window hole structure described above may be detached when receiving a load because the molding members are disjoint and not fixed. Further, since each molding member is disjoint and the load applied to the side plate is concentrated on both sides of the window hole, the strength of the side plate is surely reduced by the amount of the window hole provided. In order to solve such a problem, it is only necessary to rigidly join the abutting portions of all molding members to form a complete frame, but there is no rational means for easily and reliably rigidly joining the molding members to each other. .
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and a first object thereof is to provide a window hole structure capable of simply and reliably rigidly joining the molding members attached to each side of the through hole. is there. A second object is to provide a cardboard box to which such a window hole structure is applied.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the first object, the present invention has a polygonal through-hole formed in a cardboard, and a synthetic resin molding member having a U-shaped cross section is attached to each side of the through-hole. In the corrugated cardboard window structure in which the ends of adjacent molding members are abutted, a notch or a hole-like shape is located at or near the corner of the through hole and corresponding to the abutting portion of the molding members. A corrugated cardboard formed by forming a joint space and fitting a joint plate made of a synthetic resin into the joint space, further thermally welding the joint plate and the molding member, and rigidly joining all the molding members in a frame shape via each joint plate The window hole structure is provided.
[0006]
In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides a corrugated cardboard box having a side plate formed with window holes as described in (1) to (3) below.
{Circle around (1)} Polygonal through holes are formed, and synthetic resin molding members having a U-shaped cross section are attached to each side of the through holes, and the ends of the adjacent molding members are abutted. {Circle around (2)} A notch or hole-shaped joint space is formed at a corner portion of the through hole or in the vicinity thereof so as to correspond to the butted portion of the molding members.
(3) A joint plate made of synthetic resin is fitted into the joint space, and the joint plate and the molding member are thermally welded, and all the molding members are rigidly joined in a frame shape via each joint plate.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a front view in a half cross section showing a cardboard, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a window hole structure, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG.
[0008]
The cardboard 1 is made of plastic (polypropylene) and has a known structure in which a core member 2c is formed innumerably between two substrates 2a and 2b. A rectangular window hole 3 is formed in the cardboard 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the window hole 3 is formed by drilling rectangular through holes 4 in the cardboard 1 and mounting four molding members 5 on each side of the through holes 4. The molding member 5 is made of a synthetic resin and has a groove 5a having a width corresponding to the plate thickness of the cardboard 1, and the edge of the cardboard 1 is fitted into the groove 5a. Each molding member 5 has its both ends cut at about 45 degrees, and adjacent molding members 5 and 5 abut each other at an angle of 90 degrees. Each of the molding members 5, 5... Is fitted into each side of the through-hole 4 in order, but only the last molding member 5 has a bifurcated portion at one end (see Z in FIG. 2). It is necessary to push down like the two-dot chain line in FIG.
[0009]
Thus, L-shaped joint spaces 6 are notched in the four corners of the through holes 4, and L-shaped joint plates 7 made of synthetic resin are fitted into the joint spaces 6. Therefore, when the molding member 5 is fitted to the edge of the through-hole 4 in the manner described above, the joint plate 7 corresponds to the abutting portion between the molding members 5. In FIG. 1, when the circular region Y centering on the butt portion between the molding members 5 and 5 is thermally welded, the two molding members 5 and 5 and the joint plate 7 are integrated, and the joint plate 7 is The molding members 5 and 5 are rigidly joined to each other. If all the corner portions are thermally welded in this way, all the molding members 5, 5... Are integrally rigidly joined to form a square frame. The molding members 5, 5, which are a single frame, have a very high strength against force in any direction, and therefore sufficiently reduce the strength of the cardboard 1 due to the provision of the window holes 3. You can make up for it.
[0010]
Needless to say, the shapes of the joint space 6 and the joint plate 7 are not limited to the L shape. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the joint space 6 is circular and provided in the vicinity of the corner portion, and the joint plate 7 is also circular and is fitted into the joint space 6, or the joint space 6 is triangular as shown in FIG. The joint plate 7 may be provided in the vicinity and fitted into the joint space 6 in a triangular shape. Further, if the part to be heat-welded is located at the center of the abutting part between the two molding members 5 as shown in the region Y in FIG. 1, the two molding members 5 and 5 and the joint plate are formed in one step. There is the advantage that 7 can be joined simultaneously, but there is no necessity to do so. The cardboard 1 may be made of paper in addition to plastic.
[0011]
【Example】
6 to 10 show a foldable box using cardboard, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the box, FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the box in a folded state, FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the bottom plate, FIG. FIG. 10 is an exploded perspective view of the side plate on the rotating side, and FIG. 10 is an exploded perspective view of the side plate having a folding screen folding structure.
[0012]
The box 8 has a rectangular bottom plate 9 in plan view, two rotatable side plates 10 and 10 positioned on two opposite sides of the bottom plate 9, and two on the remaining two sides of the bottom plate 9. It is comprised from the side plates 11 and 11 of the folding screen folding structure of a sheet | seat, the molding member 12 which covers the edge part of each side plate 10 and 11, and the corner member 13 which connects side plates 10 and 11 mutually.
