(b) Form an upwardly open box consisting of four side walls and a bottom plate using corrugated cardboard, attach a reinforcing frame to the upper edge of each side wall, and connect the adjacent ends of each reinforcing frame (the upper edge of the box) to the upper edge of each side wall. This transport storage box has projecting pieces attached to each of the four corners of the box for stacking boxes. This box has the advantage that it can be stacked easily and accurately, and that it will not collapse even when a large number of boxes are stacked. In the above-mentioned conventional cardboard transportation and storage box, the corrugated cardboard has a property that it has high strength in the direction of the groove of the corrugated center core, but does not have high strength in other directions. .
Using this corrugated cardboard, you can
In the case of manufacturing the transport storage box of (c), since an opening is provided in the side wall, the strength of the side wall becomes very small, especially in the portion of the side wall that remains in the shape of a mouth. The strength of the portion extending perpendicularly to the direction of the groove in the center core of the corrugation is reduced. As a result, the side wall becomes easily distorted, and there is a problem in that the side wall, which is most frequently subjected to external force such as when taking out articles or opening/closing a door, may be damaged during continued use.

In addition, in the transportation and storage box (c), the door rotates, so the opening is wide for putting in and taking out small items, and not only is it impossible to effectively prevent dust from entering, but the door also rotates. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to hold it at a desired position and is inconvenient to handle.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and allows for easy and accurate stacking of items, does not collapse even when stacked in large numbers, and allows for the observation and inspection of items inside the box while stacked. While maintaining the traditional advantages of being able to take out items and preventing items from flying out during transportation, the durability of the side walls with openings can be increased, and it also prevents dust from entering the box. It is an object of the present invention to provide a plastic cardboard transport/storage box that is convenient to handle and prevent from damage.

To achieve the above object, the plastic cardboard transport and storage box of the present invention is made by folding a plastic cardboard with a core formed with a large number of columnar protrusions each having a columnar air chamber sandwiched between two surface layers. and a box stacking protrusion is provided at each of the four corners of the upper edge of the box formed by heat-sealing, and an opening in at least one side wall of the box is large enough to allow for the removal of articles stored in the box. A frame body having a transparent plate slidably fitted in the opening is attached to the opening, and hand holes are formed in mutually opposing side walls of the box body, and a hand hole is provided in each hand hole. Each is equipped with an occlusion type reinforcement device.

A plastic cardboard is made of two cores each having a large number of columnar protrusions each having a columnar air chamber.
By sandwiching the box between two surface layers (hereinafter referred to as "embossed type"), which has uniform strength in all directions, the buckling strength and compressive strength of the box will not decrease. Even if a large opening is provided, the strength of the mouth-shaped portion of the side wall is maintained as much as possible.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a state in which a plurality of boxes 1 are stacked. The four corners of the lower edge of the upper box 1 are fitted and supported by each box stacking protrusion 8 of the lower box 1. Furthermore, since the reinforcing frame 7 is attached, the stacking will not collapse due to distortion of the box bodies 1. In addition, since the transparent plate 6 is attached, it is possible to observe the inside of the box 1 while the boxes are stacked and closed, and by sliding the transparent plate 6 open, the inside of the box 1 can be observed. Items are still piled up. Also, if the transparent plate 6 is closed,
Dust from the box body 1 will not enter through the opening 4.

Further, side walls 2a, 2 of the box body 1 facing each other
By forming hand holes in each of the holes c and providing a closing reinforcing tool 10 in each hand hole, it is possible to completely prevent dust from entering into the box body 1 from the hand hole. Further, the topmost box 1 may be covered with a lid 11 as shown in FIG. 3 to prevent dust from entering the box 1. Holes 12 into which the respective stacking protrusions 8 fit into the four corners of the top plate of the lid 11
If it is provided by punching or the like, it is possible to prevent the lid 11 from moving or coming off. Not only box body 1,
The frame body 5, the reinforcing frame 7, and each box stacking protrusion 8 are as follows:
By using plastic studs 9 at necessary locations and making the entire box made of plastic without using metallic iron or the like, it is possible to prevent the items inside the box 1 from being contaminated by metal rust.

Since the plastic corrugated board of this embodiment is of an embossed type as shown in FIG. 4, unlike a corrugated type, it has uniform strength in all directions. As a result, the portion of the side wall 2a formed of the embossed plastic corrugated board in which the opening 4 is formed has uniform strength, is less susceptible to distortion, and is more durable than the corrugated cardboard.

The transparent plate 6 is fitted into the frame 5 (sliding type) so that it can be opened and closed in the direction of the arrow S, so that the opening 4 can be opened to the necessary opening area when loading and unloading articles. I can do it,
This not only prevents dust from entering as much as possible, but also makes it easier to maintain the position of the transparent plate 6 within the required opening area compared to a type in which the transparent plate rotates (rotating type). It's convenient.

Furthermore, when an unreasonable external force is applied to the transparent plate 6 in a direction parallel to the transparent plate 6 during opening and closing, the external force is applied to the side wall 2a through the frame 5 in a direction parallel to the side wall 2a. Only a small amount of distortion is required. On the other hand, if one side of the transparent plate is pivotally connected to the frame and configured to be freely rotatable (rotating type), an unreasonable external force is applied to the transparent plate in a direction parallel to the transparent plate when opening and closing. When applied to the side wall, the external force applied to the side wall via the frame is not applied in a direction parallel to the side wall, so the strain on the side wall becomes large. Therefore, by making the transparent plate 6 sliding rather than rotating, the durability of the side wall 2a is improved.

It has the traditional advantages of being easy to stack accurately, not collapsing even when stacking a large number of boxes, allowing objects to be observed and removed from the box while stacked, and preventing objects from falling out during transportation. The durability of the side wall with openings and hand holes can be increased while maintaining the same condition. In other words, the plastic cardboard is made by sandwiching a core formed with a large number of columnar protrusions each having a columnar air chamber between two surface layers. The part of the side wall that remains in the shape of the side wall is less likely to warp and has higher durability than a corrugated type that has directional strength, and even if many boxes are stacked, the box will not sit. Don't give in.

In addition, since the opening is fitted with a frame in which the transparent plate is slidably opened and closed, the opening can be opened to the required opening area for inserting and removing items, making it easy to insert and remove items, and also prevents dust from entering the box as much as possible. It is also easy to keep the transparent plate in the desired opening area, making it easy to handle. In addition, compared to a rotating type, it is easy to keep the transparent plate in the desired position, and the storage space for the box is small.

Furthermore, the influence of external force applied from the transparent plate to the side wall when the transparent plate is opened and closed is smaller than that in a structure in which the transparent plate rotates (rotating type). As a result, the durability of the side wall can be improved compared to the rotary type. In addition, hand holes are formed in the side walls of the box that face each other, and each hand hole is provided with a blocking reinforcing device, which not only makes it easy to transport and transport the storage box. This prevents the buckling strength of the box body from decreasing due to the handle holes, and even when transporting and storing boxes or stacking them, the handle holes are blocked, preventing dust from flowing through the handle holes. It never enters the body.