[0013]
The corrugated cardboard constituting the bottom plate 9 and the side plates 10 and 11 is made of the same plastic as described above. As shown in FIG. 8, the bottom plate 9 is formed by forming fixed vertical plates 14 at both ends in a direction orthogonal to the corrugated core member 2c. The vertical plate 14 is obtained by thermally deforming the both end portions of the bottom plate 9 at a right angle and has a long hole-like engagement portion 15.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 9, the side plate 10 is used in such a manner that the core member 2c is directed in the vertical direction, and a bent piece 13 is folded on the upper end with one substrate 2a as a hinge portion. A molding member 12 made of a synthetic resin and having a U-shaped cross section is fitted to the edge. A notch recess 17 is formed at the center of the portion where the two folded pieces 13 are overlapped, and a handle member 18 is fitted into the notch recess 17. In addition, an inner folding curve 19a is formed at the upper end of the side plate 10 along the lower end edge of the molding member 12 so as to leave a single substrate 2b, and the remaining substrate 2b serves as a hinge portion to form the side plate. 10 rotates toward the inside of the box 8. On the other hand, a reinforcing band 20 is provided on the lower edge of the side plate 10 in a direction orthogonal to the core member 2c. The reinforcing band 20 of the present embodiment has its lower end bent substantially at a right angle by the same method as the vertical plate 14 of the bottom plate 9. Further, the reinforcing band 20 is formed with a protruding piece-like inward claw piece 21 that engages with the engaging portion 15 of the vertical plate 14 of the bottom plate 9.
[0015]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 9, the side plate 10 is formed with the window hole 3 having the structure described above. Normally, if the large through-holes 4 as shown in FIG. 9 are formed in the side plate 10, the strength is remarkably reduced. In particular, the folded box 8 as in this embodiment has a structure in which the load is supported by the side plate 10 on the rotating side. Therefore, such a strength reduction of the side plate 10 is fatal. However, if the window hole structure of the present invention is adopted, the four molding members 5 are firmly connected by thermal welding and surround the through holes 4, so that the strength of the side plate 10 is hardly reduced. In addition, this window hole 3 is utilized as a takeout port of the goods put in, Comprising: What is necessary is just to provide only in one side plate 10. FIG. Of course, it is free to provide the window hole 3 in both side plates 10 and 10.
[0016]
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the side plate 11 having a folding screen structure uses corrugated cardboard with the core member 2 c facing in the vertical direction. The side plates 11, 11 are continuously connected. A molding member 12 is fitted to the upper edge of the side plate 11, and an inner folding curve 19 b is formed along the outer lower edge of the molding member 12. The inner fold curve 19b is formed by cutting out one inner substrate 2b of the cardboard, and the remaining inner substrate 2b serves as a hinge portion. An inner fold curve 19 c having the same configuration as the inner fold curve 19 b is formed at the boundary between the side plate 11 and the reinforcing plate 22. Further, the side plate 11 is further formed with a horizontal outer fold curve 19d cut at the center of both inner fold curves 19b and 19c, leaving one outer substrate 2a. The side plate 11 configured as described above is connected to the bottom plate 9 by adhering the reinforcing plate 22 to the lower surface of the bottom plate 9. Further, the side plate 10 is disposed on two sides of the bottom plate 9 provided with the vertical plate 14, and the corner member 13 is fitted and held at the abutting portion with the side plate 11, so that the uppermost inward folding curve is formed. The upper part of 19a, 19b is combined with the side plate 11 integrally.
[0017]
Next, a method of folding and assembling the box 8 will be described. First, when the box 8 is folded flat as shown in FIG. 7, the side plate 11 is folded in two, and the side plate 10 is folded on the side plate 11. Further, the claw piece 18 a of the handle member 18 is engaged with the engaging portion 15 of the bottom plate 9. In order to assemble the box 8 from this state into the state shown in FIG. 6, first, the handle member 18 of the box 8 is opened outward and lifted. If it does so, the nail | claw piece 18a of the handle member 18 will remove | deviate from the engaging part 15 of the baseplate 9, the baseplate 9 will fall, and the side plate 11 will extend. When the side plate 10 is erected in this state, the side edge of the side plate 10 hits the inside of the outer folding curve 19d of the side plate 11 and locks the side plate 11 in a straight state. When the inward claw piece 21 of the side plate 10 is inserted into the engaging portion 15 of the vertical plate 14 of the bottom plate 9, the box 8 is assembled as shown in FIG.
[0018]
In this assembled state, since the inward claw piece 21 of the side plate 10 is engaged with the engaging portion 15 of the vertical plate 14, the side plate 10 suspends and supports a part of the load applied to the bottom plate 9. It will not break even if a heavy load is put in the bag. Further, as is well known, the cardboard exhibits excellent strength with respect to the force acting in the direction parallel to the core member 2c, so that the boxes 8 containing heavy loads can be stacked in many stages. Further, if the bottom plate 9 and the core members 2c of the reinforcing plate 22 are stacked so as to be orthogonal to each other as in this embodiment, the strength of the box bottom is also satisfactory.
[0019]
Next, when folding from the assembled state to the flat state, first, the side plate 10 is rotated inside the box 8. Then, the side plate 11 of the folding screen folding structure is released from the lock and is bent naturally from the respective inner folding (outward folding) folding curves 19b to 19d. Therefore, if pressed as it is, it can be folded into a flat state as shown in FIG. When the molding member 12 of the side plate 11 is further pushed in from above, the claw piece 18a of the handle member 18 is fitted into the engaging portion 15 of the vertical plate 14 of the bottom plate 9 and stabilized.
[0020]
The window hole structure of the corrugated cardboard of the present invention can be applied to other than the above-described corrugated cardboard box such as a simple box that is not a folded structure or a case where the cardboard is used as an indoor partition.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the corrugated window hole structure of the present invention, the molding member attached to the window hole is rigidly joined via the joint plate, so that the strength of the window hole portion can be dramatically increased. In particular, if the window hole structure of the present invention is adopted in the cardboard box, it is possible to compensate for the decrease in the strength of the side plate resulting from the provision of the window hole. Demonstrate the unique effects that will be possible.
